Don't come here and waste your money. First I stood at the register for minutes until one employee had to say guest up front. Now there were 2 standing in the drive thru one just standing at the fry station talking to the fry cook who was not wearing gloves and barely had on his hat. Then 3 more employees appeared and man we had ourselves a party. The only person working was the person on the sandwich table and he had no conversation with the other employees. Went for quick bite to eat and ended up waiting for my food for an HOUR. After getting the food it was messed up. What a poor excuse for a FAST FOOD place. The workers were slow on asking me what I would like to order and already had 2 other cars waiting for their food as well. How in the world does a whole team mess up an order for one guy that ordered a baconator, i was just handed someone else's order and they didn't even bother confirming the order, and they failed to hand me a receipt for my order. I do not think that I have had one good experience at this restaurant. Usually I don't take out my time to criticize places based on their service, but given that I've worked fast food before, I'm aware that the service that this Wendy's gives is unacceptable. After ordering from workers who constantly have an attitude, to then waiting a ridiculous amount of time to actually get my food. I went to this restaurant in the evening and placed an order for two single Dave's singles and I was parked outside for twenty minutes alongside two other cars. No matter the food item, it doesn't take 20 minutes for "fast food" and that's just the first incident of many. Ever since then when I have visited hoping for better service, I have only been disappointed. Just earlier in the night, we ordered our food and were greeted with a rude worker over the ordering POS and then sat for 10 minutes waiting to pay (while workers are standing around talking btw). After waiting, we received nuggets that were absolutely terrible. They were rock solid and cold. I find this ridiculous and I think that some level of management needs to get involved. I understand that workers aren't getting paid enough to hand out perfect service but bare minimum doesn't take much. I feel I have the right to speak on this because I've worked fast food and have never talked to customers in the way that these Wendy's workers do. Completely unprovoked as well. Seeing as I understand how fast food industry can be stressful, I ALWAYS give kindness to fast food workers. Wendy's has been one of my favorites for a while but these visits have put quite the bad taste in my mouth. Extremely disappointing. First off, we love Wendy's, they are our go to for easy dinners. This is the 3rd time this location has let us down. The chicken sandwich wasn't cooked through. The JR Cheeseburger Deluxe were all missing lettuce and had a scrap of tomato (See photo), the onions on the burgers were stringy like hair, and the hamburger tasted like it had been sitting out, which is odd because they were very busy at 5pm on a Tuesday. This location is usually "okay" but on this particular visit, the service was mediocre at best and to make matters even worse, there was a horrible disagreement with the staff. The Wendy's in Powdersville SC needed some serious help from the time it opened, the wrong orders were constant. Fortunately that help came in the form of the new GM Teddy, he has worked wonders with this location and I haven't received a bad order since speaking with him about the issues over a month ago. Leadership certainly starts at the top and a stores performance is only as good as the person put in charge of it. Wendy's hit it out of the park when they replaced this stores leader with Teddy. If you've given up on this location due to past experiences, I would highly recommend giving it another try. read more

Quite nice environment and good seasoned fries. Lovely place. Frankly, when the season fries first touched tongue I nearly wept as the flavor radiated through my body. As the manager watched me eat the fries, he could do nothing but marvel. I continued eating the fries and began crying as the taste took over my body. We will not be going back to this location, no matter how close it is to our home. We have only gone twice, but both times were the worst. The first time we ordered some sandwiches without mustard and onions and guess what? All four of our sandwiches had everything on them. Second time we ordered four 4 for $4. They completely forgot to make one 4 for $4 and only gave me the sandwich. No big problem right? Wrong. The girl in drive thru tried to repeat my order, but in Wendy's lingo. I don't understand the abbreviations like you do Wendy's girl! I also had a five dollar bill in my hand to pay for the 4 for $4 they forgot and they had a manager come to the window to give me the rest of the food and if my hand had not been out the window, she would've thrown my food in my car.
