Today was such a blast, we came for the beach event for our little neice and stayed through dinner. My salad was terrific as always. But Sheila sure wonderful to us tonight. She is the marketing director, and she stopped by to talk a while. She is delightful!! And she helped hubs with our calendar card questions. She helped me find all 9 story cubes. (That's a great game in case you want to play with the kids over the summer) My neice had a blast playing in the water for the beach event. And we all had a delightful supper together. This is by far the worst and most unsanitary Chick-fil-a location that I have ever been too. There was left over food all over the ground inside the restaurant and all of tables were all dirty. Not only was it unsanitary but the workers were very rude. The waitress who helped my family and I was named Regan. She was rude and she was not giving off the warm chick-fil-a or christian vibe which is be expected from every employee working at chick-fil-a. The food tasted fine but the forgot to put a cherry on my milkshake and they forgot many of the sauces requested. This was a bad experience and I would never recommend anyone to go to this location. This Chick-fil-A is your run of the mill Chick-fil-A. It is in an appealing location next to Mesa Riverview. I often visited right after getting a workout in at the 24/7 LA Fitness location. The last time I visited this location I was sold a #1 sandwich without the bun. I was told they ran out of buns for the day and it was 7:30 p.m. Don't know what's going on at this location, yet I found it odd that they were out of buns at 7:30 p.m. In all, I still frequent this location when it's convenient, now I just pray that they will have buns for my chick sando. read more

We normally have been big, big fans of Chik-fil-A. I love the chicken sandwiches but my husband is normally not a big chicken eater. However, he has always been a fan of Chick-fil-A's chicken noodle soup. You know the one. It's the ones with the thick homemade-like noodles with the fairly clear delicious broth. Well, all that has changed and I doubt I'll ever get my husband in another Chik-fil-A. The soup broth has changed and so have the noodles. The yummy broth has gone away and been replaced with a "healthier" version that has very little taste. The noodles have also been replaced. We were so disappointed when we ordered that we asked one of the managers about the change. Evidently corporate changed that recipe about six weeks ago. We mentioned that we were unhappy with the change and that we didn't care for the new soup. We were surprised that the person in charge did not offer a replacement. I've been to this location at least a dozen times and have always had great service. Any issues that we've had food wise which have always been minor, we're rectified right away. Food is good and fresh and chicken sandwiches and salads are always a pleasant change from burger shops. The kids play area is on the small side, but kids always seem to have fun. Plus it's always clean which I'm sure is easier due to the smaller size. On this occasion I stopped in for a free bowl of chicken tortilla soup that had come by way of their text club. They occasionally send texts for free or discounted food which is always nice. This soup was different from the usual chicken tortilla soup I'm used to in that it had a lot of navy beans. Stopped in for breakfast Wednesday morning (11/2/23). Ordered the egg white grill asked if I could also get grilled nuggets since they weren't on the breakfast menu. My 10 year old, special needs daughter is on a puréed diet and was denied a cup of whip cream because "pup cups" were discontinued and not on the menu. I told the manager it was for my daughter, not my dog. He wouldn't stop referring to it that way. He denied her service because she couldn't order anything on the menu. Worst experience during COVID. The manager, Todd, is turning down any customers that walk-in. I was unable to go thru the drive thru, he asked me to wait outside and someone else would come and take my order. 6 minutes go by, nobody comes outside to take my order. Great customer service! This location works really hard to keep the lines moving. Their drive thru is so busy so they have 2 people taking your order with their iPad, then another person does the payment part. This allows the line to move quickly. Then you just pull forward for your food. Everyone is super nice and they always great you. They actually have some personality and enjoy their job. The food is always prepared correctly and it's always hot and fresh. If you have a dog they give out free doggy treats. You may have to ask at the drive-thru window. I'm confused, how do the re open after a construction and be so bad. We stopped in this morning and it was all bad. We ordered a #2, attempted to order a #6 and add a chicken patty (been done at other locations, however this one just couldn't grasp the concept) end up just ordering a #1 with cheese. Some one the minis bread was hard and all of it was cold. The#1 was just as bad that my husband didn't even finish his food his vanilla ice coffee was also not pleasant and this man drinks nasty coffee every day so for him not to even bother with it says a lot.
