Our sandwiches were great! I think it's really hard to mess up a sandwich. The hospitality could use some help. Nobody yelled out, "Welcome to Firehouse". I didn't think much about it, but my daughter wrote it to me. It then took about 3 minutes for anybody to acknowledge us as we stood at the register. Don't get me wrong fire house is a good place to eat but the service is slow. I also did notice I asked for my sandwich cold and got it hot.

I always love the subs here, but the customer service is so bad. My family came in at 8 pm to order and the lady at the register was so rude to me. She asked was it for dine in or take out and we decided to eat in and she said "well our dining room closes in 20 minutes." with such attitude. If you are open for another hour why does the dining room close at 8:20? It takes you 20 minutes to make the food because you are mad I came in, so when I finally get my meals would I be asked to leave? read more

i Went into the store to order my meal. Two families waiting ahead of me for their to go sandwiches. No problem with waiting my turn for people in the building. Then had to wait on three online orders before mine came up. I'm sorry, but I don't feel like I should have to wait on online orders when the people are not in the building. also asked for the Captain Sorrenson sauce three times, only for them to tell me they are out. Better than average sandwiches! And by that I mean, better than Subway. The inside definitely keeps the fire house theme going, and because it's a chain, they have a pretty clear cut menu with very specific add-ons, and the woman at the counter was kind enough to walk me through it. In the end, I got their turkey "Engineer" sandwich, "fully involved" which means lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and deli (spicy) mustard. The turkey was cut thin and the toppings were higher quality than I was expecting. We'll definitely be back! Plus, they stay open until 10 on weeknights and have a private lot. read more

Ordered bitesquaud with 45 minutes till closing. 20 minutes later I get an email saying my order was cancelled because a sandwich store had no ham and turkey. I attempted to order 2 other sandwiches and all said the were out. I get in my truck and drive there and with 5 minutes before closing they are all cleaned up and about to close. Tell me they are out of ham and turkey again and the customer behind me laughs. I turn to look as he is eating on his fresh ham and turkey but they do have meatball available that they said they didn't. As I sit and wait for them to make my sandwich they assume I can't hear them talking about me as they prepare my food. Most unprofessional service I've received from firehouse ever. All will I ordered bite squad because 4 out of 5 people in my house have the flu including me. If you're going to close your store at 9 then you need to change your hours! read more

Cashier: Alex Firehouse Subs is my go-to sub shop, but this one, in my experience, is sub par. Employee could not follow simple instructions and would not even look at me while taking my order. All while him and his co-worker were talking about only cleaning once every other day, saying, "no one has complained yet." read more

The food was good, but they do not acomidate large families very well. None of the cookies or brownies are sold in 1/2 dozen. Only dozens. And the feeds 5 platter you have to order 24hrs in advance. Ok. I have a family of 6, we NEVER know if we are going to go out to eat 24hrs in advance. We are lucky to go out once a month. It took longer to order and make each seperate meal than it would have to throw the platter together. read more
