I mean, this is the only Zaxby's around here so i can't go to another one if i wanted it. Most of the time we just go without though. Got it tonight for dinner, and every time i give an ounce of hope its always still low par. It's getting expensive, and when a simple entree ordered results in me getting stale bread, unseasoned fries, just take your money to mcdonald's you're eating fast food regardless but that's cheaper. Like look at the bread, i think they had to snap it open for real. This was like 6pm, not near closing at all? I've heard many people say try zaxby's when you're down south so we did. Especially after the Popeyes chicken sandwich hype of 2019. I was not impressed. The chicken sandwich was salty and dry. The coating for the fried pickles was meh - like a hush puppy coating. Not a fan. My 5 year old said she would give it 4 thumbs down if her feet were hands. I will say that the thick cut crinkle fries and zaxby's sauce would warrant a return for me. I'm a sucker for a seasoned fry and a dipping sauce. read more

Food is great. Service not so much. One car in front of me in line. Ordered one meal and took about 15min to get my food as I waiting in a parking spot as they told me too. Would have given 1 star if food wasn't so good. Chick-Fil-a can be wrapped around the building and you will have your food in about 5 min. read more

Horrible service! Online Order was 25 minutes late! Drive thru asked me to pull around front and food would be out in 3 minutes. Over 10 minutes later no food. Had to get out and go inside to hunt my order down which had been sitting on the counter waiting. So food was now cold . BUT WAIT! There was no dressing for my salad and my dipping sauces I paid extra for were missing in addition to any utensils. 25 Minutes late is not acceptable for an online order. Don't go here unless you have all day. UPDATE. After I filed a complaint on their website I did receive a call back from the GM Bill. Very nice person and was willing to make it right. He even drove to the store to speak with the manager on his day off. I feel this will not happen again as long as he is in charge. read more

Not that I want this place to become over crowded and impossible to enjoy but WOW! Exceptional customer experience! Greeted by a "new guy" explained the menu and really helped me out as it was my first time ever at a Zaxbys. Food was fresh and hot. It was delicious! The restaurant and rest rooms were clean. The background music was good. Our food was out and brought to our table before we could finish picking drinks! We can not wait to go back! Did I mention the food was delicious ??? Because it was and there is a bunch more to try !!! The prices were reasonable for quality of food. All the people were nice helpful and friendly. All around GREAT experience. Go there ! read more
