Our drinks took so long that our appetizer arrived before they did. When we ordered entrées, I was told the chicken pasta was unavailable because the kitchen had run out of sauce. I didn't want a burger or seafood, so I tried ordering the paella fritters as my meal instead. They were out of those too. At that point I decided not to try for a third option. So I sat there while my wife had her tuna poke bowl and my daughter had the shrimp scampi. The scampi was far too lemony and the shrimp were overcooked, which was a real letdown since shrimp scampi is one of her favorite meals. Our server checked on us when the food arrived but never offered refills. She didn't come back until the ladies had finished eating, and even then there was no offer of refills, just the check. I can't recommend this place. My daughter is taking it off her list of places to eat in the area and will be telling her friends the same. It's a shame, because the restaurant has real potential, and the downtown area does have some neat spots. (By the way management never stopped by when I asked the server at the beginning of all this where is the manager. Plus you'd think they would stop at the tables to check on things regardless.)
