What the hell has happened? This place was great for a while and now it takes 20+ minutes every time I come through the drive thru... even with mobile orders. That's a ridiculous amount of time to sit trapped in a drive thru. I would've left had I not already paid and had to sit trapped in the drive thru regardless. If you're looking for "fast food," keep looking. No straws. No condiments. No napkins. read more

Service was amazing and didn't have to wait too long in the drive thru. When I got home and looked in the bag they under filled the fries. I got a medium and large fry. This is what I got in the pictures shown. I personally work at a chick fil an and know the standard for fry's. I've never been to a bad Chick-fil-A yet. They typically seem to do better than your average fast food restaurant. I recently tried this location while the Jimmy Carter location was down for renovations or repairs of some sort. The girl who took my order in line was nice. They accidentally gave us two kale crunch bowls instead of one kale crunch and one kale Caesar salad like we asked, but it was an understandable mistake. For some reason the girl taking our order said they don't do grilled nuggets at this location. Not sure if she meant they ran out or they just don't do them, period. My mom and I were hoping for the grilled, as it's less carbs that way, but went with the fried/battered original nuggies as we had no choice and needed lunch ASAP anyway. Everything came out just as good as the other locations. We probably would stop here again in a pinch, but typically, we go to Jimmy Carter as it's closer to us. read more

This is like my second time coming to this location and for some reason the employees working outside aren't friendly or helpful. I know that it may get busy sometimes but some of the employees both times I've come to this location didn't have great customer. I'll probably give this location one more try because they always say third time is a charm, so we'll see. They're food comes out hot and fresh and the line moves pretty quickly. They use clear containers to hand the food to all the customers and I forgot to ask the cashier at the window do they clean the containers or switch them out. Also, they do have designated parking spots in the front for mobile orders if you're in a rush. read more

The service this trip was the worst I've experienced thus far at this location. Right from the start, my Face 2 Face experience in Lane 2 was with a team member who: 1. Shared no eye contact. 2. Shared no smile. 3. Gave the most monotoned "get out of my drive-thru, how dare you make me work" voice, so no enthusiastic tone present. 4. There was zero attempt to make this trip a personalized experience. None of the Core 4 were met. In addition, the team member tried to tender my order early twice before my order was done, no sauces/condiments prompts were asked, and I received no "My pleasure!" after the order was complete. The store was not busy at this time, so the excuse of a busy lunch hour cannot be used here. I also experienced the exact same lack of Core 4 and second-mile service at the window. All of this occurred between approx. 11:25 and 11:35 AM on Monday, February 26th of 2024. CFA of Peachtree Corners, please be more attentive to the team members you are sending out for Face 2 Face. I love the food here, especially the great choice of sauces. I get grilled nuggets and they are always perfect. The service is fast, friendly, and they have gone beyond what I asked often. I recently just asked at the drive thru about gift cards, and the young lady took my order for them, did 40 gift cards, and brought them out to my car within 20 minutes. And she was cheerful about it! I live nearby, so I mostly use the drive through, which is always clean. I love the app, and get rewards regularly. Good job. read more

This is always the worst chick-fil-a. Drive through line takes forever and the orders are rarely correct.

The drive thru at this location is managed very well and moves quickly. They have two lanes. Today, I bought a large diet lemonade, a regular Chick-Fil-A sandwich, and an iced coffee. The lemonade was great and the sandwich was hot and fresh. That coffee, though! I asked for coffee, milk, and ice. What we got (the coffee was for my son) was some sort of super sweet coffee-esque concoction that tasted terrible! Luckily, I ordered a small. Blech! I shudder to even think about it! read more

I recently visited this chickfila and ordered 5 10 count chicken minis before a road trip. We mobile ordered and then went through the drive thru and were told to pull up front and wait for our food up there. After 15 minutes a friend and I went inside to check because nobody had come to us yet. Once we went inside the manager named Andrea came over to us to help and told us our mobile order wasn't in the system to we told her that we were in the drive thru and asked to pull forward but it had been so long we decided to come in and check. She added with some attitude that we can go sit back in our car if thats what we were told to do earlier. We went back to our car and 5 minutes later Andrea came out with our food. She told us that we need to call ahead for a mobile order even though the whole point of the mobile order is to order ahead. read more

