So I ordered breakfast through the app for pickup and selected to pick up in the drive thru. The app stated I had to be IN LINE before 10:30 or i wouldn't get my food, so I was in line before 10:30. The lady outside took my name and confirmed my order and i even added a sauce and she told me to go to the window. I was in line for 15 minutes and when I got to the window they said breakfast was over and I couldn't have the chicken bowl. I had the worst experience at Chick-Fil-A last week. I ordered my food and paid for it in the drive through queue, it was $34+. When I got to the window they asked my name and what I ordered and I told them. They informed me that they had lost my order. They looked around could not find it then asked again what I had ordered. I repeated my order and showed them my bank balance where they money was pended already. They made me go and park, then eventually brought out some food. It was not what I had ordered, they brought out 2 small meals and I had ordered 2 large. When I questioned my order, she let me know that my original order was 30 cents under what I told her my order was at the window!!! I then told her to refund my money, she said she could not do that as they had lost my order. She was very rude and disrespectful, which is so unlike that place. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. The service was unusually slow, and the staff was totally overwhelmed. The Chicken Nuggets were burnt. The chicken is always bad, you have to take a bite and look in your chicken to make sure it's not black. If you get a 12 count you need to count on atleast 2-3 of them being inedible. This place has always gone above and beyond to make sure their guest have a great experience. They have opened up an extra drive thru lane with the demand of since folks can't dine in right now due to COVID. The staff are adhearing to safety and distancing precautions. They have contactless payment so no one comes in contact with each other. Large orders may get pulled aside but if you are in line and have ordered something small, your order will be brought out ahead! How great is that! They bring orders out as they become available for delivery. These guys are too notch and are all about the customer service! read more

The food is fine, but the way this location is managed is odd. Sometimes curbside mobile order is available, sometimes it isn't. Sometimes people are asking for your order in the drive-thru before you can see the menu. Sometimes they aren't. Sometimes the lines are managed well, most of the time they are out in the road because the line moves slowly. Overall I go here because it's the closest to my house. If you have their app, you can order your meal before you join the line. There's often several people standing next to the line who can take your order. I placed my order using the app 10 minutes before I arrived and told him I was there when I placed the order, I still had to wait because I use the automatic app which is supposed to tell them when I'm arriving, but I had to wait in the restaurant 10 minutes because the app isn't working, good thing they told me that before I waited. Since they put me behind schedule and made me late to my next appointment I figured I might as well complain about it because I was already late. Seriously the WORST chick fil-a I have ever been to. They've created a concept of "2 lanes" but actually just have a sign that leads you into a parking lot. The service is slow and there is always a trail of cars both ways on the main road. I would rather door dash or Uber eats from this location then try to go through the drive thru. I eat at Chick-Fil-A a lot, like way more than I care to admit. With that, I have been a customer at numerous Chick-Fil-A restaurants across the southeast; and I have never been to one that was so dang slow. I have not once, not twice, not three times, but four times sat in this drive thru for over 20-30 minutes (for just an order of either an 8 count nugget meal or a #1 combo meal); and every single time the service seems to get slower. I have also tried multiple days of the week/times of the day, in hopes of avoiding the rush; however, it seems the length of the line, the time of the day, nor the day of the week makes the speed of service any better. Honestly, if you're going to. spend that much time waiting in line for your food; you would be better off going to the many sit down/non-fast food restaurants around the area. Also, while this location does tend to be pretty consistent with their quality of food (which is why I have gone back), they always mess up the dipping sauces. Overall, I give this Chick-Fil-A two stars; however, if it wasn't for the consistent quality of the food, it would have been a one star. read more

I don't remember to "Check in" every time I visit this Chick-fil-A because I stop here on my way home from work at least once a week (Sometimes twice but shhh) and go through the drive through without ever opening Yelp. This Chick-fil-A far surpasses most with their customer service. My order has never been wrong and I've come here for over three years. The drive thru gets ridiculously long, but they move cars through like it's nothing. 15 min of sitting there, tops!
