There are only a handful of restaurants that my family will eat at in Mesquite. Chick-fil-a on Town East Blvd is absolutely one of those restaurants. Best customer experience at any Chick-fil-a or any fast food restaurant anywhere. Period If the order is not precisely what I expected they fix it immediately. read more

This is by far the MOST confusing location! I chose the mobile lane and couldn't decipher how to get in it! This definitely needs some tweaking. The food was ok, some of my fries didn't seem all the way cooked but the shake was good. read more

I don't understand whats the point of ordering ahead of time! Ppl that order through the drive thru their food is ready faster.. not making any sense read more

Worst parking situation ever. Got stuck in the drive thru line because we wanted to park and go in. There was no easy way to exit. The entire parking lot is used for the drive thru lanes. Horrible that we had to park in a neighboring business. read more

Do not go here! Half a bowl for breakfast, very plain, so flavor didn't take there time!

The service is always friendly. The food is above average. For example, my wife and I ordered the same items, her biscuit was nice and she could life off the top to add chic filet sauce. Mine was stuck to the chicken and crumbled. read more

U live Chick fil a. Today I tried their new seasonal peppermint chocolate chip frosted coffee. I can't definitely take the peppermint and chocolate chip however I wished it had more coffee. Could not take the coffee. Otherwise my food was absolutely delicious and customer service was perfect. read more

The order was taken patiently and well by the outside person. We moved to the side, as instructed to await the items. While waiting, my wife noticed a server quite ahead of us who was returning from a vehicle, walking across the lanes to our car. It appeared that our order had been taken elsewhere, where it was determined to be the wrong car. When we got our order, confirmed the items, and began driving away, before turning onto Town East Blvd, we noticed: - the fries were cool and they were scraps - the chicken on our sandwiches were not even warm- they had cooled - I started to back up to notify the worker, but we decided to just park close by and eat before all of it got cold. Not a good experience, which is a first time for me at a Chick-fil-A. Not having any warmth to the sandwich or fries is a first for us. read more

Team was great, showed up with school bus full of children. The inside was clean and organized. The team felt sorry for me and gave me a free lunch. Food was great, service was fast for everyone. Their system to get you in and served works well. read more

They are consistently good! The staff is welcoming, and everyone Maintains a systematic flow. Thank you for being reliable!

I ordered a Grilled chicken sandwich - I got an awful piece of bread with lettuce tomatoes and a tiny piece of chicken for $6.00‍ -the chicken breast was extremely small the seasoning( flavor was ok) - The bread had a weird smell, not sure what kind of bread it can be, it looks yellow and It started to break and fall off in pieces from the first bite to the last, - I was hungry when I finished my sandwich( 80% of the bread crumbled and fell off) read more

I love their ice cream, and sandwiches, the place was very busy today but the staff did s great job moving everyone through the line. Playground needs to be monitored better, this is not s place for 10 and older kids to run over the little children. read more

Chick Fil A please monitor your portions If someone orders a large fry it doesn't mean kids meal. Your food is not cheap and if I pay extra to upsize that doesn't mean less than half the larger container read more

The service inside was fast and friendly and served with a great big smile! I still don't know why they are packed ever single day in the drive thru with 2 lines wrapped around the building but I prefer them over McDonald's over priced, unfriendly employees any day! read more

They are quick and efficient! The food usually tastes hot and fresh and the young kids who work there are typically very friendly, as is the Chick Fil A way. Even when the line is around the building you won't wait more than a few minutes and unlike many places, they have plenty of folks working. I do wonder if they will ever open up the inside again, it's been forever and most restaurants have reopened...if not they need to do a bit better with the line when it stretches out into the mall parking lot. read more

Avoid coming during the breakfast, lunch, and dinner rush. The staff does their best to get you in and out in a reasonable time which I appreciate. I am very happy that they have pushed their mobile ordering. If you are a frequent visitor to a chick fil a restaurant I would encourage you to download the app, it makes life easier!!! read more

