I don't usually go to Chick-fil-A but when I do the service is always extremely good and fast. However we sat in line for 45 minutes, moving only every three minutes (seriously), with the line inside just as long. I would've left but I had already placed my mobile order. We had a mobile order and new order which were both repeated back to us. Upon arriving at the window, they had no idea of a mobile order, therefore taking an extra 5 minutes at the window. Customer service was lacking, as no one acknowledged or apologized for the extremely long wait. Not to mention they forgot our drinks and had to be reminded. Besides all this, there were no workers outside taking orders or payment. Even with this, not sure what was taking so long but this was absurd. You'd think after all this the food would at least be good but it was just cold. I would not recommend this location unless you have 1/4 tank of gas to spare and at least 50 minutes. read more

Absolute joke! I hate leaving reviews but every time I go to this place they disappoint! Waited in line for over 20 minutes for them to leave out 1/2 our order. Second time this has happened since they re-opened. They want people to think this new and improved drive thru line is working for them and clearly it's not!!! Their excuse when I called is "it's a Saturday, we're really busy" but you have 0 problem taking peoples money when they order and your customers just have to trust their order is correct. The food is always good at chic-fil-a. But this one here in Moore, OK, on 19th street has the worst service. They are very slow and only have two registers inside. I just dropped my 10 year old off at 6pm and won't pick her up until 10pm. Now I have a 3 & 5 year old to entertain for four hours. We went grocery shopping then headed over here to Chick-fil-A. We'll be able to kill two hours easy!! They love the food and will play until I drag them out of here. I'll also be able to get a little work done while they're playing. The drive thru is backed up and quite a few people waiting in the lobby for food. The lobby is a bit messy. Countertops sticky with spills. Might have been super busy at lunch. I've only been to Chick-Fil-A a few times before and they've all been to this location and what I've seen/tasted has impressed me. The food is always good, ordering is easy, the employees are always friendly, and the dining area is always as clean as it can be (it's a pretty busy place so it's acceptable if there are some "dirty" tables, etc but the employees are usually on it in no time.) Tip: they have a new app and it allows you to check out their menu, place your order, pay, and use coupons/redeem freebies/earn more stuff. It's like a "loyalty card" that other restaurants give out but I like this because it's all on the app and you don't have to remember anything. read more

I have always been impressed with Chick-fil-A and their exemplary customer service. HOWEVER, this location has completely disappointed and seem to be struggling under management. After placing our order inside, we waited almost 30 minutes watching as other families who came in after us get their meals. Once we went back up to the counter to ask about our food, we sat for another 30 minutes eating our meal, and not once did anyone come clean the 7-8 tables left dirty. And there was a trash can outside overflowing with trash on the ground around it. Food was ok, but the poor service and dirtiness definitely made me lose my appetite. I love Chick-fil-A but I try to avoid this one when possible. If you need a refill, you'll have to flag a worker down with a neon sign-- the workers behind the counter are not very attentive. You'll be waiting quite a while. Many of the workers' hygiene is poor as well--men's hair that's well past their shirt collar not pulled back in any way, generally unkempt, etc. All they seem to care about is their next break and generally doing as little work as possible. read more

Rating is relative to other Chick-Fil-A's and fast food options. First off the people here are super friendly! As a born and bred Midwesterner this makes perfect sense, but for folks who swear the South is the home of the super friendly, let me just tell you to order fast food in both places and see what kind of service you get. Midwesterners bring their friendly A-game everywhere they are and this place is a shining example of that. Secondly the food was made hot and fresh. My grilled chicken sandwich looked billboard worthy. Helps that I dined in, so no squashed bun in a bag, but still impressive. Third this was by far the cleanest place I ate or stopped at in my 10-hour-one-way drive between Houston and the middle of nowhere Kansas. The place looked brand spankin new (maybe it was). Now, if we are talking McDonald's double drive-thru 10 years ago when it was a new thing...I'd be taking stars away like nobodies business! But this double drive-thru...its as though angels are fluidly guiding the vehicles thru; Weaving them, one after the next, into a tapestry of majestic chicken love. The chicken here does equal love, by the way. We have had it every way you can get it. Grilled. Fried. Sandwiched. Nuggetted. It's spectacular. So hot, tender & juicy...if it were the love scene in a movie, it would be rated X. The lemonade is the kind that sweet little babies make when life hands them lemons! It's not old & bitter like an adults lemonade would be. It's pure. Untainted by the worlds atrocities. Trust me on this. Even the diet lemonade! They've got some rad outdoor area that the kids will love! And it's fenced to keep them safe from potential batshit crazy driving happening in the parking lot with all the folks driving and texting their friends to tell them, "Dude. I just had the best lunch ever! Go eat at Chick-Fil-A!" The fruit is mad fresh! We just drive thru for fruit on a regular basis. I could go home and cut and slice & peel...but it wouldn't taste this wonderful, and then I'd have to do dishes too. When they say something was "my pleasure!" Stopped in at 8:30a craving some good chicken. I was surprised to find out that not only do they serve breakfast, but they weren't serving lunch! So the manager said he'd be glad to make some lunch sandwiches just for me if I was willing to wait! This is great service above the norm as I have always gotten at any Chic Fil A.
