I had ordered breakfast at 10:15 mobile app and since I got there at 10:30 I was told they couldn't make the order...the supervisor told me I could get a refund and go somewhere else or pick a lunch option...not much of a option here super rude and repeated it like a robot instead of trying to make it right. I put the order in ahead of time and I even called the store as I waited in line letting them know. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store the workers here do not care like the Ventura store others in the area. It's been my "Pleasure" to write this review. read more

Food is always tasty, great, get my moneys worth. The only issue is the employees take a pretty large amount of time in the restroom. I've waiting about 8 - 10 minutes for the restroom. They come out with their phone in hand. One even had food in her hand. Was she eating in the restroom or what was going on where you need to have food in the restroom? Kind of disgusting but as long as they wash their hands and aren't serving me that food, I don't mind. read more

Who's idea was it to split the Mobile order and drive through order line and then force everyone to merge into the same line at the end. Worst design I've ever seen and 100% the reason the line is bad here. Basically forcing people to order ahead on the app or allow 6 cars to pile in front of you in line while you wait to place your order with the one order person in outside. Absolutely awful execution that no other store I've ever gone to has done. read more

Had a wonderful experience here ordering a small fry after coming from the Collection. There was a drive-thru lane for mobile ordering and a regular lane to order your food. There was only one car ahead of me in the regular lane and none in the mobile ordering lane. I only wanted salty food for the evening and small fries was the only thing I ordered in the drive thru. The lady by the menu took my order and sent me on way. At the first and only window, the cashier handed me a bag of fries. I held my credit card out in my hand, prepared to pay. "Oh, she used a promo code," the cashier said. "Your fries are free." Now, there are F-words I definitely dislike, but my ears perked up at my favorite F word. "Free?" I responded, as I hadn't heard the word in decades. I wanted to google the word to make sure I knew the definition. "Yes, it's free," she urged, trying to get me to drive away, as there was a car behind me. Once again, I waved my credit card around. "Are you sure?" "Yes," she laughed. "It's free." "Free," I said to myself after thanking her and driving away. I said the word again, rolling around the word on my tongue, knowing I may not be able to say the word again for another decade. Thank you Chick-Fil-A. read more

Probably the worst location in the 805. Drive thru is always long Food especially breakfast was so cold and really tasted like it had been sitting there. I hate this location! Only a few minute drive but I've came to the conclusion that they do not cook the food like at other locations where it's fresh there is a huge difference in locations this was just happens to be closer to me and on my way to work but I'm done getting food from here customer service is mediocre. read more

Honestly the food wasn't the issue, but the attitude of the woman taking my order. While she's taking my order I ask her if it's possible to make a change to the sandwich I was ordering, and I'm not if she heard me or she was ignoring me. I ask her again and she gives me that "Seriously?" look and calls up the person behind me. Thankfully she did make that change I asked, but I wish she handled it without the condescending attitude. But shout out to the man with the long hair, he was very polite when I asked for sauces when I forgot earlier. read more

We decided to order at the window with Zuri, who was patient and helpful with using the app to apply a reward for small fries. While waiting, I observed the drive-thru and walk-up window lines progressing steadily. Once our order was prepared, our name was called for pickup. Our order satisfied our cravings. Location is super convenient as we live 2 mins away. It is better to get into Chick-fil-A by way of Ventura Rd or Oxnard Blvd, turn into Town Center Dr. and left at the light before Ventura Rd. read more

This location has been struggling lately. This is my second time there back to back where I am given the wrong order. The first time it was completely wrong. This last time it was the wrong drink and a defected bag. Love this location and everyone is so friendly and helpful! What really puts the cherry on the top for me is the mobile thru option. It's genius! As a busy mom, I'm usually in a hurry so ordering ahead is always a great option for me. I'm a regular spicy chicken sando orderer (with extra pickles!) I've never had an issue with this location. Half an hour for a sandwich and Mac & cheese, when I ordered ahead on the app. Ridiculous.

What a disaster. On August 23, 2025 I came by around 8:30 AM and ended up sitting in the drive-through for 23 minutes. They were even walking food to people in the drive-through 3 vehicles back. Once I got my food, everything was wrong. I ordered a chicken biscuit and received chicken nuggets instead. I ordered a bacon scramble bowl and received TWO fried chicken bowls instead. And guess what? NO UTENSILS! so I can just eat the bowls with my hands. What is going on with this place? read more

Service sucks here the employees let alone the manager Isa does not represent what chick fila stands for worst service and they don't care. I placed my mobile order at 10:20 and when I came to pick it up it was not ready and they said they could not make it. How does that make sense my order was placed and my account was charged yet they couldn't give me my food. I asked the manager for my refund and she said she couldn't provide one or even a refund receipt for my records. Definitely last time I will be visiting this location. Fyi I also waited in the drive thru line about 30 minutes for nothing. The young lady at the line didn't even apologize at the least. Once I pulled up at the window there was like 3 girls employees just chit chatting. Definitely not like other chick fila restaurants. read more

