Normally my wife and I go there and have great experiences and great food, and we get it almost every week, but we had it two days ago and somehow both got food poisoning. Please, make sure employees wash hands and keep from contaminating the food, that's all I ask. Great food, friendly employees. On June 17, 2015, I went to Chick-fil-A with some friends. I ordered a water, shake, and nuggets. My shake was accidentally delivered to someone else, but they fixed the mistake quickly. The food was great! But...the restaurant was very busy. Overall it was a good experience. As far as chicken goes Chick-fil-A offers the best i've ever had in a fast food experience. And most everything else about the restaurant is good as well. First of all the customer service was great i felt like all the employees where extra nice and attentive. Im sure most people have at least heard of chick-fil-a. whether it be the grate service or grate food. But I felt this location was lacking, the food wasn't grate and there were multiple pieces of gum under my table and a few straw wrappers here and there on the ground. I have never written a review to start off with. I literally downloaded Yelp just to write this. I went to this Chick-Fil-A earlier and was pretty surprised went they told me my card got declined. I told them I would be right back and drove away leaving no explanation really. After leaving thru their drive thru I realized that they had already given me our drinks.. I called back after 5 minutes and told them that I was sorry that I drove away not realizing I already got the drinks and that I was just calling the bank to see why my card got declined. They said not to worry and they understand and I told them That I was on my way back. When I got to the window they said that because I was honest and called about the drinks that they would take care of the order and I didn't have to pay for it. My heart seriously melted ..not because of the money but because of the act of kindness from these 2 specific girls (I should have gotten their name.) it was seriously the nicest thing that has happened to me in a long time. Just the thought of doing something so sweet and nice left such an impression on me. We have always been a fan of this restaurant but now I'm a greater fan. I came here last night and the lady taking my order just wasn't paying attention unfortunately.. I received my order and it was wrong. This is the closest Chick-fil-A from dove valley. By the time I got home I saw my order was wrong and received the wrong sizes. Went to this Chick-fil-A yesterday specifically for receipt day (where you bring in your receipt in January to get all of the items on your receipt for free) and did not get a receipt for my order. Have my credit card charge to prove it. I sent a message to the restaurant, they read it, but didn't reply back. Service staff gets the order wrong almost every time we order through drive through. Upon feedback to the manager, she showed no remorse nor did she took the ownership and was in fact condescending and rude. Rude but it was there pleasure as that's what they are programmed to say. This was my First time Eating at Chick-Fil-A, I ordered a #1 which included a Chicken Sandwich, waffle fries and a drink. The Chicken sandwich was great but I was not fond of the fries. They were doing their Golden Nose draw for the circus and I got to pick a packaged nose out of a bucket, it was green which got me a free Frozen Lemonade, it tasted fine but I personally did not like the flavor. Placed a mobile order rushed down there on my break to pick it up to be notified that the app wasn't working and that I would have to wait in the back of the line that was almost backed up to the door. I only have a 30min on my break and didn't have the time to wait In line and then for them to cook my food which is why I placed the mobile order in the first place. It's not there fault the system wasn't working and I understand that but when I kindly explained my situation I got "sorry bout that" very frustrating to work a 9 hour shift with nothing to eat. 10/29/2019 my husband and I decided to come into the deer valley and 27th ave and have our sit down dinner. First things first, our food was left up at the counter and we were never notified it was finished so it sat up there (past times, actually all times our food has been delivered to our table, what else is that table marker they give you used for) then Ishmael one of the managers was so impolite. Started off with whistling the entire time which to me is not professional especially when people are eating and when it's brought up should be stopped. Than Ishmael decided to talk about all his personal issues at the table behind us, in which I had to turn around and ask him if he could take the conversation elsewhere as it was so inappropriate. Another manager named Emily was there as well, in which I asked her if she really allows this to happen. Be accountable and if your other manager can't figure it out, she should've. Emily also had the audacity to ask me what the issue was in regards to Ishmael and his inappropriate behavior. I am so disappointed in the service that was received. So inappropriate and unprofessional especially coming from chick Fil a where being polite and professional is so highly valued by your company. I look forward to hearing from you. read more

I was having a rough day so my go to for comfort food is Chick-fil-A. The food was delicious as usual but what made it a great experience was your employee Nick. He was very polite and courteous. He engaged us in enjoyable conversation and really turned my night around. He is a great addition to your staff. I was told he has been there a little over a month but he seems to be really excelling in the customer service area! This used to be my favorite chick fil a. This was by far my worst chick fil a experience. The food was fine like it always is, the employees and service are what have made it terrible. Saying the employees are slow is an understatement. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting on a refill, the person bagging the food usually helps with refills but today she just stared at me as I patiently waited. The employee on the register was with people but after he completed their order he came around the counter to bring them their drink and talk to another employee 5 feet away from me as I waited. The other person on register took another customer to order instead of getting my drink, finally after a couple minutes of conversing the original person came back to the register but instead of helping me when he looked at me him and the other employee continued to talk, well when the second employee left I thought i was finally gonna get a refill but instead he took on the next customer who was an employee coming to get food before his shift, so I walked up to the counter and set my drink down and then he finally asked if I needed a refill, took everything I had not to reply with, no I'm just standing here with the lid off of my cup for fun. So even slower than when I ordered my drink he filled it up not saying a word. I ordered my food from the same guy and he was lacking any personality, couldn't speak up, I've never seen anyone press buttons slower and to say that the new employees move slow, is a great understatement. After watching the employees the last few times I have come in I can only compare the speed they move at to frozen molasses. They don't greet anyone with a smile, if you're lucky enough to be greeted, they don't have any personality at all, he made me and my girlfriend feel uncomfortable while we ordered because of the lack of personality. The only reason I still go to this chick fil a is because it's the closest one to my house and the food is still good, but the other week I drive to flagstaff just for chick fil a and that visit reminded me how amazing chick fil a is. Chick - fil- A is a family favorite! We been eating at them for who knows who how long! Two nights ago we went to have a late dinner and I was beyond shock how rude she disrespectful our cashier was to my daughter and I.... normally after I order you guys read our order back but this was the first it didn't happen. All I said was did you get the extra large fries with no salt and she said no and I said then can you add it please but Omgosh that became such a huge deal and she kept on saying I never ordered it which I did plus my daughter had said it too .... long story short she wasn't having it at all she was sooo rude so disrespectful that I got upset and ask for a manager ... team leader came! and was on her side and didn't care , I just told them I have never dealt with this kind of nonsense anywhere especially here ( you guys are the best Customer Service anywhere but not after that night.
