I don't get it. Saturday afternoon. Crazy busy. At least 20 cars in the double drive thru line and at least 75 patrons inside however we had our 2 meals within 5 minutes of being inside and served with a smile at that. Wish all fast food establishments followed whatever it is they got goin on for them. read more

We've stopped here on a few occasions during road trips through Oklahoma. Always seems to be busy, but like most other locations, they get you through pretty quickly. As I've found with most other locations as well, if the drive-thru line is backed up, you'll get your food just as fast if not faster by going in and ordering at the counter. Everyone who lives in the south raves about the Chick-fil-A. Since I have never been to a Chick-fil-A, I thought to give it a whirl to see what the fuss was about. Surprisingly, it was very good. The nuggets are the best. McDonald's cannot compete. Also the Chicken Salad sandwich on wheat is very delicious. The sides offered are very figure friendly as well. I ordered the fruit cup. Lastly, the lemonade is good as well (not too sweet or bitter). With this place being new (less than 2 weeks old) it will do well for the area. It helps that it is next to a Starbucks. read more

The chicken is good but it's over priced for fast food and they're not open on Sundays. They also don't offer mashed potatoes and gravy as a side, which any fried chicken place MUST do (it should be a law). I go to Chicken Express across the street instead. read more

I've been coming to the Chick-fil-a location since they opened. No matter how busy they are (and the Moore location is always busy) they are always friendly and their food is consistently good. The place is packed right now and someone came by and refilled our drinks then later picked up our trays. This is a very well run restaurant. I will continue bringing my family. Don't bother coming when it's almost closing time. Was in line and several other cars places their order. I decided to go into the second lane. I could hear staff taking the order of the car next to me but no one said anything in my speaker until after that car finished ordering. Then a minute later they tell me they're closed because it's after 10. First of all by that point it was 9:59 not 10 and second it shows they don't care about the customers. if i was still behind the original car my order would have been denied too regardless of the fact that I was waiting in line. Might as well have a sign saying they stop working before 10 so don't get in line. read more

I've been coming here since the first week they opened. Place is always clean. Best service you can possibly find in fast food. Even on their busiest times of the day they have posted an employee outside at the drive thru intercom to take orders to insure quick service! I would suggest to anyone to eat here. Been going here weekly since they opened in 2009... Never had a bad experience or meal! Breakfast burritos are filling and a decent 450 calories to keep you energized until lunch time. All the usual CFA goodies available here. The owner and his wife are super friendly and constantly feature special events such as father/son camping, touch a truck night, costume nights, etc... Always something fun happening for the kids! Additionally, they sponsor many local events! read more

Something has changed at this location. Either there is a staffing issue or a management issue. First, let me say the food is still good. However, the overall level of service has gone down considerably. I have visited this location three times in the last couple weeks and each time the drive thru was moving at the rate of a McDonald's, which is unusual for a Chick-fil-A. When I went inside, there was no change. Long lines, one or maybe two people taking orders and on both occasions I waited well over 10 minutes for my order. Other locations still offer a much quicker service time, but for some reason this one suffered. read more

best fast food restaurant when it comes to service! the staff and managers are always friendly. love the chicken nuggets and sandwiches... It's none of the fake chicken you get at other fast food places! This location seems to be active in many events which is fun to participate in with your kids. I try to avoid rush lunch hours. It gets packed with the nearby high school kids coming out for lunch. But they always serve you with quick friendly service no matter how busy they are! read more

Worst Chick-fil-a ever. It never fails, every visit here is messed up. One morning I received a box FULL of nuggets instead of chicken minis, another morning coffee wasn't made, wrong drinks, carbonated water, forgetting food, forgetting sauces... Maybe I've just been spoiled by the Norman location which is always on point. read more

My favorite chicken sandwich around. I like the addition of the spicy chicken sandwich. The classic chicken sandwich and chicken biscuit are hard to beat! Waffle fries and lemonade are great, too! The service is always quick and extremely polite. read more
