I can be indecisive about ordering, patient friendly staff was great with answering my questions. Went for the chicken tenders combo with curly fries and a drink. Tenders were okay, a bit dry I thought, so the mango-habanero sauce helped with that (not as hot as I'd expected). Fries were decent, quantity was generous. Apologies extended that there are no knives or spoons available, just forks! Was okay dipping my tenders, but would probably need a knife for a burrito. Want to shout out the two employees on that shift - Bubbakoos lucky to have them on board! Limited seating not a problem for me, but if they're busy I can see it being an issue.

I tried the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and while I can't honestly say the sauce was hot, it was flavorful. The restaurant serves chicken sandwiches, tenders and nuggets, along with a variety of sauces, salads, sides and cookies. Instead of fixing it properly, she tells us we need to pay for another regular sandwich--even though that means we'd pay more than the actual cost of what we ordered because the giant sandwich is discounted from two regulars. I logically pointed that out, and she basically shrugged it off saying it was "only a few bucks" and shouldn't bother us. She never offered to void the transaction and re-ring it correctly, just expected us to eat the extra cost for their mistake. When I said we shouldn't have to do that, she actually accused me of being rude while re-emphasizing it was the cashier's first day. The cashier mistake wasn't the problem, her attitude and inability to rectify the situation was. Then, she grabbed our bag back, reaches in and takes back the second half of the giant sandwich (which she made as two regulars) and gives us the bag back like nothing happened. Unreal. So happy I had tipped 15% for such audacious and incompetent behavior.. It's unfortunate companies even hire employees which such ineptitude. I don't mind people making mistakes--especially new employees--but this wasn't about that. This was about terrible customer service, and we ended up with less food, paid more, and got blamed for it. We won't ever be back. Hope those few dollars were worth losing a regular customer.
