After school pick up my son always wants a milk shake and chicken sandwich. I always order on my app (10 minutes ahead of time) and scan thru. However the last 3 weeks i am constantly asked to go to a VIP and wait another 5+ minutes. This is defeating the purpose especially when those who order in line get theres and drive on while i sit and wait. Even my son said we need to stop going here can't say I do not disagree. I'm a senior citizen who mistakenly got in the mobile order line instead of the drive through line. There was no one behind me but the order taker would not take my order until I drove around the restaurant and got behind 7 cars who pulled up after me. When I told him that I was upset about the situation he laughed at me and told me to take it up with the manager. When I received my sandwich the chicken was hit but the bun was cold as though it had just been taken out of a refrigerator. Best fast food chain around. I grab food here regularly and have never had any problems. The drive through always moves quickly and everyone is always friendly. Giving it a low score because they messed up an order is silly. Stuff happens. They serve an incredible number of orders per hour. Of course they'll mess some up. There certainly seems to be no love lost for a lot of folks at this chick fil a. This location is near my sons swim class and I've never run into an issue here. I order on the app and our food is always ready to go when we arrive. The tables are clean and the employees are friendly enough. They recently reopened the kids play area which was nice to see. Leadership is needed at this location . The young kids taking orders were not efficient and seem to not take things seriously let alone get the order right . This may be the laziest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. All the workers here seem like they don't care. Never heard "thank you," never heard "my pleasure," and never saw a smile -- At Chick-fil-A! The workers all seem to be lazy because I look around and everyone sitting has take out bags. Meaning they don't care if you're dine in or take out. They seemed to be more concerned with door dash orders, they don't bring you your food, they call you name and place it in a shelf, but it's not even busy! I wasn't greeted. The cashier tried to be friendly but didn't seem to care much. I asked for a different bun he didn't change it, I asked for light ice he didn't put that in, and he just stood there after I took the order. I just walked away awkwardly. So disappointed in this location. Never thought we would have such a negative experience. Staff forgot all three of our sandwiches, requiring us to go back to retrieve them. My husband called on the way to let them know to please have them ready upon our arrival to avoid waiting in line again . They have a new mobile only lane and once we were already in it we were told if we didn't use the app we would have to wait in the drive through then go BACK in the correct lane. We get to the window and the manager refused to take our order. He told us the same thing, start over in the other line. This one is near where I live, so it's good for a quick bite when I'm working from home and need to get out for a few minutes. This location is clean, has a drive-thru, and is extremely busy. I got the spicy chicken sandwich. It was very good. Big piece of chicken, not greasy at all, and spicy! I can see why they are so busy. The service was nice and the condiment stand was tidy. Really disappointed. This location has gone way down hill. I ordered a chicken burrito in a bowl with no tortilla and a fruit cup. The bowl had one bite of egg and a tiny bite of chicken, plus a ton of raw onion and pepper. The fruit cup had a couple of moldy, hairy strawberries on top. Chick fil a used to be the only decent fast food option, but has steadily been getting more gross with each visit.
