The employees worked hard to get my order right; much appreciation. They even gave me extra sauces.

Went to pick an order for door dash and wasn't even acknowledged. Waited around for a good while and when it was finally ready they just said the name and handed it over and nothing more. It wasn't a very nice experience. The wait was a while, too. The store wasn't busy, either. read more

I feel like I've gone to my fair share of Chick-fil-a locations all around the US. From Washington state to Texas to Tennessee and this location takes the cake for being the slowest location. It too me just under 23 minutes to get one drink. It looks like you redid your drive thru but that doesn't change your times... that happens with your employees. There seemed to be no order or control of what was happening that that is for sure based on the amount of time I waited. When we finally got to the window there was 2-3 people just talking to each other while I had to grab the attention of an employee for my one drink. This franchise owner needs to get it together with this location... I remember when chick-fil-a in Tacoma Washington opened... I waited about that long on launch day... this locations should've had it together by now. read more

This particular location, along with the new location off of 104th and May have got to be the two worst Chick Fil A's in this city. When I first started doordashing, this location was always on top of their game. Soon as I walk in, they'd ask "who are you here for." Now you go inside and you're hardly ever asked, if asked at all, what you're there for. More often than not, they are late handing delivery drivers their order, and will sometimes even lie about how many orders are in front of the order you're waiting on. Work isn't rocket science. Anytime I pickup at the location off of I-240 close to Western, they always have the order ready in a timely manner while still handling their line outside. too often do I see the employees chatting and laughing while customers wait, and some even browse on their cellphones while I'm sure there is work to be done. read more

I will say, even though the ap wasn't letting me place my order for this location I didn't deduct because the service was incredible as always. There's a DOUBLE DRIVE THRU! How awesome! The cashier was friendly and read back my order to make sure it was correct. They were busy this morning, but were still able to keep cranking out that chicken like a boss! This is the worst chic-fil-a in the history of all chic-fil-A's. Period! Every single time I come here--it's the slowest wait ever. It's taken me 30 minutes to get food when ordering on the inside and takes me 10 minutes to get it through the drive through. This is a consistency thing. Everyone Chic-Fil-A has me in and out under 2-5 minutes and if not they communicate what the hold up is immediately. I don't know if this franchisee has an issue at both his locations. But he needs to seriously fire the management to send a message. That or he needs to have his franchise given away. This is by far the worst CFA and slowest I have ever been to. Good deed: You always hear about Chick-fil-A employees being helpful when people have problems. Well here's mine. We were in the drive-through at the one in Moore Oklahoma. Our truck overheated because we broke a hose. And within minutes after pulling over, Cooper the young man in the red shirt came up and asked if we were OK and if we needed any help and if he could get us anything to drink because it was very hot. I told him, sure we will take a couple cokes. He came back with two large cokes. I offered to pay for them and he refused and said it was on them. A few minutes later Caleb, the young man in the blue shirt also came up and asked the same thing. You always see these stories on TV or whatever and I know they are true because my son used to work for a Chick-fil-A in California and he would do these things. But for it to happen to me, I was surprised. And I would like to thank Chick-fil-A for hiring such quality young people. For them to go out of their way and keep coming back and checking on us was very uplifting. These two young men should be commended and I know that their parents are very proud of the young men that they are. Very inspiring! I ordered thru the Moore drive-thru and the "cashier" Starla seemed confused. I paid and moved forward. I ordered a number 1 with diet coke and waffle fries, no sauces, and 1 5 ct. nugget. When I arrived home to eat my meal, I found that I did have a sandwich, diet coke and the 5 ct. nuggets but NO waffle fries! I tried numerous times to call at the number listed on the receipt and also on your website and no-one answered. Order was wrong, stated that and I got a blank stare...I'm sure they are understaffed but it also seems like there was a ton of employees behind the counter and NOT ONE had a sense of urgency. Ok let me preface this with Chick FIL A is usually a no brainer. Always accommodating, efficient and all with a smile and a "my pleasure ". Today was a little different and I'm going to chalk it up to location. I tried to order my go-to breakfast- bacon, egg bowl double egg and bacon no hash. I was told management is cutting down on add ons to the bowl. No worries, I just ordered 2 bowls. Get to the window and they hand me a bag with my food, I say "thank you", no reply. No worries. I drive on ready to eat my bacon egg bowl. They must be trying to cut down on adding napkins and forks too because my bag had neither. Adding insult to injury, both bowls were cold. I love chic-fil-a, but this location needs some Management oversight. We eat here a couple times a week. Over the last several months the service has slowed down to a crawl. If you see more than a few cars in the drive thru, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes. There have also added curbs to trap you in the drive thru line. So once you pull in, you cannot leave. Make sure and check your order before you leave. They get it wrong about 50% of the time. read more
