Like a lot of people who have tried CFA, I am a complete and total Kool-Aid drinker. I believe in their product not only because of the flavor but mostly on account of the chain's shocking ability to be consistent even though they're all franchises which at most chains would equate to an all over the place experience. We rumbled in here on a weekday after what most would consider a traditional lunch time to find the usual shit storm that most CFA's have which is how do you get on to the property? The drive thru line is backed up around the store and 95% of the parking spaces are taken. We were committed to eating inside and thankfully got one of the only tables available. The order process is as expected with one problem. They are out of lemonade. The girl at the register half fills our cups and said that they were making more but that it would be 10-15 minutes at least until it would be ready. Grumble. Grumble. Whatever. The food makes it's way to our table about 10 minutes later and it tastes as expected with the nugs, wrap and sandwich. One of the employees finally comes out with the five gallon bucket they mix the lemonade in and fills the container. At that time you see myself and four other people descend like locusts with around ten cups looking for refills or in our case, the part of the fill we actually paid for but never received. I hope they had more on the way past that because what they brought out was not going to last long at all. On a side note, one of the employees was walking around table to table telling people that they are going to be piloting a program in the near future where you'll be able to pre-order food via the app and when you come in it'll be brought to you at a table restaurant style. Is that good or bad? I don't know. I've never heard of it locally where I live but I don't do apps so whatever. Like pretty much all other CFA locations I've ever been to the food is solid and that's what keeps me coming back for more. But in the future CFA should really consider building stores with larger seating and parking components. This isn't your typical fast food place where the bulk on the business is done via the drive thru. No, CFA does a fair amount of business with people choosing to eat in. Hopefully they figure that out in the future especially if they're going to try things that resemble quasi-sit down restaurant service. read more

We are currently sitting in the line we have already been sitting here for 10 mins and we've moved one spot. Last summer we would have been out already. Their service has gotten so slow. Another thing that isn't that big of a deal but just shows how the service has gotten worst, is how they don't even say "my pleasure" anymore. I love this place! The chicken nuggets are so chunky it savors your taste and u can become full easily, I would come here if ur hungry if I were you. And THE WAFFLE FRIES!! They are delicious!! Every time we come here....it's a hot mess! Today we walk in to a drink spilled in front of the counter with nobody addressing the issue. A woman offers to take our order and just looks at the spill. After we order and have been sitting at the table waiting for food at least five minutes another woman comes over and asks if it's okay it will be at least ten minutes for our food....umm, what are we supposed to say? LOVE this CFA! The facility is always clean and the staff is, hands down, the most courteous bunch I have ever been served by. + in 4 years of weekly visits, my order was wrong twice (sweet tea instead of unsweet) ..both on drive thru visits + the staff is incredibly helpful -especially when navigating lunch crowds with an infant an a toddler. + restrooms always tidy. - the parking lot can be dangerous to cross during the lunchtime rush, however that is not the fault of CFA ...just inconsiderate drivers who put their hunger pang ahead of their manners. read more

The workers are particularly pleasant and nice, so noticeably pleasant I have noticed the other fast foods near by copying the friendly , helpful staff technique. The Chick fil-a chicken is very good, unlike McDonald's which some kind of pressed chicken simulation. Nuggets might be small but so is McDonald's now and Chick fil-a nuggets are better tasting and real chicken not pressed chicken goo. They are very busy at Chick fil-a especially at lunchtime , 12 to 2 pm and parking if filled up. Tells you food is good. read more

