This is absolutely disgusting and horrifying. I bit into my sandwich and felt something sandy. When I looked at it, I saw something dirty on it, like they had dropped my sandwich on the floor, picked it right back up, and made it anyway. I went to the cashier to complain, and she talked to the manager who took my order, who was also hiding in the corner. They just threw away my sandwich and gave me another one. Do check the hours before you go, recently they have had to close early for a few months at a time because of lack of workers, but the app always tells you if they are closed! read more

Now that Rally and Mario are gone, the service and food quality are really going down hill. The staff really doesn't listen when you order. We asked for a specific dressing for the salad and had to go back to the counter and ask for what we wanted. The biscuits aren't a fresh as they used to be either. My daughter and I visited this location for Cow Appreciation Day. This is the day Chick-Fil-A fans dress up as a cow and get a free entree. We love this location in North Hills because it is close to the movies as well as the little patch of grass play area. On this day, the location was decorated with black and white balloons and cow print, the staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was festive. The cow mascot was even there going around giving high fives and selfies. It was so much fun! My child got a six piece nugget kids meal with waffle fries and a lemonade. It came with a fun trivia I SPY book that she enjoyed and turned into a table game we all could play. I tried the chicken wrap and the cashier advised that I try it with the avocado dressing as a dip. It was not my fave lunch sandwich. I won't be getting it again. I did enjoy the new seasonal drink: watermelon mint lemonade. It was so refreshing ! Based upon my two breakfast experiences, I cannot provide my typical CFA five star rating. One thing I noticed that's different here is that they do not fill the coffee for you. They give you the cup and you have to get your own beverage. Both times my guest has requested decaffeinated coffee and has had to wait to a fresh pot to be brewed. Ok, I am not a fan of Chick-fil-A, after their discrimination towards certain chicken eating members of our society, but every so often, I weaken for those waffle fries. And when I weakened, dang it, I want to have some good ones. A little crispy brown, with the first bite bringing the balance of crunch upon nice soft potato-y innards. And the tea...half and half....that great southern invention at full strength could double for pancake syrup. I like my tea Bi....and not ashamed of it. So that is what I ordered. Medium Waffle Fries and Bi-Tea (AKA half and half). ooof. I tried one waffle fry. Coated in salt. A second one. Same. Had to walk back to the counter and say... "these are too salty to eat". And I hate having to do that. Well dressed boss man who resembled a southern baptist minister took 'em back, without ceremony or apologies and yelled to the fry guy that they were too salty. I expect they were the fries that drag the bottom of the tray, and the salt bath is unavoidable. Either way, I had to wait a looooonnnnngggg time for the redo, and by this time, I was a bit bummed out as the sip and nibble zen balance was ruined by the salt lick nature of the waffles. The second bite at the cherry...er waffle fries... left me feeling a bit bummed....all I could taste was old hot oil. And the second serving was a small serving hiding in a medium box. The lemonade is amazing and the waffle fries and chicken nuggets are extraordinary! I like this Chick-fil-A location, they are always friendly and efficient here. They get quite the morning rush, but unlike other locations they don't have a drive thru so it's not quite as crazy. Since parking in North Hills can often be difficult your best bet is to score a space in the loading zone (15 minute parking) and run in to grab your order. If you want to dine in at lunch or dinner it may take you a bit longer to find a spot. I love their cold brew coffee here, it tastes great, and for the price you really can't beat it. The frozen coffee is also a tasty (not completely horrible for you) treat on a hot Summer's day. Plenty of interior seating even though this is a smaller location than most. As long as you don't mind not having a drive-thru this is a great Chick-fil-A to stop in to. read more

Lovely Chic-Fil-a! Thankfully in busy North Hills, I was able to get parked right nearby & no line when I got into the restaurant. I was greeted by a younger gentleman & an older lady. The older lady took my order & was super sweet. I love having self-serve coffee! I typically don't want anyone in fast food preparing my coffee. I waited no time until my chicken bagel meal was ready. Restaurant was clean & the condiments area was clean & organized. Once home, I ate my food. The bagel sandwich was delicious & still warm (after about an eight minute drive). Of course my coffee was still very hot, I allowed it to cool off before consuming. And the hash browns...mmmm! But they do a good job of being efficient while still remaining friendly. The food is good, as always - spicy chicken sandwich is my go-to, and who doesn't love those waffle fries? Parking can be a hassle, especially if you don't want to park in the parking deck downstairs. But overall, I'm a fan of this Chick-fil-A. read more

One of the better CFA's in North Raleigh. Tough for car access due to the shopping center but the deck is convenient. I usually stop in early mornings on my walk for a break. I got the chicken strips here, and they were amazing. They came out freshly fried and were extremely hot. I love when my food comes out hot because I know it's been freshly prepared and not sitting around all day. I also got a lot more fries than I'm used to. I come to this Chick-fil-A all the time and have never been disappointed. As per Chick-fil-A standards, the store is pristine, well-organized and stocked with all the condiments you could ever need. The entire quick service chain sets the golden standard for meaty, delicious chicken sandwiches, perfectly crisped waffle fries and the one-of-a-kind Chick-fil-A sauce; not to mention their milkshakes are BOMB. But you can find high quality food and a clean restaurant at any Chick-fil-A location. What I like so much about the one at North Hills is the people. First, they do not ever to judge me for showing up multiple times a week - sometimes on consecutive days. They also seem to hire people from a range of age groups, which I really appreciate. But most importantly their customer service absolutely exceeds friendly. They are downright welcoming, and that one-two-punch of stellar food with a smile earns five stars. It's Chick-Fil-A. If you like CFA, then you'll like this location. You order your food. They give you a number. You find a seat. They bring your food out to you. CFA with table service! And as with many CFAs, they occasionally have people patrolling the dining room to take your tray away or get you a refill for your drink. If they would open on Sunday, I'd give them the 5th star. read more
