The cleanest place in milton to eat fast food. They offer a healthy alternative for children. The staff brought out our food and places child mats to keep things sanitary. Loved the staff and their eagerness to please. Food was very fresh. Would come again. The lemonade shake is die for! read more

The food is great as always but every time I use this location it takes forever to get service especially in drive through. I have literally spent neatly 25 mins in drive through and this was not even on a Tuesday when it's kids night. I've asked why they don't have the iPads where it speeds up the process for drive-through orders, and they said we don't have that here at this location. They definitely need to look at investing in that process an order to speed things up a bit more waiting in the drive-through line to get chicken that long in a fast food restaurant and the list is really ridiculous. I mean I know there's a reason that there's a line wrapped around the building in the drive-through Because everyone loves Chick-fil-A,but invest in speeding that process up for your customers Like other locations have! read more

I absolutely love chick-fil-a. Love them. But this CFA is a joke. The wait time is usually between 1 - 30 minutes. The other night we waited inside after we ordered about 40 minutes. This is terrible for fast food service. They did make it up to us with a coupon, but I think that was because of an error on their behalf. Everyone around us we're getting their food. We go to this Chic-fila often. Usually good. This morning we arrived at 10:22 am manager working front at 10-30 he finally calls to back for help with lines of customers. Two customers were in front of us , at 10:33 we were told we could no longer order breakfast it ended at 10:30. Told the girl we have been waiting 10 12 minutes before breakfast ended. She replied I'm sorry that's not our fault? WHAT? I started to say something and realized nothing good would take place after that comment and left. I am a beef guy but these guys are the exception. Previous reviews mention how clean it is and I agree. So nice to see and makes me more comfortable. The food is great and the best fast food chicken around. They seem to take a lot of care with the food and its preparation. You don't get the stalk of the lettuce leaf and the tomatoes are always red. Staff is neat, clean and always courtious. I am not a waffle fry fan but they also good.
