The service at airport places is often meh. This was not. Quick as usual. And the quality was very good. Seating was a challenge but I found a spot near by that allows me to eat. Chain restaurants or fast food joints in airport terminals don't usually equal awesome sauce. However I was pleased to find the quality of the food didn't suffer too badly here. Nothing was cold or overly greasy. We will just gloss over the price because it was in an airport terminal so what do you expect. Seating is sort of limited to a few tables available for a lot of fast food joints in one spot, so I took it to the gate and ate there. Typically I avoid eating in airport terminals but I had a long flight coming up so I made an exception here. I'm glad I didn't regret it. read more

Over all it's an ok chick fil a The staff is not very happy to be there and even when they ask you what sauces you want the don't add them. When you ask for them they throw them at you as if you're bothering them. The food is typical to any of their locations but the services definitely could be better. There is space to sit but most of the tables are very dirty so be prepared to clean before you sit down. read more

Great Chick-fil-A inside Terminal 4 at the Phoenix airport! I had to switch planes at this airport and didn't have a lot of down time, so I was looking for something easy and fast that I could take with me to my next plane. I was not very into those pre-made sandwiches they sell at the souvenir shops and thankfully found this Chick-fil-A inside a mini food court. The staff was all hands on deck and they were trying to move the line and getting people out of there as quickly as possible. After placing my order, I think it took about 5 min or less to get my food. I am so glad to have found them! Thank you Chick-fil-A for the delicious chicken. Rude employees and high airport prices. Person taking order looked preoccupied and the one giving me the order looked annoyed. Expect good hospitality at chick fil a, regardless of location. Same price if you just want a filet with or without the biscuit. Off airport you don't pay for the biscuit if you don't want it. Don't accept the cfa app. Not a full menu. I walked down to grab some lunch before my flight. I waited in line and ordered a chicken sandwich and a market salad. I waited for my food and there were about 8-10 in front of me. They all received their food and the 10-12 people behind me received their food as well. I asked the counter person about not getting my food and received no explanation. After about a total of 15-20 minutes after I ordered and paid $25 it finally came to the counter. I asked again and in a very rude manner I was told that all of the people who ordered their food asked for spicy chicken sandwiches and I ordered a regular chicken sandwich. That is all that was said. Their explanation made no sense to me. I would avoid this location as I wasn't the only one who had poor service at this fast food restaurant. read more

Order taker preoccupied and not at all knowledgeable of menu. Prices jacked up because they are at the airport. Food, on the warm side of hot. Asked order taker what was included I. The meal and he said hash browns and a drink. I said coke and he said yes. I ordered hash browns extra well done and a coke with my breakfast sandwich as a meal. As he rings it up I see a charge of $.39 for the soft drink on top of the already high charge for the menu items compared to off airport. I ask him why there is a charge for the drink and he says "there shouldn't be" and then just shrugs his shoulders hands me the receipt and says "I don't know". I asked him to find out and pointed to the manager standing near by. At this point my order was being called and I said there was no way for the hash browns to have been well done in that time. The manager said "we cant do well done, they are on a timer". I asked him about the drink charge and he said there is an up charge for soft drinks. I informed him that his order taker is giving wrong information to which he just smiled and went back to getting orders ready. This kind of service I never expected from Chick-fil-A. I came here because I appreciate their values, service, and quality which apparently they don't care about at the airport location. It will be a long time, if ever that I give Chick-fil-A my business again, which is a shame. My order $9.30 for a very small breakfast sandwich meal ($7.99 off airport) + $.39 ($.20 off airport) only warm and not as ordered. If I would have been told the truth up front about the extra charge and inability to do well done hash browns I would have gone somewhere else. But I already paid the high prices and was holding up the line. Bottom line: go someplace else where they don't take advantage of captive customers and add charges after tell you it is included.
