The food is great as always and the staff like Kim make it fun to be there. As far as ambiance goes, the place is standard fast food booths, but they are comfortable and the ac works against the heat of the day read more

Totally incompetent food preparers and servers resulting in an unbelievable hour-long wait for a drive-thru fast-food hamburger meal.

Recently moved to the FWB area and have learned that Whataburger is the best spot for fast food. Service, food, price, just decimates other chain burger joints. I just don't see a return to anywhere but Whataburger. read more

Ordered thru ubereats. Burgers' buns were mushy and tearing apart. Onion rings were cold and greasy. Ended up throwing $30 worth of good in the garbage! Won't order again nor will we go there in person. read more

I'm from Georgia and I've heard so much about this fast food restaurant. As soon as I touched down I had to come see what all the hype was about and I must say it was really good. The menu has so many options to choose from you might get overwhelmed. They have hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders and even breakfast.Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but it ends at 11:00 am. The food is very reasonable and fulfilling you won't be disappointed. Heads up if you're in a hurry expect it to be a long line. We waited about 30 minutes in line but it was definitely worth the wait because it hot and fresh. read more

Went through the drive thru and got a sausgae bob and and a sausage egg and cheese taquito got home took a look at them DISGUSTING!!!! You obviously have management and workers that don't care at all about quality or doing a good job. I will never go there again!!!! They need to be fired!!! read more

The front lady server was rude i thought i was crazy until other people pointed it out. it's not my fault you working here lol how to ruin someone's night it was a manager or something because she was wearing different clothing then the others, whoever work night shift at three on a monday you're miserable seek help read more

First off, I want to apologize for having the AUDACITY to make y'all do your jobs. That was very inconsiderate of me and I deserved the attitude I received for placing an order. Second, I'd like to thank y'all for your incredible ability to go above and beyond! After waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes, I was very impressed that you didn't mess up a SINGLE thing, you found a way to mess up EVERY thing, down to the drinks. Best part? It was an online order so all you had to do was read, but I understand sometimes reading past a fourth grade level is hard so I get it. So in short, 45 minute wait, entire order was wrong, paid $25 to waste my time and receive attitude for... idk... existing? Asking for our drinks? Get over yourselves, trash establishment. read more

Drive thru service is VERY POOR! No organized No Employee at the window to get payment completed. Drive thru order does take a long time to get from moment to order to actually getting your food. To Management: Please teach your employees how to be more efficient at their jobs. read more

I ordered curbside pickup and it took them over 30 minutes to find my order. Then I got to wait an additional 15 minutes while they prepared it read more

If you love a burger full of mustard and bad customer service this is the place for you! This particular store is far from a representation of whataburger's amazing burgers and customer service. We stopped while passing through on our beach trip. Spoke to the manager and she could care less about all our burgers being FULL of mustard... to an extreme amount. read more

Whataburger - Excessive amount of mustard - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Fast food line took 15 minutes just to get to window, very slow, bad management. Slowest fast food ever

Wow!!! Amazing customer service compared to their Eglin Pkwy location! Clean and busy store with friendly staff! Ordered a Mushroom Swiss and it does not disappoint! Fries were fresh and delicious as they had just cleaned out their fryer. We waited a little extra for our fries but agreed beforehand to the wait as we were informed of the wait and reason for the wait upon beginning our order. Turns out there was a mix up and our order went out the drive thru to another customer, BUT!!!! The manager figured out what was wrong, came to speak with us and gave us complimentary cinnamon rolls, that is huge to me, I'm ok with mixups and mess ups, they happen all the time, it matters to me that it was acknowledged and made right. read more

If you use the app to order your food. Stop! No matter what form to you use to receive it. It's going to be cold. Plus it's takes forever to get. Park and walk in. You're still going to wait, but the food should be hot. read more

Bang for your buck: 9/10 Quality: 4/10 Service: 1/10 Ambiance/Location: 1/10 Overall: 2/10 HUGE fan of Whataburger, but this location disappointed. We popped in after a day at the beach on our last day in the area because Whataburger really is life and we knew we'd miss it so much after heading home. What a mistake to pop into this location. Huge mixup with our order. Poor customer service. A restaurant full of homeless people loitering. And when we finally did get our order, it was truly lacking that Whataburger essence. Food was cold and seemed old despite the fact that they had to remake it due to their mistake of letting it go out of the restaurant with another customer before running out to get it and trying to give it to us. Will we be back to Whataburger? Absolutely! But we'll pass on this location. read more

