Service was sub-par during this visit. I did an app order and pulled up to the window. When I got to the window, the cashier just looked at me several times without acknowledging that I was there. I pulled up to the second window and the next person asked what my order was and sent me to a waiting stall. I asked her to be sure to include the sauce and she nodded. The sauce wasn't included. I won't be going back to this location.

    Where's my nuggets??!?

I like the interior of this location. It's trendier, more comfortable and looks cleaner with the sleek designs.

This is by far the nicest and cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. The workers were extremely nice and our food was out fresh and fast.

Imagine a soft ball of bread acting as a plate for cooked apples, pears, sometimes cottage cheese. The Kolache Factory on 153 in Powdersville, SC, takes this simple but grand treat and expands from the sweet treats (fruit, cream cheese) to sausage, ham, egg, pepperoni, bacon, brisket, potato, and more. Go! Try! The Italian Chicken is so far my favorite. (If I have to choose.) Marinated chicken breast, cream of mushroom, and cheddar! They also have cinnamon rolls & twists, strudel, croissants, party trays, coffee, hot chocolate, and hot tea.

Conveniently right off the interstate with a drive-thru, Kolache Factory became my accidental breakfast detour. The buns were so so soft and slightly sweet, stuffed with fillings that somehow nailed the "not too saucy, not too dry" sweet spot. Basically the ideal portable food for eating one-handed. The Ranchero kolache was the winner for me: bright, fresh flavors over the heavier gravy-style options all day. The pepperoni kolache, though, tasted a little too close to a Hot Pocket. And the cinnamon roll? Perfectly edible and... completely forgettable. Pass on it and get another kolache instead. If you're into spinach-artichoke dip energy, the Chicken Florentine Stuffed Croissant will do you just fine. Only downside: the inside felt a little visually loud with coffee merch OMG everywhere and glittery holiday wreaths fighting for attention while I was trying to focus on my dough-based happiness.

I really wanted to love Hendough after seeing photos on Yelp, but it ended up being one of the…read morebiggest disappointments of our trip. The first photo I saw made it look like they specialized in giant, creative donuts, so we walked all the way through downtown looking forward to a fun dessert stop after our meal. Unfortunately, that wasn't the experience we had. Hendough is located inside an outdoor food hall, which is actually a really fun social atmosphere. It's one of the first stalls on the right when you walk in, although it's a bit confusing because ordering and pickup are shared with the neighboring vendor. Once we got there, I realized it's primarily a chicken biscuit shop. That's perfectly fine I guess since I love a good chicken sandwich and biscuit. So since we were already there I decided to try the Nashville Hot Chicken Biscuit. Sadly, it missed the mark. The chicken was dry, overly greasy, and the breading was crumbly. There was a large grease stain soaking through the biscuit, and despite being labeled Nashville hot, it had almost no heat or flavor. Since we had originally come for the donuts, we tried those too. By the time we arrived, they weren't fresh and were being offered as a buy-one-get-one special after 6 p.m. Even at the discounted price, they tasted like an average grocery store donut; nothing memorable or worth making a special trip for. The only bright spots were the friendly service at the counter and the lively atmosphere of the food hall itself. Unfortunately, the food simply didn't live up to the hype, especially after going out of our way to visit. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend making a special trip for Hendough.

Cuisine: 7 Service: 8…read moreDecor: 8 Value: 7 Overall: 8 Biscuits! Biscuits! And more biscuits! I wish we had a good southern biscuit shop in NYC. Rather it's savory or sweet, this place has your biscuit desires covered. I have been here four times and always left happy. Their biscuits are crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Only complaint is that they are slightly dry. Probably just need a bit more butter right? Lol. Though the biscuits are not the best I have had, the overall experience is very good. Though no longer on the menu, you can still order the Biscuit w/ Gravy Flight, which is one of my favorite things here. They're all pretty delicious, but that sausage gravy really enhances the biscuit since it takes away some of that dryness. Of the sandwiches, I love the Fried Bologna Benedict the most. My least favorite is the extra salty Country Ham Biscuit. The Mimosa Fried Chicken Sandwich is not bad either, but order it without that sweet sauce on top. And if you like simple, just get a biscuit with some sausage and eggs. Don't forget, they have a whole jams and spreads station. Make sure to take advantage of that for a sweet finish. I personally enjoy the Peach Rosemary, Strawberry, and Sweet Potato Chai. Btw, extremely sweet and kind service. I had a cappuccino that was a bit too light. I offered to pay for an extra espresso shot. Instead of charging me, the server sent me back with a brand new cup of cappuccino with the extra shot. Then she stopped by to ask if it was made properly three minutes later. Every time I have been to Greenville, I have made a pitstop here. This factory of biscuits may not be the best around, but I just appreciate the atmosphere and friendly service. By no means am I saying their biscuits are not good because I would be extremely ecstatic if we had something similar in NYC.

Said they could cook my bacon on the griddle away from other things . You go in, stand in a line and order. Plenty of seating , great music, and delicious gluten free biscuits!!! I am not celiac , very gluten intolerant.
