Today at Chik Fil A, Jacob was my cashier in the drive through. He was very pleasant and helpful. He is one of the only cashiers who when I've asked for a lot of chik fil a sauce, has rang it in accordingly. I had the perfect amount when getting my food from the window. I noticed that they are doing some new things. Jacob asked me for a name for my order when I pulled up to him at the speaker box, when I pulled up to the window to get my food they greeted me by name with "how are you, Haley?" That was nice. Not worth one star!!! I have a medical condition that does not allow me to eat fried foods. Ordered the grilled chicken nuggets. Drove 15 minutes back to work with almost no lunch time left and found that the idiots gave me Deep Fried chicken nuggets. My fault for having to double check people who want $15 per hour. Honestly, best, friendliest, fastest Chick Fil-a in Arizona. I've been to practically all of them and this one has constantly been quick in drive thru even with a long line. Workers are always friendly and making me smile. And apologetic when they mera up and they more then make it up to you when they've made a mistake. This Chick-fil-A is right by my work and they do an excellent job. Everybody is super kind and courteous and they are very professional. Very hospitable and well-groomed, and well-mannered. The food is always great, and they have such a great system for getting the orders out fast and efficiently. While the orders get out fast and efficiently, you are always welcomed with a smile and they all remember your name. The employees genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs and it makes the customer experience supreme. I will continue to go to this Chick-fil-A all the time. Food was great, but wow extremely rude employees. I'm a server and many of my tips are in ones, so naturally I paid with all ones, considering thats all i get, and the girl (a young blonde) seemed extremely irritated with the fact. The window at the drive threw is quite large and i heard her manager and another employee complaining about me paying in all ones saying it's annoying. So usually when I come to this location I never have a problem. However this particular time I did. I went inside to order and the cashier Micayla was very kind and patient with me while I ordered. I decided on a Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese and large fry, and to drink I had a medium half lemonade/sweet tea. I asked Micayla once she had given me my receipt if I could have fresh fries. It didn't seem like a problem. Less than 2-3mins later Taylor (another worker) approached Micayla and I with a bag. I asked Taylor if that was for me? She answered yes. I continued to ask if the fries were fresh she explained that they were. I pulled one fry off the top and it seemed to be okay. However, I ordered a large and the rest were either too soggy or too hard and tasted stale like they had been sitting out for awhile. The sandwich however tasted fine and so did the beverage. I called the store to explain the situation with the and Taylor explained that she was the one that helped me and watched me eat a fry and leave the store (very rudely). Taylor explained that she would have the manager contact me. I truly believed Chick-fil-A was built on kindness and courtesy but unfortunately I didn't see it from that particular employee. It takes a few minutes to rectify a situation rather than make someone feel like they are a bother. Most Chick-Fil-A's get 5 stars. This one gets 2, deducted one star for each time my order has been wrong in the last 3 visits. First, order a sandwich and nuggets, got a sandwich and fries. Next time, ordered two spicy sandwiches, got two regular ones, also asked for mayo, got 1 packet, um.... Tonight, ordered 1 spicy, 1 regular, was told I had to pull aside and wait for the spicy (no big deal), I said "No problem, just please remember the mayo". They brought the order to me, I quickly checked to see if it wasz there (no mayo), I look up, she's gone (gee, thanks, I waited for you). Love this place, wax excited to get one on my route home, but Im not coming back to this one. Terrible management when you cant get your product out correctly. read more

Finally a Chick Fil A that is close to where I live and work. Yeah! I think they are great. Really good chicken sandwich. Plain and simple. Although I do add mayo and mustard to it. Got to love waffle fries!! Really nice and clean. Of course they just built it and it opened on Monday so I would hope so. It is a grand opening so all the corporate guys are there handing out cookie samples and coupons for free breakfast sandwiches. Line moved really good. A little confusing when we first walked in but figured it out. That is what you get for just blindly getting in line behind someone. Not as mobbed as I was expecting given that it just opened. Got right to the front of the line and food came out pretty quick. We got our food to go, a coworker and I, and took it back to the office to enjoy it. This is probably one of our favorite of the fast food places. It is just about the only chain place that I will order chicken nuggets from, as are chunks of chicken instead of pressed/molded. Each location has a kids night, and my daughter regularly asks to go to these. I went on line to view their menu, and found out all the offerings they do to help you ordering. I really love Chick fil a I always get a chicken sandwich I love that I can just order it as is and nothing is nasty on the sandwich I always ask for bbq sauce and it is really good in my book for fast food place. The boss of this restaurant loves dogs and has beggin strips and various treats if you bring your dog though the drive thru. I go to this chick fil-a location most of the time because of the location and convenience ! I've never had a problem with it before until today! We went through the drive thru. No problem they took our order. I ordered my mom a salad, which I've never ordered before! I assumed it came with the grilled chicken since that's what the picture shows, but they didn't even ask for the kind of chicken I wanted on the salad. I then asked for dressing on the side! I pulled up to the window to pay and they stated my order back to me which was not my order. I corrected them and they were confused on what I order which made me confused. Then finally they told me a total and handed me my food. I get home to eat and find that the salad has breaded chicken which I did not want. And there was no dressing to be found. I should have checked my order when they handed it to me. Like I said I've never have a problem in the past but I'm disappointed in service today. read more
