Worst parking situation ever. Got stuck in the drive thru line because we wanted to park and go in. There was no easy way to exit. The entire parking lot is used for the drive thru lanes. Horrible that we had to park in a neighboring business. read more

This is by far the MOST confusing location! I chose the mobile lane and couldn't decipher how to get in it! This definitely needs some tweaking. The food was ok, some of my fries didn't seem all the way cooked but the shake was good. read more

The service is always friendly. The food is above average. For example, my wife and I ordered the same items, her biscuit was nice and she could life off the top to add chic filet sauce. Mine was stuck to the chicken and crumbled. read more

The order was taken patiently and well by the outside person. We moved to the side, as instructed to await the items. While waiting, my wife noticed a server quite ahead of us who was returning from a vehicle, walking across the lanes to our car. It appeared that our order had been taken elsewhere, where it was determined to be the wrong car. When we got our order, confirmed the items, and began driving away, before turning onto Town East Blvd, we noticed: - the fries were cool and they were scraps - the chicken on our sandwiches were not even warm- they had cooled - I started to back up to notify the worker, but we decided to just park close by and eat before all of it got cold. U live Chick fil a. Today I tried their new seasonal peppermint chocolate chip frosted coffee. I can't definitely take the peppermint and chocolate chip however I wished it had more coffee. They are quick and efficient! The food usually tastes hot and fresh and the young kids who work there are typically very friendly, as is the Chick Fil A way. Even when the line is around the building you won't wait more than a few minutes and unlike many places, they have plenty of folks working. I do wonder if they will ever open up the inside again, it's been forever and most restaurants have reopened...if not they need to do a bit better with the line when it stretches out into the mall parking lot. read more

I love Chick-fil-A it is my favorite fast food restaurant. But I am sad to write this review because I have been disappointed time and time again with the drive through service at this Chick-fil-A. My husband and I love to get the breakfast from CFA and his order is a little complex. He gets the Egg White Grilled Meal with no egg white sub regular egg, adds lettuce and tomato. Every time we order it, it never fails that they get it wrong. Today was the last time I plan on going through the drive through at this location. I placed my mobile order at 9:50 am, 10 minutes before heading out. I arrived to CFA at 10 am and did not leave until 10:35 am. My frustration was even greater because I had to be at work by 10:45 am and I got to CFA with plenty of time to eat my meal at home and be in time for work. To top it all off my order wasn't even ready when I finally made it to the window after being in line for 30 minutes plus my order had already been placed 10 minutes prior. I had to rush back home and I didn't even enjoy my meal. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The whole point of a mobile order is for me to be in and out with my order being ready for me. If this Chick-fil-A added a lane for just mobile orders maybe I'll consider going back to the drive through but until they get that situated I will no longer be going back to the drive through. read more

Don't let them put you in lane 2 no matter what happens. Lane 1 is for app orders and lane 3 splits into 2 which takes about 6 minutes to get through while lane 2 gets stays in a single file and clocked us in at 18 minutes to get through. We love coming to this friendly place. Went through the drive thru with my little dog this time and had forgotten to bring a bowl for me to pour water into for him. I asked if we could have an empty small plastic container (like fruit cups). Got to the window to be handed a container full of ice cold water with a tight lid on it. When i ordered my food, they almost gave me the wrong order. When i did receive my food, (#2 chic n minis) the chicken and biscuits were all thrown in the box. I have always been a chik fil a lover and I've always, ALWAYS been satisfied with the extremely great service I get from chik fil a until I called this one. I've ordered food with delivery many many times before and the manager here demands that the order minimum is $150!!! That's ridiculous! I've ordered from other chik fil a before for delivery and minimum has always been $50. AND on top of that, he stated that I need to give 24 hours in advanced notice for a delivery!