I have gotten food from this location twice now and have been very disappointed by how the food wasn't fresh and hot! Don't plan on coming back read more

I missed Whataburger! Having spent the last 18 months living in a state without it, it was reunited and it feels so good! Everything on the menu is good here. I particularly love the sweet and spicy bacon burger, the patty melt, and the honey butter chicken biscuit. This is a solid location with great service. All I can say is, it's good to have Whataburger back in my life. read more

i want to leave 5 starts because I love the food but the fat tall lady that is in the window at night SUCKS she's super rude and when I see her in the window I have to check my order because I know she's going to mess it up. that lady gets fired and another cook hired and this entire operation will be 5 star. I don't expect much from someone working at what a burger but just don't be rude and it's 5 stars for me. read more

These workers never know how to listen, we ordered a full meal and didn't receive that. When we tried to fix it they did nothing but give us attitude. Worst service on the planet I wouldn't waste your time on this location. Disgrace to the whataburger name. read more

I put in a mobile order for a spicy chicken sandwich with grilled onion, a patty melt with bacon and no sauce, and a kids meal. The kids meal was the only meal they didn't mess up. The spicy chicken sandwich didn't have grilled onions, and the patty melt was missing the bacon (that I paid extra for), had the sauce on it, and had enough onions for all 3 meals. The mobile order was made for a specific pick up time, and I got the food about 15 minutes after the time frame. read more

I have had multiple bad experiences at this particular Whataburger but today really took the cake. I specifically requested an avocado bacon burger to be plain with no cheese and it had sauce on it (even though the ticket had it correct). I promptly returned to have it corrected, I paid $10 for the damn thing, after all. Shane the general manager corrected the issue. I thought I was good to go but when I got home my other order, the Monterey melt was half assed assembled with hardly any toppings. This thing was so nasty that I literally had to spit it out of my mouth and throw the whole thing away. My appetite was ruined to the point I didn't even want my fries, which, is a big deal for me. Anyway, I'll stick to the one on Eglin Pkwy. read more

They messed up our entire order! We ordered three burgers, one was entirely wrong as it was supposed to have two patties and bacon and it had a single patty that was all, the other didn't have any patty at all. I have tried to call six times with no answer, as a fellow food service worker, this kind of service is ridiculous! read more

This place is so slow at night...EVERY NIGHT. The staff is so slow and rude. I understand they probably have to deal with the late night crowd which probably isn't easy...but flipping burgers is easy. They seem like they take orders in small batches. It literally takes at LEAST 30 minutes to just place your order. They must put the horrible workers on at night. Maybe they need more than 15 and hour to be more motivated...not really though. I don't understand why because they don't even have the lobby open. I think it's because they know they are the only ones open late. They need a manager that can get these people to work. Ding fries are done. read more

I'm from Texas and moving to Florida and seeing whataburger was a surprise. I've been to this location 15+ times since moving here and I've never had a messed up order and the service has always been great. Late at night there are quite a few homeless people looking for a warm place to relax but they might ask you for food, they're all nice though. read more

Great burgers and fast service! Cheap as well! Wife and I had a full lunch for 12 bucks! Hard to beat that! Manager was really friendly at this location. He came out to our table while we were eating just to check in on her see how everything was tasting. read more

The manager had to rally the employees from outside their work station, visiting their friends. The people who came after us got their order first, while the manager called out to the employees again "where's my avocado burger?" An employee soon came over to our table, apologized for the wait & asked if there was anything else we needed. I ordered the avocado burger & was pretty satisfied with it. The avocado was fresh & the meat was hot. The sauce was unexpectedly spicey, but good. My date enjoyed the patty melt & said it was "better than Checkers." Coming from him, that's a big deal. I would eat a Whataburger again. I thought it was funny that all the yelp review photos looked professional. I took some "real life" pictures of our burgers for this review. read more

This whataburger is the bomb! They get my order right every single time (which is a lot more than a lot of the other burger places around here) and always go above and beyond with their service. Deborah in particular is my favorite. She is always on her game and keeps the dining area spotless every time I'm there. My husband and I typically drive a little further to this location versus the other location nearby because the food here just tastes a little bit better. read more
