The experience was below the standard I have at other Chick-Fil-A restaurants in the local area. The D/T construct is cumbersome and the mobile offer line appears inefficient which for me detracted from the usual ambiance and speed of service. The woman taking our order was curt and got the order wrong even after recapping for accuracy. The food came hot and the flavors consistent. The order was missing a few items which caused us to have to return and no utensils given to use for the mac and cheese. read more

We stopped to dine in here on our way to the airport and it just so happened that there was a special event taking place so the restaurant was packed. We were still able to dine in. The restaurant was all decorated and the Chickfila cow was there so our kids were able to get their picture taken which they enjoyed! The food was excellent as always. read more

Drive through line is poorly set up and managed. They'll bring you food while there's multiple cars in front of you, blocking you in. By the time you leave, your food is cold and your car smells. Better off at any other drive through in the area read more

The food as expected is good for fast food though this location can be on and off with the quality of the nuggets. The servers are always polite and respectful and get you in and out very fast and are very accommodating with requests. The Inside is nice and clean and the employees are good at wiping down tables fast. read more

My husband and I picked up dinner through the drive through. His chicken nuggets and fries were fine but I opened my salad and there were dead flies directly on top. Unfortunately we didn't catch this until we made it home to eat. Makes me question the cleanliness of this establishment and how fresh the food is. Made a mobile order today @ 1:09pm for a box of 12 count grilled nuggets and a kids 5ct nugget meal...$14.58 total, with my grilled nuggets being $7.09 + tax! Well, drove 10 minutes to get there, 10 minutes in line, and 10 minutes back. To my surprise I got only 9 nuggets - 6 of which were small! As much as I paid, at least give me the proper count. Writing this because this isn't the first time and now I've learned my lesson that they do not know how to count. I'll have to check my meals each time. Sad, really sad that $7+ looks like this but even more sad they can't get your order right. read more

I've been eating at Chik-Fil-a restaurants for several years. After recently moving into the area, naturally I was pretty happy to have a CFA right down the road. However, this location has been a let down. Yeah, they have the standard fare that we all know and enjoy, but this location underperforms. A month ago, I ordered a spicy deluxe with extra pickles. I usually like 4-5 instead of their standard 2. When I opened my sandwich, it had no less than 35 pickles on the damn thing. I threw half of them away, and inverted my sandwich because the bottom bun had almost completely dissolved. Most recently, I ordered several meals for my family and myself, (being wary NOT to ask for extra pickles) and was missing about half of the sauces that I should have gotten. They're also the only location in the area that doesn't offer indoor dining. Chik-Fil-a corporate REALLY needs to have a sit down with whoever runs this location. As for me, I'll be driving down to the Beal Parkway location to get my fix. That location is run VERY well in stark contrast to this dumpster fire. read more

Ate at a Chick-fil-A only once many years ago,so thought I would try here. I remember way back when, they would have Bible verses on their packaging (sandwich wrappers, etc). Which is why I wanted to see again but no verses anymore. Got the 8-piece nugget meal with waffle fries, Root beer and had to try the Mac 'n Cheese of course. Not too shabby. Customer service is a sad state here. On a recent order inside the store the sales team did not bother to ask my name. The order came out very late. The order came out in a bag although I had asked for dine-in. As I was eating it I noticed the name in the bag. It said "green salad". I guess it's pretty derogatory and racist comment for a customer service personnel. Just sad how discriminatory she was. read more

Update from one star to three I contact their online customer service and got a reply from the local staff giving us 4 meal vouchers to make up our meals. We've always be a fan of chick-fil-a but this location has done us so many wrongs. We come here once a week, incidents like they swapped our burgers happened twice; or that they gave our order to the wrong car so we ended up having to park and wait all over agin. Tonight was the first time we called them up, they didn't give us what we paid for. We ordered a no.1 dulex and no.2 dulex both with America cheese. We ended up not having the spicy chicken at all. Instead we got a sandwich with tomato only. We called them up and the girl picked up the phone said she can only give us some coupons. This is the THIRD time happening to us this month. This is the only Chick-fil-a in the area that has not reopened indoor dining, and the only restaurant in the area that hasn't reopened. Only the drive-thru is open, and it's ridiculous. They're either greedy or lazy, but since the drive-thru is packed, it's obvious they'd rather run the restaurant with less people and make more money, as a result.....Less overhead like salaries (less workers), less cleaning/supplies indoors, etc. Not sure why they need to have two workers outdoors taking orders - just use the regular drive-thru ordering system in place. Not to mention, the morning shift is the worst - they're slow and get orders wrong all the time! read more

