The only review I have on this place is you cannot find it in Rolla and when you finally find it everything is not on the menu

It is pricier than what I've paid for in stores in the past, but when you're in semi-rural Missouri, the bit of extra money is still worth it when it saves you from a trip to St Louis or pricy online options. I didn't have lots of time to browse, but they seemed to have a good selection of products, and I'll definitely stop in again.

Tucked away in an inconspicuous strip center, Foods for Health has had surprisingly good business for many years considering it's Rolla and Wal-Mart is only half a mile down the road. That said, the products at Foods for Health might be twice the cost of what you'd pay at Wal-Mart but you'll be supporting a local business and buying products made by smaller and probably more socially responsible companies. Half of the store is groceries and nutritional supplements where you can find bulk-packaged dried beans, canned goods, cereals, nuts, dried fruit, flours, frozen foods, local eggs and cheese, vegan cheese and ice cream, and every possible health supplement you could want. The other half consists of books on health and diet issues, cosmetics, and toiletries. Foods for Health also provides massage services which I think you need to do by appointment. And if you're turned off by the higher prices, go there after Christmas when they have a 10% sale. They also accept SNAP benefits (food stamps).

The hostess apologized immediately and offered us a table in a quite spot but said it was going it happen til it was fixed. Honestly it wasn't that big of deal. We ordered a large salad to share and drinks. The kids were super happy, the salad was cold and crisp. Lots of extra toppings. The waitress/hostess even brought extra salad dressing for us since she knew we were sharing. We ordered the meat pizza. Now the wait did take a bit but it was well worth it. The pizza was fresh and tasty, thin crust but lots of flavor. They were not greedy with ingredients and it was so good. It tasted of a homemade pizza, definitely not commercial. All in all we took half of the pizza home and ate it later that night. It was just as good. We will return and possible try another flavor pizza but if not, this was the way to go. Price wise, was a little more expensive than ordering commercial pizza but the experience, service and flavor was well worth the extra money.

I recently had the same pizza I had been getting there for over fifty years. I never thought I would say this but based on my most recent experience this Pizza is now my least favorite in the state. It was clear to me the new owners do not care about the quality of their food. It is sad to see the brand Martha and Doyle worked so hard to establish has deteriorated so much.
