This pls e runs like a well oiled machine. So efficient. I had a reward on the app I wanted to redeem. The store was packed when I walked in yet I was still out in less than five minutes. They had several attendants standing by the line to take people's orders and so all we had to do was pick up at the front. I took my item to go. I didn't eat there but there's plenty of seating and they seem to keep the store clean.

This new Chick is near a lot of businesses and places I like to visit. It's a blessing and curse because my daughter works nearby and she loves Chick fil A. So here is my typical review..... Chick fil A Happy Thanksgiving to you review 11/19/22. You won't see me review them for a very long time. It's not as much fun as before Covid when I competed a survey and received a FREE Chicken Sandwich for my next visit! That was also before I read the ingredients. So thanks CfA and see you next time my daughter insists! Chick fil A happened to be in this neighborhood and I wanted an early morning breakfast. I stopped in for my usual biscuit with cheese and sausage, no egg. It's just the right size to hold my appetite until brunch. It's a typical Chick fil A with knowledgeable employees. The only problem I have with Chick fil A is that they're closed on Sunday. I usually like to go out for early Sunday morning breakfast. Can't pass up a Chick-fil-A when I'm with my daughter. We were on our way home and stopped in to take home a light brunch. I had my usual sausage biscuit and she has her usual chicken biscuit. It's a typical customer service experience. We don't expect anything else. It's clean with inexpensive eats. If you love Chick fil A this is as good a location as any. My photos do make my mouth water!! If you love chicken, you will love Chick fil A. I've had enough chicken for now. I'm looking forward to Turkey!

This location must be new! It was crowded when I was there on a Saturday night. The place was bright and clean. The staffs were great and generous with sauces on the side, unlike other fast food places. I had their grilled nuggets, chicken strips, and Mac n cheese. They were all delicious! So glad that Chick-fil-A finally have a location in Herald Square!

Regular sando with lettuce & tomato

Been here a few times and every experience is mixed. The food is okay, but it's been getting worse as time goes on. Today's sando was cold and unusually salty. Even with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo it was still salty. Over the past 4 visits, it has been cold or room temp food, selectively polite staff, and dining area cleaners who will sweep your feet if you let them. In the future I'll go to one of the other locations nearby if I have a craving.

There was a hair in my friends food and it's just unsanitary how it could've gotten in there.

The waffle fries were cold, and my sandwich was a bit soggy. What happened, Chick-fil-A?

I am not a huge fan of fast food, but the service at this particular restaurant, the quality of people they have greeting you, taking your order, and serving you is so high, that I am compelled to give four stars, rather than my typical two or three for a fast food restaurant. The food is good, a few pleasant surprises like the kale salad as an option instead of french fries. Their sauces are all quite tasty and unique. The Chick-fil-A honey mustard dipping sauce has almost a hint of horseradish, the sweet and sour sauce has a plum finish and their original sauce is delightful. They are efficient and strive to be helpful. This particular store is located by Penn Station and Madison Square Garden and it is a place I would not hesitate to come to again.

The food itself was great and I enjoyed the variety of sauces that were offered for my food. The environment was great and it was very spacious so there were a lot of seats. However, I loved the attentive and friendly staff who were very aware and helpful. The person who attended me was someone called Alexa and the people here made my day!

This location hits the spot, and is a total lifesaver when your starving, not in the mood to go to Times Square or other far out locations. The Penn station location is perfect! No crowds, if there is a small line, it moves incredibly fast. Ordered the Box Combo, and the chicken was piping hot, crispy, and perfectly breaded. And obviously, the Cane's Sauce is always a bonus. The Texas toast was buttery and thick, just the way it should be. The staff here deserves a raise; they manage the Midtown chaos with total grace and keep the seating area surprisingly clean for how high-volume it is. This is the perfect grab-and-go spot that actually tastes like quality food. If you're passing through Penn, definitely check them out. I ordered the three finger combo. What came out was just plain sad looking. Tiny chicken fingers, barely cooked fries. The Raising Cane's sauce was good but the vessels to that sauce were so lacking. The breading on these chicken fingers was nothing special and again, so so small. Service was fast at least, but the place itself was dirty and virtually every table needed a wipe down. I know, I know, it's Penn Station, it's supposed to be a little grimy. Honestly, if these chicken fingers weren't so tiny and my fries were properly cooked I could deal with a little grime. I ordered the Claude the Claw ($18.99) with medium spicy sauce on the side. The sandwich is pretty huge. I like how they wrapped the sandwich around the claw sticking out from the bottom. I did take it out of the wrapper for the picture, but suggest you keep the wrapper on as it gets messy to eat. The spices and flavor is delicious and the chicken is crispy and tender. It's a great Nashville hot chicken sandwich overall. While the claw is insta-worthy, it's not quite worth the extra $4 (plus you can't really even eat it, so it's all for show). I'd suggest getting the claw for your first time, but I'd get the regular sandwich in the future for the lower price.

And let's just say... the house won. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Wings, Fries, and the 3-sauce flight. The sandwich? Dry, old, and looking like it clocked out an hour before I arrived. The chicken itself was hard on the edges and somehow soggy in the center -- a combination I didn't even know was possible. The mayo situation looked like someone whispered the word "sauce" over the bun and walked away. The Spicy Wings were no better -- overcooked, dark, and tasted like they'd been sitting in the warmer since lunchtime. Not spicy. Not fresh. Just... tired. The fries? Burnt, cold, and absolutely done with life. They didn't even pretend to try. The only thing that saved this meal from being a total loss was the 3-sauce flight. Credit where it's due -- the sauces were actually solid. They added enough flavor and moisture to make the rest at least edible. Without them, this review would've ended a lot sooner. I get it -- it's Penn Station, it's late, everyone's hustling, and the crowd is nonstop. But even with that, freshness shouldn't be optional. Overall: If you're starving and desperate, grab the sauces and hope for the best. Otherwise? Keep walking. There are better options within the same block, even during off-hours. Go to Gardenia. Gov's Take: 2 stars One star for the sauces, one star for being open. That's the fairest I can be.
