Love Chick-fil-A! This location in the mall is perfect. I sometimes spend Saturdays here with my family, and we always enjoy grabbing a meal in the food court. I almost always choose Chick-fil-A. My go-to order is the chicken nuggets and fries, which are the perfect combo. I also always get a lemonade. Their freshly squeezed lemonade is by far one of the best. Despite how busy it always is, the ordering process is well organized. You place your order, wait for your name or number to be called, and the line moves pretty efficiently. There is plenty of seating throughout the food court if you want to dine in. You can also take your food to go or order through the Chick-fil-A app for pickup, which is very convenient. The food and service are consistently excellent, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. read more

I didn't realize this was not a standalone location but I was already in the parking lot so I placed an online order and headed inside the mall. The line much like their drive-thru lines was long. Thankfully I didn't have to wait I just went straight to the pickup area. They gave me my food order after a few minutes -- 5 minutes tops. Unfortunately, my drink took what seemed like way too long for a beverage. The temperature of my food dropped by the time they gave me my drink. This was after asking a few of the workers about my drink order. Once the crowd died down they turned their attention to me and gave me the smallest cup I've ever gotten for my lemonade. This will be my last time at this location! I would rather leave to find a standalone location than ever spend my money/time here. It's a mall food court what can you really expect? The stand-alones have much better service and kinder workers. These people do not reflect what I'm used to experiencing at Chik-Fil-A. P.S. The look of the lemonade was a bit concerning there was an unusual amount of pulp in the regular vs the diet one which had virtually no pulp at least not enough for the eyes to see. They also gave me a smaller portion than I'm used to for almost $5 they didn't bother even filling the cup all the way. ( I waited about 15 minutes for it) P.P.S. I don't know what changed but they were not as quick in getting food out like they used to. There were a lot of people standing around waiting for their food. The condiments are on a table which is roped off to the public. You tell them what you want and they give it to you. There were a lot of employees working behind the counter which was very cluttered with supplies and other items which were not actual food. My husband had asked for extra pickles on our sandwiches which was reflected on the receipt but when we got our food, we saw that one of the sandwiches had 4 pickles and the other had none. My husband had to walk back up to get his pickles and it seemed that none of the employees wanted to help him and actually ignored him. He finally got someone who grabbed a container of pickles for him. We also noticed that there were several flies in the food court area and especially near Chick fil A. When I got a refill and was putting my lid on the new cup, a fly almost flew in my drink and I had to shoo it away. I am not anxious to return and would rather go to the new location in Davie which is much closer to home. read more

I was standing at the pickup section filled with messy old orders for a while before I decided to say excuse me and ask a question about my order...the worker literally said "Ugh" fills a soda and then turns around and proceeds to ignore me along with every other worker there. Always an issue at this Chick-fil-A. Tonight we order a Mac n cheese and they come tell me after I paid that they don't have any. So I ask what they have and the first girl says she doesn't know! She asks her coworker who tells me the sides. I say a soup. He then says he has to go check the price. Never comes back. I go to the register and tell him I want a yogurt instead. Truth be told, I love a mall food court. There is something about it that brings back so many childhood memories. We all had times in our lives when we spent hours at the mall, right? Enough about me, let's talk about Chick-fil-a. Located in the Broward Mall food court, this probably is my favorite place to eat in the food court due to its consistency and customer service. The food itself is like every other Chick-fil-a, if you like it at your location then you'll like it here. My order is always right and provided to me as quickly as possible. The ordering process can be a little chaotic. There seems to be multiple lines- those who need to order and those congregating around waiting for their lunch. You never know who's in line and who isn't. The poor cashiers are constantly yelling and waiving people over to order. Once you've ordered, you've become that annoying person congregating somewhere in the middle, probably in someone's way too. Hopefully you hear them call your name because it can get loud in the area. Note: if you're dining in, the employees will come out to the food court and refill your beverages and take away your trash which is very nice of them. If not, they'll be happy to give you a refill at the counter. I guess they really mean it when they say it's their pleasure. read more

The only reason why I go to this one is because it's convenient for me. Most of the time I skipped this one and go all the way to the one in Davie. This location has a bunch of teenagers working at the registers that gossip about people walking pass in the mall. There is one employee in particular that can't even read names. The food always has missing ingredients. Then, if all the ingredients are right, they forget the drinks. SMH. Chick fil A is great as a fast food. This review is only for the Broward mall location. It's located in the food court and is a hot mess of a process. They have a table setup from where they put all the orders that are ready. People lined up. Disorganized, there are 12-14 people working yet only 1 talking orders and the rest just hanging out. I hope they organize it a little better so that its not a battle to order and get your food. LOOSE the table in the front. read more

Went to Chick-Fil-A at Westfield Broward Mall ordered $s95.00 worth a food. Went for the "Peach" items from the advertisement. Ordered using app got there to pick up they tell me we have NO PEACH, NO ICE CREAM for the frozen coffee then I said just credit me back, they said we can't do that you used the app. then when we get back to office they also forgot an entire meal. The total missing items came to just under $20.00 so I call the corporate customer service line and they said nothing they can do to call the store, I did explain the store said they could not help due to using the app. I did try calling the store at least 3 times and no response. Also called corporate at least 5 times and they said each time they would expedite to owner of the franchise but it got no where. NEVER GOT A RESPONSE FROM ANYONE, I called on and off for over a month. WORST CHICK FIL A EVER. read more

First of all, the stop at this location are very helpful and friendly. I interacted with three employees and they we're all super nice. I ordered the original Chick-fil-A sandwich with extra pickles. To my delight they gave me a side of maybe 18 pickles or so. Awesome! This is never happened to me at a Chick-fil-A. The sandwich was very hot which is terrific. I also ordered the cobb salad. I know I took a picture of it but somehow it is not in my phone now. Anyway, the salad was tasty. I ordered the avocado lime ranch dressing. This is the worst location I have ever been to. Ive only come here to door dash, and i 100% refuse to come to this location anymore. i don't care how much money the order is. that's how bad this store is. i've walked out on multiple pickup orders and sent them to another dasher just because of the simple fact of waiting for 15-25 minutes and not a single person asking me who i was picking up for or even if i was picking up at all. i've stood at the pick up counter and had multiple employees look me dead in my eye and just walk around, standing, going to the back, talking to other employees. and it's not only been because sometimes they're busy, they're just completely rude. trust me, im sympathetic as a former waitress to rushes. I've straight up had employees roll their eyes in my face when i speak up and stop them and tell them to check for my order because of being ignored for so long. I mean, these people won't even say hello. they don't even really smile. And i've observed that they don't call out names loudly and will roll their eyes, huff, and mutter comments under their breaths IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS when no one comes to claim the order AS IF a in a crowded mall, and a group of 20 people huddled together waiting for their orders, you can get away with saying a name at normal volume. I think not. it's not just a couple people that behave this way, almost every single employee with the exception of 2 or 3 that i've seen behave this way.
