Insufficient staffing. At most there appears to be two employees working the front line, the drive-through, and the back line. Walking in the lobby smells like a state park bathroom. Several soda flavors were empty just giving carbonated water. Even though we specified the sauce flavors we wanted with our order they put everything down as ranch making us correct them individually for each of our orders when they finally came out more than 10 minutes later. After reading the reviews I was honestly regretting my life choices of pulling into there parking lot. It's one of those moments where you just say screw it and go for it. I would had definitely turned around if the inside was completely empty, but there was actually a good amount of people inside. I'm not into dark meat, but apparently there was an eight minute wait that I was instantly notified at the counter. I didn't have many high hopes but everything that came out of her mouth just seemed like sorry we don't have that at the moment, which didn't really surprise me since I was already aware that disappointment was highly likely. Hubby ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal and I ordered the 8 chicken tenders, which after paying for it realized that I ordered way too much food. It's been a long day driving and i'm delusional. Food was ok. I mean it's fast food and the quality wasn't there by any means. It's the next day and I don't have food poisoning so that's good. There's plenty of other options on this road, but it's just so happened to be the first restaurant that unfortunately we decided to turn into. The first piece or two was decent. Leg and Wing. The chicken breast were soggy and not really cooked properly. I've never seen that before at KFC. Not like this. Consistently, the chicken is terrible and you can order the family meal with 4 dark, 4 white pieces and they will put whatever is clever in the box and did I mention that it's not original recipe or even their crispy.. its garbage! It taste like KFC, it even looks like a KFC but it just doesn't live up to the standard. I don't mind waiting but when fast food becomes slow food what's the point. After a 25 minute wait I was no longer hungry. I've eaten in 3rd world countries that more pride in their cleanliness and service than this place displayed today. When I ordered I was informed they did NOT have sweet tea. So I tried to order a Pepsi and was told they had NO ice. I was very polite even with all this. I was the only car in the drive thru and the inside was not busy. They gave me a drink (without ice!!) And had me immediately pull ahead. A solid 30 minutes someone finally came out and threw my food in my window. Offered NO apology and left without a word. The chicken looked like it had been mauled by a dog and was soggy with grease. The Pepsi was completely flat and the half filled fries were stale. This was the WORST experience I have EVER had at ANY fast food place. Messed up the order (three times - a record I'd wager) and had to wait 20 minutes for these guys to get it right. And there was no one in the store or in the drive-thru line so there really is no excuse. The manager came in late and made an attempt to rally the troops, which seemed an insurmountable task. They were all friendly, so there is that. And because we waited so long, the food was fresh. Avoid unless you have an extra 30 minutes of your life to kill. This place is garbage. Period. They run out of food every time my family and I try to get dinner, which sad when it's at 3pm and you dont close until 10pm. They tell you they're going to be out of that for the rest of the day. Then, they dont even try to cook the food either, so they tell you a RIDICULOUS time that it's going to take to cook the food, like 35-40 minutes. SERIOUSLY? So what you got a brand new building... it's the same garbage employees, same garbage food, and the same garbage management that obviously only care about how the building looks... KFC should really just tear down that building, cut their losses, and move on... That or completely clean house and get new management and staff.... You really ought to step up your game. read more

First. The chicken was not original recipe. At least half the pieces were extra crispy. Add that the chicken was cold. The Dr. Pepper we ordered was not included with the popcorn chicken meal. The popcorn chicken was old, cold, and hard. We got a plastic container of iced sweet tea. We didn't ask or pay for that. read more

I joined Yelp just to post a review about them. Went inside to enjoy the buffet and paid $9.41. When I walked over to the buffet there was almost no food there. I went to the counter and waited 10 minutes before any of the 6 workers came to ask what I needed. When one arrived I said, Can you put some stuff out on the buffet? She asked me in a rude way what did I need and I said, I need for you to put food in all those containers so I can make my selection from the entire buffet that I paid for. It was 10 more minutes before the buffet was entirely stocked. In that time there were 4 people waiting for food. The worst part was the entire time the cars were coming and leaving the drive thru due to the other 5 people working in the back. I asked for something to eat with and was given a fork only. This was weird eating the vanilla pudding! When I decided to leave, the trash can was overflowing and I had to sit my tray to the side. There are still 6 workers in the building, 4 customers in the lobby and nobody in the drive thru. I will never go back to this filthy place and spend my money to be abused and neglected.
