The last time I went theyre I did a custom steak burrito. It was so big they needed 3x full size tortillas just to wrap it. They even made the steak to order but was horrible. I can be indecisive about ordering, patient friendly staff was great with answering my questions. Went for the chicken tenders combo with curly fries and a drink. Tenders were okay, a bit dry I thought, so the mango-habanero sauce helped with that (not as hot as I'd expected). Fries were decent, quantity was generous. Its not as bad as the 1 star reviews would lead you to believe, but I also don't consider it a 5 star experience based on a couple of factors: - the rice was undercooked. We had 4 rice bowls and the rice was semi-hard and while not "crunchy" .. it was not fully cooked. I have 48 years of experience eating rice, and this was not cooked fully. - the meat was not piping hot. It wasn't ice cold either. Maybe the salsa cooled it down? - the chicken was a little bland, according to the family - the staff was friendly and gave some suggestions on what to try which was nice. Its a lot closer than Chipotle for me, so that's a plus. But I'm not sure its better than Moe's, across the street. So we went to the Bubbakoo's up in Orlando area and we fell in love. So, we checked to see if any were in the area locally and we found the Naples location. I have to say I am disappointed as I had ordered the birria burritodilla just like in Orlando and it was like night and day. I had to recook my food when I got home as when I picked it up it started to fall apart so I had to cook it a bit longer. Also, no birria flavor whatsoever, I repeatedly told the employee birria multiple times and all he put was barbacoa and that's it. I am disappointed as I felt the love that was cooked in Orlando and with the one here in Naples there was no love put into he cooking or at least quality. I felt like it was thrown together and not even fully made. I was looking forward to it so much that now I am just eating it to eat it. I will definitely make sure to hit up the same location in Orlando, however I don't think I will be coming back to this one. :( read more

I had heard good things about this place. My wife and I figured we would give it a try. We ordered through Postmates on a Saturday evening. I am allergic to styrofoam and there is no where on the app to list such allergies or any allergies for this point. Since this place an equivalent to Chipotle, I made the make of assuming similar packaging. Well of course, our meals arrive in styrofoam. Would it kill you guys to have other packaging especially a recyclable one? With that one fact aside, I had my wife try the dishes as she isn't allergic to styrofoam. She got double seared shrimp burrito bowl which costs an extra $4. The shrimp are salad shrimp if best and probably frozen. It's a joke for $16. My meal was the chiwawa with shredded pork and she said it was so salty. It was inedible. It was a terrible experience all around and we are still hungry. Thanks for nothing! read more

The nachos I asked for the desired toppings and was given BBQ sauce on it which I asked for NO SIGNATURE SAUCES, paid for guacamole and never received it on the nachos. The bean and cheese burrito had lettuce in it and never came with a drink. The tender meal never came with a juice. The Nashville chicken burrito tasted a little funky and FORCED myself to eat half until I threw in the towel before I vomited. And the beef burrito bowl I asked for some of the toppings on the side like the lettuce, sour cream and guacamole, because they don't reheat well. It's quite an expensive place when you are use to going to Chipotle. We had a taco salad, burrito and water and with tip, it was almost $30. Seemed like a lot, but I know that everything is getting expensive these days. The only negative was that our proteins were cold. Chicken was as cold as the lettuce and the beans were as well. In the salad and burrito. Was it supposed to be that way? Not sure since it was our first time there. Not into cold beans and chicken though. First time ordering from here and it was wonderful! We both got bowls and it was so much food for the price. The steak and shrimp were very tasty. They are also very very nice and accommodating as well. I called before hand to inquire about removing cilantro from mine ( I know I know but I love Mexican food! I just can't eat cilantro). We had noticed a new burrito restaurant near Costco in North Naples on our last couple shopping trips. Our curiosity got the better of us today, so we stopped at Bubbakoo's Burritos for lunch. Choose your favorite ingredients as you order your burrito or quesadilla or taco trio. My choice was burrito bowl with brown rice, grilled chicken, and many delicious toppings. My friend had the quesadilla with habanero chicken. All of the ingredients were fresh, fresh, fresh. The portions were so generous I took half of my burrito bowl home and had it for dinner. The staff was friendly and helpful! I can see this will be one of our favorite lunch spots. On beach days, I have plans to order burritos online for a convenient lunch to pick up on the way to the beach. Try it! You'll like it! read more
