just a regular tuesday in the drive thru just before 1pm. be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for your food.

Sorry to report that it has fallen from grace. So slow now. Incredibly long wait times. And I've had a couple of wrong orders also. I've been waiting for things to improve to no avail.

Service is always great here. I came around 6PM to grab dinner. Plenty of employees to take orders and others bringing food to the car. The food was hot and fries were crispy. It was very delicious. There was no stressing or worrying during the long lines. Always a good experience here.

Hats off to this Chick Fil A man I called ahead of time since I needed to pick up some gift cards and they made it really easy for me to just grab them through the drive thru along with the food I ordered. Dan was very polite and helpful When handing food through the window, they even put it in a plastic box to avoid as much contact as possible (they also all wore gloves and masks) Very conscious of the COVID situation

Pretty standard Chick-fil-A location. Even when they're busy, they do a wonderful job with servicing all their customers in a timely and respectful manner. I haven't been back since February, but I remember dining in. The tables weren't all cleaned off and the employees did forget to offer any sauces with my meal or end my order with "my pleasure". It wasn't a big deal to me because I still believe that the employees do more than enough for their customers. It is however, the little things like this that'll have other Chick-fil-A locations triumph over others. The food was absolutely delicious as I always expect it to be. I'm a big sucker for their milkshakes and waffle fries. I usually get the Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal and you can even customize your order with what you want or don't want in your sandwich. Overall, definitely a location I would recommend.

I recently purchased the mac & cheese from Chick-fil-A and let me say that I was not disappointed it is my second time purchasing it. And I absolutely love it is so creamy is so cheesy I hope that they keep this on the menu permanently. Instead of having it for a limited time only. It really reminds me of having homemade mac & cheese from scratch I absolutely know if I don't feel like making my mac & cheese at home where I'll be get my mac & cheese. The melted cheese on top is the best on a scale from one to ten I will absolutely give ver macaroni a ten plus

My hometown has its own Chick-fil-A! It opened in 2018.

Great experience! About 25% full inside and not a single person in line, which was really surprising. There are two lanes of drive-thru (in anticipation of huge success) well maintained and flowing reasonably. I ordered food to go, redeeming a chicken sandwich reward and ordering a lemonade, a cool wrap, and large fries. The food (both the sandwich and the wrap) was scrumptious--hot and fresh, even though what you get never looks even remotely like the photos on their website and mobile app. The bread was flat and pathetic but the flavor was consistent, as expected, and delish. The fries were hot, large, waffly chunks and not piddly nubs and crumbs. The service was very good. The cashier was pleasant and engaging. The person who handed me my food was conscientious and diligent. The interior was clean and in great condition. Spotless!

Busy, Busy, Busy! This Chick-fil-A is a great location in the franchise! I have stopped at many locations in various states and have kept a open mind about them when I have dined in or carried out. While I do love the franchise in general, this locations remains at the top of my list hands down. The team members are well trained, courteous, personable, and professional. On this particular visit, one of the staff demonstrated over and far above qualities of all of the above. His name is Ezra - It was a holiday and the place was really jumping with activity inside and at the drive through. He was able to show the poise and patience needed for the rush of people while still making everyone feel special and relevant. Shout out to you Ezra! The facility is always extremely clean and the the food quality is exceptional and consistent. I have never felt they were understaffed at any time due to the staff to quest ratio they demonstrate consistently. While other chain fast food places chastise you or nickel and time you when you ask for additional condiments, not Chick-fil-A. I happen to be one of those mega condiment guys so they keep a warm place in my heart with their delicious special sauce!! Bottom line (because my Queen of a wife says I'm long winded)- go out of your way if you have to and visit this top of the leader board Chick-Gil-A- Tell them Mark M. sent you- PS, you have to get one of their awesome shakes!