Good food , okay service , HORRIBLE location . There's no inside seating , the 2 way traffic for the drive thru clogs up the lines and makes it confusing for customers to either leave or stay , the parking is bad , and to even get to the location - if you miss your turn , you have to go all the way around . This was NOT the place to put this , really bad location smh Unless you're ordering early and going through the mobile drive thru - have patience if you want to eat here read more

As many have said on here, myself included. Just avoid this location. Not sure what it is, but I tried again because the Ventura and Oxnard rose locations redeemed chik fil a for me, but I tried this one again. I ordered ahead, used the mobile thru, and it was a 15 stuck in the drive thru ordeal with only a total of 4-5 cars. Then my food didn't taste fresh and the chicken on my sandwich was the smallest piece I've ever had from any location. read more

Updating my review because after I went to the Chick-fil-A in Camarillo and saw how filthy it was, I thought, no way does the Oxnard Chick-fil-A deserve a bad review. I have actually gone back to this Oxnard location and although the staff can be a little air headed, the trash is always picked up and the trash cans are never overflown. Food is always good. read more

This is a new site. New post-Covid 19 design concept. No indoor seating. Window ordering and eat on outside patio or drive thru. I was expecting drive thru lines out into the street, but this wasn't the case. Lines seemed to be moving quickly. I opted for the walk up window and took my food home. If you are on this side of town, definitely a better/faster location than the Ventura store. read more

This place just opened up in a prime location! They have drive thru lanes and walk up window ordering you can mobile order and pick up in drive thru aswell The workers are moving fast and efficiently. Food was missing from the bag and service was slow. Seemed to be a lot of employees goofing off.

I had a really disappointing experience with the cashier earlier today, her name tag said "Lily." When I asked for some extra ketchup, she responded with unnecessary rudeness. Even before that, when I went to pick up my order she was mumbling under her breath while speaking to a coworker, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Based on this experience I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

Worst location around hands down, avoid the terrible staff and drive to telephone to have a much more efficient experience

I don't want to be that upset but given that the salad was 11.00 bucks, it makes it a little difficult to not be upset. Came to the new Oxnard location for a quick bite. While my kids enjoyed their food unfortunately I had a little bug friend in mine. Possibly even two bugs? Not entirely sure since I got a tad bit grossed out and didn't even attempt to eat. Just double check your salads! Wish I could just return it and get my money back but it's out of the way for me. read more

terrible service here.. went to do pick up order and saw on my chick fil a app that the order was ready, so it proceeded to tell me to go up to the counter for my order. When i was waiting for my order at the window, there was someone waiting in front of me as well as someone trying to order at the regular window. The customer ordering wanted a large drink but Noeml refused. After that interaction I knew she was going to be rude. When I looked around inside the place, i can see my order since all i ordered was a simple frosted cherry coke. Noemi looks at me and goes "what's your name?" in a very rude tone, i say my name, and she says "there's no order for that name" and skips me and proceeds to help the person behind me. I know you're trying to get through the line as quickly as possible, but if you're not even going to try and help me and maybe ask to see my order or try and look around, atleast be kind. After she helped the person behind me i stood right in front of the window and showed her my phone and she just hands me the cup and doesn't say a word. Chick Fil A is supposed to have the "best customer service" well not Noemi she'll give you the bottom of the barrel service. read more

Customer service here could be improved... I consistently feel like a nuisance ordering here. Drive thru is quick most of the time though

"I'm a fan of Chick-fil-A but this location is in a very inconvenient spot and the drive thru access design is poor. The wait for breakfast in line was totally unacceptable. Over 15 minutes for 7 cars and no way to exit the drive through." I revised as follows after leaving. Im a Chick-fil-A fan in general, but this location and experience are seriously lacking. The location is very inconvenient. I pulled into the drive-through at 10 AM and spent over 15 minutes in line for six cars. The woman with the machine said that they are busy because of "last-minute breakfast orders" which is odd because the breakfast Lunch transition wasn't for another half hour. I specifically ordered extra Chick-fil-A sauce which is indicated on my receipt. The hashbrowns were cold and greasy. The sandwich was lukewarm at best and the amount of bacon was lacking. The bacon was also soggy. I should have checked the bag before I pulled away from this train wreck, because, of course, there was no catchup, no Chick-fil-A sauce, no napkins. The pictures show the order. From pulling off the freeway to waiting in line to leaving and getting back on the freeway took 30 minutes all of which to get cold soggy food no condiments, no napkins. read more