This was our first visit to a Chick-Fil-A and we were so impressed! We made it a point to drive out to Morehead City just so we could come here and we arrived right around noon. There was literally 2 empty parking spaces and the drive thru lane was wrapped all the way around the building. We considered leaving since we thought the wait would be insane, but braved the crowd anyways. (Mind you, there were plenty of other fast food and casual restaurants around, e.g. Olive Garden, McD's, but none were 1/2 as busy as Chick-Fil-A). We placed our order with an incredibly courteous cashier, and waited no more than 2-3 minutes before our meal was complete. We found our way out the door and ate at one of their outside tables. It was clean and the food was incredible for being 'fast food'! Also, while we were out there, one of the Chick-Fil-A cashiers came out and started taking drive thru orders in person on something that looked like an iPad, because of large amount of people who were out there waiting to order. It was the best fast food experience we've ever had! Worst chick-fil-A i've ever been to. We were out of town for vacation and decided to order chick fil a while on the road to pick it up at curbside because you could never go wrong with chick fil A right?.. or soo i thought!! Order our food and decided to wait at curbside because their drive tru had a long line. WORST MISTAKE IVE MADE.. they finished their drive tru line and we never got our food! 30mins later i decided to walk in and ask for our food. The cashier asked the crew leader and she asked him if i was inside asking for my food... when the cashier pointed at me this lady just looked at me, saw my food on the counter and told me to "take it" ! My second trip to Chick-fil-A was today and it was better than before. I got the Chickfil-A Sandwich and 8-piece breaded nuggets. I really didn't know what could be so good about a fast food chicken sandwich or why people were so into Chick-fil-A before. I thought it would just be ground chicken formed into a patty or nuggets like McDonald's chicken sandwiches or something but now I get it. It's an actual cut of chicken that's breaded not a patty in the sandwiches. And it was juicy and tender unlike some that is dry and slightly chewy at other places. The nuggets were very good as well, but the pieces seemed quite small (about the size of little grapes). Service is fast and friendly and restaurant looks clean. read more

The food at this chick fil a was average. My two stars was for service. For more than two years now I have gotten the fruit cup without apples at no less than six or seven locations. My youngest son gags on the skin and my older son used to react to the preservatives on them. Also, they're gross. When I ordered here, the cashier told me she would have to charge me TWICE. I would've been fine with an extra dollar or so, but the large fruit cup is not cheap! Its already more expensive than four lunchbox portions of oranges from the store. She said the oranges are more expensive than apples. Yes, they are, but not TWO TIMES more expensive. I told her I had never been charged to remove apples before and she was unmoved. She told me that was just policy. I asked her to just put the apples in a separate container and was given a full container of apples and a microscopic container with four strawberry quarters (that is ONE berry total) and about four mandarin oranges and maybe six blueberries. Needless to say- a total rip off. I usually love Chick fil a, but this one wont get my business again. There's a Five Guys across the parking lot- much better customer service and the times Ive been there, better food. read more

The restaurant is always clean, always friendly and always fast. It is one of my family's favorite fast food places to eat and the owner of this franchise is a great guy. I like the way the building is laid out, the bathrooms are clean and there is a play area for the kids as well as family nights during the school year. The staff is well trained, helpful, smiling and quick. It is usually always packed and in the summer especially, but they move you through with fast hot correct orders. I have gotten food poisoning. First of all my family insisted that we go to chickfila. I did not want their food but I ate there anyways so my family's food wouldn't get cold. It was a #2 with tea and fries. I began to have a massive headache but Ignored it and went to bed. I woke up 5:56 am & couldn't hold in all the vomit that was coming out of me. My body is very weak & it hurts to move. Anything I try to eat or drink comes back up 5 mins later. I'm running a fever and my heart feels like it is racing. I have had the symptoms for the past 14 hours.(Still continuing to.) 2 more of my family members are experiencing the same symptoms. I feel like I'm going to die from a sandwich and I'm scared. I love CFA, I used to work at CFA when I was in college. However, I was really let down with this place. I used the mobile ordering and placed an order. 2 CFA biscuits, 1 4 count chicken mini, their new CFA biscuit with grilled chicken, and 4 orders of hashbrowns. We get there and the staff is just staring at us. There was no one else in line, I walked right up to the window that said "pick up". After a few minutes, the team lead/manager woman said it would be 4 minutes before the grilled CFA biscuit will be ready, and offered us a lunch fillet instead. 1) why do i use mobile ordering if the food isn't going to be ready? 2) why would it take 4 minutes for a breakfest fillet but you have lunch fillets ready at 9am? 3) we didn't get the sauce we requested on the mobile order. Came in with husband and 2 kids, we just settled and stood in line to order food.... Was told by a cashier had to move to a different part of the restaurant bc they had to scrub the floor.... I mean..... I am sorry I am coming in here spend my money and not feeling welcomed at all....sad... After spending time in a kids area went to bathroom to wash hands....floors were absolutely wet!!!!! I am talking about like paddles of water....
