Have been to a few chick-fil-a's and this location is definitely not the best. Been here 3 times and each time it's been either the order messed up or just the wrong order given and also the service is not great. The employees seem just a little snotty or it could just be they were having a "bad" day but that's no excuse for treating customers the way they do. I mean...3 times??? I understand maybe one or two but not anything more than that. I understand mistakes or "bad" days but no excuse. Also, chick-fil-a as a company gives a military discount (10%), to those who serve or have served, w/ valid ID. Well...came here the first time and second time and the discount was applied. The third time we went i had asked to get the military discount and showed my ID...well the girl not sure if she was new or not but we told her that chick-fil-a gives a 10% discount for military...she said she didn't believe they did that but would ask her manager...not sure what she asked but the manager said no. Well...besides the girl being a little snotty and the manager not knowing or maybe just being rude...i just said "ok well we know y'all do but today..it's fine it's just tax..it's fine". Anyways..paid for our meal sat down and ate. Overall though, we won't be back to this location. If you want great and I mean GREAT service...military or not...go to the Chick-Fil-A on Sudley Manor. They're always crazy busy and the service from employees AND management is amazing! They're just awesome. If you do go to this location (Liberia) mostly and just want to compare the locations(Liberia and Sudley Manor) do that. That way you can see which one you prefer. read more

This is the best run fast food restaurant I've ever been to. My usual Saturday morning involves a trip there for breakfast. I usually get the chick n minis, a side dish of fruit, and a diet coke. There food is hot, fresh, and good. My husband gets a chicken biscuit, but has them add on egg and cheese, and he gets the hashbrowns and a diet coke. Not the healthiest food, but it is tasty. The service is outstanding. Like I said, this is the best run fast food restaurant. The people are friendly, the place is clean, the bathrooms are clean. The service is fast. Very well managed. Definitely the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. I go to this one since it's the only one in Manassas Park. It will take you 15 minutes or longer to get your food if you use the drive-thru. There are few fast food places better than this one. It is Spic n' Span clean, everyone is courteous and friendly and the food is excellent. It pains me to refer to this as a fast food restaurant because it offers higher quality service than most full service places around. This Chick-Fil-A sets the standard by which their competitors should aim to achieve. Very highly recommended. read more

I just stopped in while traveling from Winchester to Alexandria. Chic Filet is wonderful wherever we go, but this one is exceptional. I have NEVER had a sandwich so tender and juicy. So hot(heat wise) that I felt like it was just cooked-I know it was! Kimberly (front of house) is walking around, checking on guests, offering to refill drinks and leaving an after dinner mint. Not this one, I first tried to go through the drive through and it was so slow i had to park and go in, when i went in the cashier did not say one word the whole time, she didn't ask what i'd like to eat or even a hello, she just looked at me and as for the rest of the people it looked like the whole place was just in slow motion, unlike most of the other chick-fil-a's i had been to in the past. read more

I only come here when I feel guilty about eating fast food and this place is an exception it's "not as bad" as other fast food chains. This is the most over hyped fast food chain. It's literally just chicken... Everything is overpriced. The only time you get your money's worth is if you order the kids meal 6 count nuggets and If you eat inside they give you free refills and they are more attentive with the sauces. One time I came here with my boyfriend in the drive-thru we order a lot of food and they gave us like 2 chick-fil-a sauces...like really just 2 for 2 sandwiches, and 2 orders of 8 count nuggets and a kids meal. Why would you think 2 sauces is straight for all that chicken? I know it's a fast food place and you can't expect much but I know if those employees went to chick-fil-a as a regular customer they would not only ask for 2 sauces with all that food. I love Chick fila. They have the best nuggets. My food is always got & fresh. The staff at this location is great they always greet you with smiles & seem eager to not have you wait to long. Today I went in & was waited in by a young guy Justin. He was very polite & called me by my name & just very pleasant. I have always been known as a person of chick-flia. But I was in line with my friends coming from the movie theaters. I was hoping for a fila sandwich. Then the lady who was working said " excuse me, We no longer have any sandwiches, chicken grilled chicken, fried chicken and fries. All the people were stunned. Guys behind us asked the lady working" well what do you have ". The lady projected " salads". I wanted a salad along. Luckily they had The last super food salad And that was going to be mine. Half of the people left. The manager beg them to stay and would make more food. At last I walk up to a cashier who's name is Lanonda. She had long nails that were thick. Also was on her phone starring at facebook. I had asked " excuse me ". She Said in a very mean rude attacking way " WHAT DO YOU WANT ". So After I had just left. Lastly on my way out she had said " what about tip lady ". I had responded with " I don't give tips to nasty and rude people, Sorry not sorry. I could just feel her burning up like some lava. Hello everyone! I just took the family to Chick.Fil a again. It was great except that we found a hair in my 2 year old's kids meal. I had to.pull it out of his mouth no less. GROSS! The manager refused to come talk to us about it and sent an assistant to give us a voucher for a fee sandwich. I am dissapointed to say the least. We have always enjoyed this Chick-fil-A and have been stopping here for years as one of our "go to's" for fast food to take home to eat in the evenings after our weekly trip to the grocery store. No matter how busy, they kept the lines (both drive-thru & inside) moving pretty quickly and the food (sandwiches/fries) was always fresh and hot. We normally went through drive-thru, but there are occasions where the line of cars is wrapped around the building, and when it was we'd park and go inside and and were in and out with our order very quickly. However, the past couple of months we've noticed a decline in the service and the food. SERVICE: Lines don't seem to be moving as they once did and on our last visit the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building so we went inside. One couple had placed and were waiting for their order, one small group (3 people) was in front of us waiting to place their order. Only one young gal was at the front counter taking orders, but she seemed to be very slow (in her defense, she told my husband she had just started and was still training). A manager was counting cash drawers while the line behind us backed up. Another gal who had also been taking orders at front counter was walking around and singing (???), but she eventually started to help by taking milkshakes out to customers waiting at tables. The wait to place our order was about 10 minutes, another five minutes to get the order. Manager was still counting cash drawers when she could pitched in to help get things caught up. They don't seem to have as many employees on hand as we're used to seeing. FOOD: The food lacks the quality we've been used to. Even though we take our order to go, in the past the fries have been nice, crispy and warm (hot when we actually receive the order) and sandwiches always fresh. Lately, the fries have been extremely greasy, limp, and cold (sitting around too long?). The last couple of regular Chick-fil-A sandwiches, the fried chicken patties were rather greasy and definitely not fresh. We thought maybe this was a fluke, but after our last 3 visits with this being the new "norm", we're very disappointed. read more