There are a couple of seats downstairs and a bit more seating upstairs. My wife ordered a plain bagel, toasted, with lox cream cheese. It was toasted well and the flavor of the spread was good, though we both agreed we wish it had been actual lox with regular cream cheese rather than just a flavored spread. I ordered the pancakes with a side of bacon. Let me start with the bacon: I thoroughly enjoyed it. People always ask, "How can someone mess up bacon?" Trust me, I've had messed up bacon before! But this was cooked perfectly. The pancakes, on the other hand, were a letdown. Given the homemade, historic cafe vibe, I was expecting a customized, from-scratch mix. Instead, they were incredibly generic--they actually tasted exactly like McDonald's pancakes. I was hungry, so I ate them, but they weren't what I expected. Since they were listed towards the top of the chalkboard menu, I had high hopes based on menu placement! LOL. I probably should have gone with a breakfast sandwich instead. Overall, it's a cute spot, but I definitely wouldn't go back for the pancakes.

Szechuan Chinese food in a tiny city like Olney is kind of crazy. The owners are really nice. Staff knows us by name now. My favorite dish is the spicy pickled soup with fish. I would've never ordered this, but I took a friend and he did and it now is my favorite. There are so many other good dishes, though as well the Szechuan crispy shrimp is really good. If you're looking for something that's not as hot the crispy beef is really good as well sweet and very mild. Their sushi is pretty good too. Sushi Katana is still my favorite local sushi restaurant. Jiang court sushi is right next to them in quality. If you're not sure about Szechuan Chinese food, ask Miss Lucy for recommendations. She is amazing if she's not around ask for Kevin he'll set you straight to. What I really like about the staff is you can ask them and they'll give you honest answers. They have the obligatory American general tso chicken. However, I would avoid that and get authentic Szechuan food. This is hands-down, the best Chinese food I've ever had. We used to go to New York City and eat Chinese a lot. I would eat this over any restaurant in nyc.

I liked the decor and the place looked clean and bright. Our server (Kevin) was great! He was helpful, gave great suggestions and was nice. I had the flat noodles with chicken; husband had the diced chicken with white rice; our teen daughter had the general tsao chicken (w/white meat). We also had the pan fried pork dumplings, which we all really enjoyed. I really liked my noodles, husband liked his dish; daughter's general tsao could have been crispier. Note: we asked for our dishes to be spicy and they weren't, although the food was still good. Would definitely try this place again, it's close to our house and we always seem to be in Olney.

The biggest issue across the board was the food--everything tasted bland. There was a noticeable lack of seasoning, and most dishes ended up tasting the same. I started with a Caesar salad, which was unusual with added tomatoes and other vegetables you don't typically see. While it was fine, it lacked flavor. For the main course, all four of us ordered pasta, and again, the same issue--very little taste. No one offered fresh Parmesan, which is something you'd normally expect with a pasta dish. Halfway through my meal, trying to improve the flavor, I asked for some Parmesan. I was genuinely surprised when the server told me it would cost an extra $1. It wasn't about the dollar--it was the principle. Charging extra for something as basic as Parmesan with pasta felt unreasonable. When we raised the concern, the manager confirmed this policy came directly from the owner. My advice: just include it in the price of the dish. Policies like that leave a bad impression and cost you repeat customers. Between the bland food and that moment, the experience turned from disappointing to frustrating. Sadly, this isn't a place we'll be returning to--and it's one we'll be warning others about.

He rushed us to order, made us uncomfortable when we were deciding what to order, and asked us if we wanted the house made bread. I knew the bread was $5 but he made no mention of it. If I was coming to eat there and was asked if I wanted bread and didn't know there was a charge, I would be upset. It was kind of deceiving, and when the bill came out, shoved the handheld device to pay in my face and I couldn't go over the bill. He told me to put my phone here when paying and that was that. The bill was incorrect and I had to get a manager to fix it (the manger was very friendly and took care of everything). I also have an issue when a server asks us how the food is, right when the food gets put down on the table. We hadn't even had a chance to take a bite. Now, why I gave this place a five star. Like I said before, the ambiance was amazing, if we had a different server, I'm sure it would had been great! The food: it' was top notch. Some of the best food in Maryland. I wouldn't had changed anything with the food. Everything was seasoned perfectly, had the right textures, and tasted so good! Would I go back? Absolutely!