This Chick-fil-A is messed up... you can order food but not the way you want it. It is an inconvenience for them. I asked for my chicken nuggets well done and they tell Me we can't, it will take to long for them to cook. Then they ask the owner who says " no,no we can't do that." So we sit down and he comes to a whole table full of people and sits down with the group of people who turns out to be his family. Me and my family came in this morning on our way back from the emerald cost of Florida from our vacation. We were here about 7:30 and it wasn't very busy. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. This chick fil a sits rite in front of a walmart super center. They only have one way in and one way out of this chick fil a which I thought was odd but I'm guessing ya because of the state or city hwy rules and regulations. The food was fresh and delicious. I got a chicken,egg and cheese bagel with white egg and pepper jack cheese. This is what I always order for breakfast at chick fil a and it was made perfect. Chick-fil-A used to be one of my favorite places, but the Niceville store has taken a turn in the wrong direction. I typically go to the restaurant 3x a week. In the 2022 year i think my order was wrong zero times. In 2023 its been wrong 3x already. Typically I find it not worth my time to drive back to the store or complain, but since they forgot my chicken biscuit yesterday I thought I would just tell them when I went in today. They said you have to come or call in on the same day. I thought the manager would do the right thing but she also said no. Anyway, i recommend to spend the extra time checking your order and I will not be going back. read more

I ordered 3 meals through the app and pulled into the pick up lane to get my food and waited over 35 minutes before leaving empty handed. Two separate workers came up to my car and i spoke with them both. The first asked if i was missing something from my order and when i told them i had not received any of my order ( after already waiting around 20 minutes) they walked away and served the other cars, the next employee came up to me with an attitude asking me very rudely what my name was when i told them they also just walked away without even checking on my order! Atmosphere was great tonight. I didn't realize this was the parent and child place to be. Dozens of kids and parents using that little playground. It was a good time for my 7 year old. Great quality people in the house tonight. Staff consistently checks on whether you need anything and refilled a lemonade for my daughter which was a super nice gesture. "If you want the fries like that you need to go somewhere else." That's what I was told by Damon, the head manager/ operator at the Niceville Chick-fil -A. I am writing this email to let you know of my absolutely unpleasant experience in dealing with your chief manager - Damon. It is a shame that ppl want to work in the customer service industry and don't want to offer it. It is even more disappointing that Damon- who is upper level management- sets the tone for his employees to follow. What a poor tone he displayed. He sets the tone for the customer service experience for his overall restaurant. Based from example - his employes, and other customers saw him deliver poor service- and might feel compelled to follow the poor behavior he demonstrated. On Thursday, May 24,2018 I was at the Chick-fil-a in Niceville. I ordered chick fil a French fries and asked them to be soft cooked. Although I have ordered "soft cooked" fries from many - this location seemed clueless. I spoke to Lashonda- a manager and she stated her boss (Damon ) said she couldn't fix the fries that way. I ask for Damon, and explain the situation to him. He walks from behind the counter to address me and asks me to step away from the line. He then proceeds to say: he couldn't initially make the fries for me because he was too busy at the moment and it would slow down production and the pace of his customers. What customers? I replied. There were over 15 tables empty in the restaurant. There were 3 people in line. He then walks away and mumbles: "if you want the fries like that you need to go somewhere else." I heard him mumble as he walked thru his 4 extra customers. After hearing, I then told him over the counter - I was going to write him up. He DARED me and told me "go ahead, you can call the Chick fila number or Cfa.com Not even half the the restaurant was filled. At least 15 tables were empty. I have been to numerous ,Chick-fil-a all over the nation asking for soft cooked fries. I have asked owners operators to cook them that way and lower level employees- they all understand "soft cooked fries." Chick fil a supposedly prides themselves on excellent customer service but this Niceville chick fil a could care less about the customer. No one is giving food away for free. I work hard for my money and expect those who desire my money to work hard as well. His comments, the bad attitude, the negative energy and customer service exuded by Damon was absolutely unnecessary and absolutely not Chick-fil-A . read more

Their drive thru is a tad confusing and takes a minute to get through but my sandwich was good but unfortunately when I got to my fries I found a piece of blonde hair in my mouth after I ate the fry I have black course hair so I know that it was not mine!
