I stopped by this Chick-fil-A a week or so ago. The drive through service was fast and friendly. However, I'm glad I checked my bag because they had forgotten an item I purchased. I have never had bad experience at a Chick-Fil-A till this evening when I came for dinner. The food is good as always never disappoints but the manager and cashier were very snobby and rude! They were pushy and very Judgmental when my friend and I were ordering our food. The floors and tables were also very dirty and not clean as well. Never did I ever think I would leave a review for CFA - especially not a bad one. Food here...great. A 27 minute drive thru line with what felt like trainees manning it (both order taking and giving of food) made this a pretty unpleasant experience. We'll keep going to the Alabaster one next time we're on 65S. And to the young man who told me "if you ordered sauces then they're in there" as he walked away from my car, the sauces were, in fact, not in the bag. read more

I'm trying really hard to keep liking chick fil a but here's my issue with the drive thru. They take your order 50 feet away from the menu sign. Move the sign if you're going to take orders that far away. I want to keep liking the grilled chicken wrap but I'm eating a salad more than anything else. read more

Love the chicken, just not a fan of the fries. They have been over cooking them for quite a while. Like they are overcooked that they don't have the warm potato filling inside. The food here is great- just like any other Chick Fil A you would visit, but the drive through is a major downfall. We only went to this location due to convenience. There is one person directing traffic that is pretty confusing when cars are completely backed up. One of the many perpetually immensely busy Chic Fil A franchises. My orders are always hot and fresh . The employees are always polite. This is likely our most frequently location for its proximity to our house. Though we visit a lot of them as Chic Fil A in my opinion is one of the most consistent fast food franchises. Seldom do they make mistakes but when they do the make good on it at your next visit. Most recently they gave my wife the salad topping with her parfait instead of granola. She called and they offered her a free one on her next visit. Not ideal especially when you have granolaless parfait but these types of incidents are few and far between. My in laws always put the calendars in our stockings at Christmas and my wife always keeps all of the cards and rarely misses out on the monthly deal. read more

I went to this location at 9 am. I was going to order a chic fil a sandwich meal (yes, with the fries) large size, which what I have ordered several times at multiple locations before. Usually, I am told that it will be 10-15 minute time wait, which is reasonable. This is the first time that I have been told that it would take 25-30 minutes to fry a piece of chicken and some fries. I got the feeling that they were trying to deter me from ordering that and they succeeded, causing I left. I will never return to this location again. read more

My Family was on the way to Kentucky when we had a blowout. I walked over to the Chick-fil-a with our 18 month old daughter from the tire shop. The dining room was not open only drive thru but the manager was nice to let us use the restroom and let us order food to go. The food was great and the service was even better! Great food as always but this store is not worth the extra money ESPECIALLY since they are apparently out of sauces, give zero warning and poorly trained employees here feels more like McDonalds than CFA. I had to dig though the bag (as I have to check this CFA store who notoriously fails at basic accuracy). I realized they didn't give me what sauces were on the Mobile Order (adhering to the 1-per rule for shortages). Then asked if I could have the rest of the sauces and was stared at blankly by two employees who had to ask a manager if they could fill my order properly. The manager yelled from across the store simply no. Just rude on top of just not filling the order properly. When I started to ask why they couldn't fill my order, the manager just yelled THERES A SHORTAGE and turned back to whatever was more important ... not the CFA experience I expect and I'd rather just get ungodly chicken anywhere else than be made to feel foolish and get yelled at ... at least that doesn't cost as much and with a car full of hungry kids at the end of a very busy day, I'll take the cheaper option that doesn't end in hunger games showdown over the single sauce you honor us with. Lol I had a cup of coffee (black) there because I forgot to make my own and it was the worse coffee I have ever tasted in my life, it was so bad I couldn't even finish it. I didn't even think coffee could be bad until I tasted theirs. While it was hot I couldn't really taste how bad it was but when it started to cool? It tasted salty and metallic, just horrible. My family & I have raved about this Chickfila being our favorite for YEARS. Yes, years. This is the BEST Chickfila we have EVER been to (we travel a lot and Chickfila is the only fast food we do because Chickfila is the best in the fast food industry). The customer experience & customer satisfaction (like if something-happens very rarely because this Chickfila is THAT good and never leaves anything out from our drive thru order- is left out, they will more than compensate for their mistake with free biscuits, refunds, etc!) is unlike ANY other. Recently moved to the area, in my opinion the Chick-fil-a franchise is the best fast food option that exists and usually find it 99% consistent regarding food quality and service. This location is a super dissapoinment and exception. Service is great. However, after my 4th visit (all drive through) I have to post review in hopes it will improve. Each visit the location has been busy, yet the food received is either cold with rubber like old fries or indicative of too much time sitting under heat lamp. Ok where do i get started first of all i have been there 3 different times because they are the only one in the area so the first time I ordered a chick fila sandwich with no pickle and i said it 2 times No pickle and there was pickle and they said after i went back that i should just have it the way it comes. I was So mad after they said that the 2nd time i thought maybe they where just having a bad day so i went back and ordered the same thing a chick fill a sandwich and the they actually got no pickle but it was the super spicy chicken that i never ordered i literally had to pull over to mcdonalds to get a water i swore never to go back but then my friend wanted to go so we went and we both got sandwiches 1 pickle 1 no pickle he was driving and i was in the passenger seat he didn't want to eat and drive so i grabbed mine and ate it then after i put My Trash in a bag i realized it was pretty light so i looked In and it didn't have my friends sandwich and we turned around and after going in we told them the issue and the manager said "Awesome" jokingly and i stepped up and said no not awesome and he said "ohh if you want it you have to return something To get it" i was done i finally got my sandwich but I'm never going back please just go to the mcdonalds or something this place is awfull food isn't even good read more
