This Chick Fil A has a secret weapon named Mark. He is one of the dining room host which they have now brought back with dining reopening. My visit was just before noon getting off the highway from travel was a short one mile. Parking was good, but filling up. The lot and walk up was clear of debris. They also offer drive-thru service. My family was greeted walking in and lucked out no line. The cashier was friendly and got the order correct. As I looked behind the counter everything was spotless. Sandwiches and sides came out within minutes and was delivered to our table by Mark. Everything was accurate on condiments, napkins and straws. The food was hot and Chick Fil A yum! Mark later followed up with anything we needed and offered to clear debris. We chatted a bit and thoroughly enjoyed his hospitality. I also utilized the restroom which was clean and had the proper items of soap, towels and toilet paper. As my family exited a "have a good day" as we exited from the cashier that assisted me. For a single visit WOW! 4.5 and absolutely recommend diverting from the highway for a fantastic fast food experience. read more

What happened to the Peach milkshake? I have been waiting all year because they used to be SO good! But I came by a couple days ago and ordered 3 because I've been telling my family how delicious they are. These were Not peach. I ordered 3 peach and 1 vanilla milkshake. They all were vanilla. A couple of the cups had a very small amount of some peach flavor in the bottom of the cup. What a disappointment. Rarely have I received bad service at a Chick Fil A. With regards to my order and the quality of my food, no issues. The tenders were a little soggy (vs crispy), but no major deal. The problem with this place seems to be that they have more employees than customers. The pickup area had employees waiting on orders. Employees were in line ordering.... I saw one employee get her order, wrap her hair, and then go behind the counter to get more ice and beverage. Seems that that would not be sanitary. My daughter had to wait in the ladies restroom for an extended period of time because employees were in the stalls taking extended breaks and chatting with each between stalls. Hoping that this is a misunderstanding and perhaps that location was training a ton of employees? Not sure but it was the strangest Chick Fil A experience that I have seen in a while. read more

This visit at Chick fil a was quite disappointing and triggering. My spouse and I were driving from Atlanta to North Carolina and decided to stop at this chick fil a on the way to our destination. We ordered chicken strips (among other things) They came out cold so we attempted to hand them back to the cashier and ask for fresh ones. The cashier reached for them then remembered that he couldn't take food back, asked us to pull up, and let us know that the food would be brought out. Another associate came to our car and let us know it would be 5 minutes before fresh tenders were done because they did not have any (clear sign that they gave us the bottom of the barrel initially) so we waited. Moments later, the same associate came back out and shared that her manager said that we couldn't get fresh strips unless we gave back to others. Shockingly, for me, as a long time patron and former employee of Chick fil a, as I'm very familiar with policy. We were clearly told that they couldn't not take the food back, but now the manager wants it. I decided to go inside and speak with the manager personally. I re-explained the situation and let him know that it sound as if though he was insinuating that we wanted free food. Not every Black person is looking for a freebie or is looking for an opportunity to get more. We only wanted what we paid for, nothing more. It's obvious that this manager went outside of policy to ensure that he spewed any amount of racism he could. Unfortunately for him, we're well educated and know how to leverage our resources. I will never visit this chick fil again and I will be following up Monday morning with a call to their operator and general manager. This was a disgusting representation of chick fil a, this manager needs to be addressed, and bias training needs be revisited. I don't appreciate it and no one else should have to experience it either. The COVID-19 operation at this Chick-fil-A is run with military-like precision. Immediately upon turning into the parking lot, someone directs you to one of the twin drive-thrus, dependent on if you ordered already through modern technology or need to order right then and there. Then cheerful masked employees take your order and payment in a safe way right outside your window. A bit of a bottleneck can occur when the drive-thrus merge, but you probably won't be waiting long. Finally, staffers bring your bagged order to your car on a tray. Since the dining room is closed, there's no restroom, and also, you can't eat your food with your vehicle as your dining room because the parking lot is used for directing traffic. Try parking in the shopping center lot next door. My hot nuggets were skimpy on the breading, but the waffle fries were up to snuff, and my iced tea was refreshing on a scorching sunny day. I've always admired Chick-fil-A for their food, service, cleanliness, etc ... but here I am on my first road trip with my 6 week old and we knew we needed to take a break and a clean place to change a diaper. I'll spare the details of the rough day as a new mom.. but I was nearly in tears walking into the bathroom trying to at least get my baby a diaper change. I was soo relieved that there was a clean bathroom, the changing table was in the handicap stall (awesome because I know other people don't want to see/smell a stinky diaper) AND the restaurant had a basket of diapers in there!! Who provides diapers?! It's the little things. I wanted to find a manager and thank them but needed to get back on the road, etc. But THANK YOU for thinking of moms/kids. Drive thru took 20 minutes with an average amount of cars. Easley store is around ~5 minutes, much quicker.

I went through the drive with 2 children. I tried to use my gift card I just opened and they said it had no money on it. I explained that this was just opened and they said I needed to go out of line, activate it, go inside, and re order. I said I have 2 kids I cant go inside and they just looked at me. I got out of line and the gift card successfully went into my app with money on it. so I had to again order food and wait for it with 2 kids screaming in the back. I have never been told that I have to activate a gift card. read more

This is one of the most poorly managed fast food restaurants I have been to. Slow. Lots of people inside doing nothing, just chatting. It's not a lack of labor issue it's a lack of organizational labor issue. Drive thru seems to go faster than curbside which makes no sense. Our server at the Drive Thru, Reagan, was extremely friendly, outgoing, personable and sincere during our interaction and was very patient and helpful with our mobile order. I personally love chick filet, but this location is a joke!! We stopped in on a trip to grab a bite and I hope we just caught them on a bad day. The fries were cold, the sandwiches had no flavor at all, and they were very dry. It was absolutely disgusting. The place was clean and the staff was nice, but the horrendous food just put a bad taste in our mouth for this location (pun not intended). Stopped for lunch at this location off of I-85. Usual items off their menu and good service - even during busy lunch period. One thing unusual at this location was a table with a basket containing new diapers in the rest room (mens). I almost always get the Market Salad, as I did this afternoon around 5 pm. This is the first time ever I wasn't pleased with the quality or quantity for the price. It didn't even fill the container.Everything on the salad was diced up small, lettuce, chicken, strawberry. I'm pretty sure the chicken might have been maybe a third of a grilled breast, if that much and diced/sliced in really small pieces. The strawberry, and I do mean strawberry was cut in eighth's or else there were 2 super small strawberry's, but in fourths, had 2 blueberries and 2 small pieces of apple. Definitely not worth the $7.59 +tax I had to pay. Wish I had taken a pic to share. If it happens again I will definitely take it back and show the manager and get something else in place of it. Only reason I didn't this time was because of my husband, who said: "well guess they're cutting back in order to make more profit, Just don't order it next time" read more
