Service: the employees were all very friendly. The employee coming around to the tables to clean tables asked if we needed anything and how are meal was. 5 stars. Ambience: restaurant was very clean and had a mixture of booths, high top tables, and tables. 4 stars. Food: the salads were very generous in portion size and each one came with two dressing. The egg roll that came with the zensation salad was "ok". The Cobb salad was good and finally the chicken finger plate I got I think might have been missing a chicken strip and thought they could have put more fries on the plate. The food was good , so I will it 3 stars. I lean towards 4 stars are the max at restaurants like this. This Zaxby's is absolutely horrible. Came here to get dinner and paid for extra sauce and didn't get ANY. Ordered the sauce boss box and got no bread, sauce or cookies. While we were getting our food 2 other customers came up and said they forgot food from their order as well. Horrible. Don't come here unless they get new managers. read more

while at Zaxby's I asked for my order to go. Landon, Eli, and Ariel gave me a plate of food that had unseasoned fries and very burnt chicken. Jayden proceeded to have attitude when I asked for a to go box and threw it on the counter aggressively and stormed off. I'm not sure what all I did to deserve rude looks and bad food but I can promise this is not what any store should stand for. read more

Very disappointing!!! Ordered on Zaxby app then waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes. When I finally made it to the pick up window they tried to have me pay a 2nd time. My order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:45 but it wasn't. I had to pull forward and wait a long time. They finally brought my order to my car at 8:10. When I got home with it we discovered it wasn't correct. Needless to say I don't recommend and I don't plan on returning. read more

So yeah chicken tenders are ok but not great, and the fries are average they may have tasted better had they been seasoned with salt. I got tea, half sweet and half unsweetened and it was not good. Just tasted like sweet water. But they do have the "good ice", like Sonic ice. Staff was not wearing gloves or masks in the drive thru during pandemic, so not liking that very disappointed. Compared to Foosackly in Pensacola on 9 mile, I would take Foosackly everytime !!! Even the sauce is better at Foosackly. Like Foosackly they use all styrofoam, which I'm not a fan of, wish they wouldn't. Here they didn't even ask me what I wanted just gave me there brand sauce Zaxbys, and it turns out to be a type of thousand island. Don't go here if you expect to get the correct order. Waited over 15 minutes for my wings they said would take about 6. When I finally received my food half of my order was given to someone else. When we went up to correct the order they forgot some of our food still. We were missing 10 wings from 30 piece we ordered and didn't receive our toast that comes with the 30 piece boneless wings and we only got half of the fries. Will be calling in the morning to get my money back. Ridiculous you can mess up one order so many times in a row. read more

My food was undercooked not once but twice. We sent it back to the kitchen and when it returned it still was half raw and it was steaming hot which means they literally dropped it in the grease. Terrible no horrendous, salmonella is a thing. And the cashier couldn't even take my order properly. And took forever to give me my change. Awful first experience here. Took 40 minutes from pull up to drive off. They didn't offer any kind of discount or even really apologize. They just blamed it on the kitchen.