This Chick-fil-A is located at the Peachtree Corners Shopping Center not far from where Peachtree Pkwy. (SR 141) and Peachtree Industrial Blvd. split up. This Chick-fil-A has a double drive-thru which wraps around the entirety of the restaurant. I stopped by to pick up a tray of chicken nuggets for a party. I called the store ahead of time to inquire about an order and the employee told me to come to the store and order in-person. He said it would only take about 8 minutes to prepare. I drove to the store and asked the employee, Ian, what sizes the nugget trays come in. They come in 3 sizes: - Small: 64 nuggets ($24.00 or 38 cents/nugget) - Medium: 120 nuggets ($43.50 or 36 cents/nugget) - Large: 200 nuggets ($69.50 or 35 cents/nugget) The party had about 20 people and other foods would be available as well, so I went with the small tray. That works out to about 3 nuggets/person. After placing my order, Ian told me the nuggets would be ready in about 10 minutes, differing from the 8-minute estimate the person on the phone told me. In actuality, the nugget tray took only about 2-3 minutes to prepare. Now that's what I call fast! Ian had the tray ready to go in a bag with a few party-size containers of various Chick-fil-A dipping sauces: Chick-fil-A sauce, Polynesian sauce, and BBQ sauce. At the party, the nugget tray was a popular item and not one of the 64 nuggets remained when all was said and done. I had about 7 different DoorDashers go to the store and this location kept cancelling my first order for a gallon of lemonade and telling the dashers they already gave it away. No dashers were ever able to get the lemonade. I started calling the store and not only did no one answer - they took the phone off the hook. I had to contact DoorDash and they apologized profusely and cancelled my first order. I placed a second order and Finally a dasher put me on the phone with them after I had been trying to contact them for thirty minutes regarding the update for my order. They finally sent the lemonade and immediately passed the phone back to the dasher when I said the phone was off the hook & I had been waiting for this for over 2 hours. Terrible. When I make a poor decision and choose to eat fast food for breakfast, I know it's not going to be healthy. In fact, when you assume something is better for you, it's probably worse. Regardless of all that, if I'm going to eat a Chick-fil-A chicken, egg and cheese biscuit, I'm going all out and I'm getting the fried chicken option, not the grilled. The fried chicken configuration of sandwich is what I ordered, what I got was the grilled option. That grilled chicken looked pretty pathetic on that biscuit (would have looked pathetic no matter what it was on or came with). I went back through the drive through and they made it right (the second sandwich was quite tasty). The final touch? My hash browns were not crispy, fresh or very edible. read more

I am a customer that probably goes to Chick-Fil-A 20 to 30 times a month. And I can't do it anymore. This place never fails to disappoint. They are the most inept group of people to ever run a Chick-Fil-A. Which is sad because Chick-Fil-A is a place that prides itself on great service and truly taking good care of the customer. This place has forgotten the "my pleasure" spirit. Twice already sat for about 20 minutes in drive thru line this week. EVERY TIME and I mean EVERY TIME! They get the orders wrong. It's pretty bad when Martin's down the street who notoriously gets the order wrong is now doing better than this place! I order a number one w extra pickles and a diet doctor pepper - and I received a greasy piece of chicken with no pickles. No fries. And a regular doctor pepper. To top it off, After calling the manager about a wrong order he said I'm sorry - I will talk to my staff. Never once offered to make things right. The wait, the wrong orders, coupled with the poor service pretty much leaves me to take my business elsewhere. read more

I visited Chik fil a today before work so I was kinda in a hurry. I ordered Using the mobile app per usual. My food was ready after about five minutes of waiting. The staff was quick and efficient. The fries were fresh, they provided all of the condiments I requested and the veggies on the sandwich as well as my salad with fresh. I had no complaints until I got home and saw that my salad looked as if it had been eaten. I was upset but I knew I would not have been able to return to the store so I just took pictures of the salad and looked for the phone number to contact them and explain what occurred. I called the store and asked for a manager and he was the one who had actually answered the phone. I explained to him my situation and he apologized a few times and asked for my contact information. The manager advised me that through the mobile app he would send something to compensate. I checked back a few times and did not see anything added to the mobile app for me but by the end of the night I saw that he indeed added rewards to compensate for the salad situation. I gave four stars due to the almost $4 side salad not being filled but their customer service was on point. I have to give this Manager his props. He went above and beyond. This is the closest Chick-fil-A to my office and time and time again I have the same subpar experience. They have consistently gotten my order wrong. I don't make picky requests, but for instance every time I order a #7, I say no tomatoes. Every. Single. Time. There are tomatoes on my sandwich. Today I came in and it was so busy. Totally understandable for the lunch rush. The lady that took my order was polite and friendly. When my name got called to pick up my to-go order, I asked for some sauce. The lady who I asked (different than the lady who took my order) rolled her eyes and gave me the sauce. I said thank you and got no response. I got in the car and got back to the office only to find my order wrong again. I ordered a #7 and asked for no tomatoes. The sandwich had tomatoes and did not have bacon. The bacon that makes this sandwich have a higher price. Due to my job I cannot come back and sit in a long line again just for bacon. This recurring experience is losing my business and hurting the reputation of this store. I spoke to several people in my office and they all say that this store is the worst Chick-fil-A in the greater Atlanta area. Poor service and so disappointing for a Chick-fil-A. read more

Being from Minnesota, I have to say it's a treat anytime Im far enough south to enjoy Chik-fil-A. I visited this location once during a layover--I specifically left the airport just for a sit-down experience with a spicy chicken sandwich. There isnt much I can say about Chik-fil-A that isnt already known: it is the cream of the cop when it comes to fast food chicken.
