This is supposed to be the scramble bowl....where?

THE WOOOORST! Service and quality of food of any chick fila I ever been to. This is my first time writing a review, but I've given this location multiple chances but I get let down every single time. Other than staff attitudes the quality of the food and service is horribl

This Chick Fil A was kinda hard to get to. I had no idea how to get to their parking lot. When I pulled in no one was in line and I found that very strange. However, I waited longer to get my food than when there was a huge line. Staff were not overly friendly and the sandwich was the regular sandwich. Not one of my fav Chick Fil A's.

This is the absolute slowest Chick-fil-A in the entire US. Eaten several times and it's 15-20 in the drive through

No one cleaning the dining room and it is filthy, already waited 30 minutes for our food. Have never been to a Chick-fil-A this unorganized.

I had briefly met Michael - the owner - at another time, and he remembered my name! Their menu is largely Lebanese/Mediterranean foods, but they offer more traditional fares as Jerry's famous chicken salad, burgers, hot dogs, Buffalo wings, fries, etc., but we opted to try their Lebanese favorites for the first time - ever! We began with their freshly prepared hummus with pita bread. Personally, store bought hummus is not high on my favorites list, but their hummus has a taste to love! We were further "adventurous" and tried their Beef Shawarma plate with Lebanese potato salad, and my wife tried their chicken Shawarma with Lebanese potato salad. Both were amazing! We also were able to speak with Michael for a few minutes and found ourselves quite impressed with his desire to operate a wonderful restaurant. We will return again and again, and try more heart healthy Lebanese/Mediterranean specialties along with an occasional burger, hot dog, Buffalo wings!

The decor is a mix of items and memorabilia. Some of it seems Scottish. But the menu items seemed to be a mixture of the Mediterranean and American. The menu has burgers, pasta, sandwiches and salads. Service leaves a lot to be desired. I was told to sit where I wanted but there was a delay in bringing me the paper menu and taking my drink order. I wasn't sure what to order without knowing the quality so went with the mushroom swiss burger with fries. It was good and I liked the fries. The price was good as well. I wasn't checked on during the meal or asked if I needed anything other than when the food was brought out. The owner even went around and spoke to the other customers but skipped my table.

My husband and I were in Laurinburg visiting his family a couple of weeks ago when we visited the…read morerestaurant. Hubby happens to be old friends with the owner. We went around 2 and we were happy it wasn't crowded. We waited about a min before someone came out to greet us and they were ok with us picking our seating. We got a table in the corner by the window b/c it was away from the other tables. We're still in Covid so we've been trying to be careful when we do eat out. The restaurant was small but really nice. The decor was relaxing and modern. My only critique is that I thought they had too much decor on our table. We were in a 4 top with stools and I think it had like 3 or 4 items of decor and I think it was just a lot. I mean you don't really want just one other thing people are going to touch and then you have to clean it. So I'd say knock it down to one item maybe. That aside, they also had a couple of outdoor tables, which was nice to have as an option. The service was nice and friendly and prompt. She took our orders and brought out the dessert (packed to-go) first. At first, I thought it was odd, but it's mainly to make sure they don't see your slice so I appreciated that. More so on why later. I ordered a Chef Salad, broccoli soup, and coconut cake. Hubby ordered the pulled pork, with a side of fries and salad. He got a slice of chocolate cake. I am pretty sure she said it was broccoli and cheese soup, but when I got it, looked like just a broccoli soup, and I was initially expecting something like the Panera soup. Honestly, this soup was so amazing, I was glad it was different. It was just a super good broccoli soup. Very savory and filling. It wasn't rich and I felt like I could eat it all and be both full and not worried about dairy upset. I ended up saving the soup for dinner that night and tried to put a dent in my huge Chef Salad. I love a good salad and I was so happy this one didn't disappoint. The meats and cheese had so much flavor! And I think they sprinkle some sort of seasoning over it. Not bland at all! And I love that they use leafy green lettuce, although I might mix it with something with a bigger crunch like romaine. Just to hold up better to heavier meats and dressing. I also ended up saving half of this salad for later to eat with my soup. I'm going to devote a whole paragraph to the coconut cake. Y'all, it was so damn good! Even in the picture, it fell apart b/c it was so moist. The flavor was just spot-on perfect. The frosting was light and creamy, sweet coconut...just perfection. Honestly, I was mad I didn't order two slices of this. And if we hadn't had to leave before they opened, believe me, I would've been the first one at their door to get another slice. I might commission a whole one next time we visit. Hubby also enjoyed his pork and commented on the authentic NC flavor. And like me loved the cakes and soup. We even brought an extra salad and soup for my mother in-law-for dinner. I really hope they keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to trying them again.

The service was good. The food was delicious. You must try the coleslaw if you go! Price was not…read morebad.

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but unfortunately, the food simply did not live up to the…read moreratings. I've traveled extensively and eaten at many restaurants with a similar concept, both in the U.S. and abroad, so I feel I have a reasonable basis for comparison. The biggest issue was that the food lacked seasoning, flavor, and several of the small touches you normally expect from restaurants like this in larger cities. Even something as basic as ordering water with lemon became an issue because they do not provide lemon with their water. I understand that prices have gone up and businesses have higher operating costs, but certain basic accommodations should not be that difficult. Even if there had been an additional charge for lemon, I honestly would not have minded paying it. At least offer the option. As far as the food, I ordered two rolls: the Poke Me Roll and the Volcano Roll. The Poke Me Roll was simply not good. It lacked flavor and did not leave me wanting another bite. The Volcano Roll was better, but still not enough to change my overall impression of the meal. Based on my experience, I genuinely do not understand the number of high ratings this restaurant has received. For me, this was nowhere near a 4- or 5-star dining experience. There were too many basic things missing, and when you're charging restaurant prices, customers should expect restaurant-level quality, flavor, and service. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I can only give it 1 star.