Usually chic fil a has a lot in the drive through but are quick to move along customers. This place was soooo slow! Will never visit this location again!! read more

Kinda sucks that I have to write this review. Morons in the drive through will look you in your face and say "no problem I got you" every time you ask for a sauce, and without fail it's never in the bag...also Most people saying that their large fry portions are being skimped are completely correct. First time ever having reoccurring issues with a chick fil a so I figured I should save you all the trouble of getting shorted. read more

I love Chick-fil-A it is my favorite fast food restaurant. But I am sad to write this review because I have been disappointed time and time again with the drive through service at this Chick-fil-A. My husband and I love to get the breakfast from CFA and his order is a little complex. He gets the Egg White Grilled Meal with no egg white sub regular egg, adds lettuce and tomato. Every time we order it, it never fails that they get it wrong. Today was the last time I plan on going through the drive through at this location. I placed my mobile order at 9:50 am, 10 minutes before heading out. I arrived to CFA at 10 am and did not leave until 10:35 am. My frustration was even greater because I had to be at work by 10:45 am and I got to CFA with plenty of time to eat my meal at home and be in time for work. To top it all off my order wasn't even ready when I finally made it to the window after being in line for 30 minutes plus my order had already been placed 10 minutes prior. I had to rush back home and I didn't even enjoy my meal. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The whole point of a mobile order is for me to be in and out with my order being ready for me. If this Chick-fil-A added a lane for just mobile orders maybe I'll consider going back to the drive through but until they get that situated I will no longer be going back to the drive through. read more

Can NEVER go wrong with Chick-fil-A ! Just like every location expect a line, but totally worth it when you get your fresh waffle fries (that are to die for ) and delicious chicken ! My favorite are the nuggets with lots of chick-fil-a signature sauce read more

Huge drive-they line that snakes around way too much. Friendly service but just went through and the didn't provide and condiments or napkins/forks that we requested. No way I'm battling that wait/line again. read more

Don't let them put you in lane 2 no matter what happens. Lane 1 is for app orders and lane 3 splits into 2 which takes about 6 minutes to get through while lane 2 gets stays in a single file and clocked us in at 18 minutes to get through. I even mentioned it to the lot attendant and they said that people complain about it all the time. read more

We love coming to this friendly place. Went through the drive thru with my little dog this time and had forgotten to bring a bowl for me to pour water into for him. I asked if we could have an empty small plastic container (like fruit cups). Got to the window to be handed a container full of ice cold water with a tight lid on it. AND a cute little container with just his size doggie treats in it!!! They really go above & beyond each time we come here. Love this place. And the food is always perfect. read more

I went to Chick-fil-A in mesquite off of Town East Blvd. I was disappointed in the service. I was in the drive through line for more than 10 minutes. The chicken were not in the biscuits as they should have been. read more

I have always been a chik fil a lover and I've always, ALWAYS been satisfied with the extremely great service I get from chik fil a until I called this one. I've ordered food with delivery many many times before and the manager here demands that the order minimum is $150!!! That's ridiculous! I've ordered from other chik fil a before for delivery and minimum has always been $50. AND on top of that, he stated that I need to give 24 hours in advanced notice for a delivery! ALL THE OTHER CHIK FIL A STATED 1 hour!!! By far this is the worst chik fil a ever. Sorry chik fil a, the management here is below the par set by corporate standards read more

I went there yesterday and I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe burger and it was fantastic definitely going there again

By now everyone knows how great Chick-Fil-A is. I really like this location in Mesquite-it gets really busy but they try little things to help out(for instance if the drive thru gets too busy they will send a couple of kids out to take orders and run them inside to speed up the process). The staff that they have at this location is always very friendly and eager to help. This location is also extremely civic minded. There has never been a time when I have asked for donations for the kids schools that they have turned me down. They also have held fundraisers for local charities(or families that needed help). I just wish I could do something when my craving hits me on a Sunday! read more
