2nd visit, good location between Charlotte and Wilmington. Really nice folks and good drive in food. Outdoor picnic tables but lots of persons eat in car. Today I had cheeseburger and hotdog all the way. A+

Onion Rings are hand-made and fresh. A small serving was 6 large rings.

I have driven by Mamie's hundreds of times going through Laurel Hill to/from the coast. I never stopped until now. Boy, have I been missing out. It's an unpretentious little place with classic burgers/dogs/chicken fare. The burgers are generous in size and cooked to perfection. Their onion rings are fresh and hand made. Service was quick, there's easy access to their parking lot and easy egress to St. John's Church Rd behind the parking lot to catch the stoplight if you're going west on US-74.

If traveling past here on 74 you must stop. Rather you want a juicy burger or craving something sweet they have something for you. I had a pimento cheese burger for the first time here and was amazed. I would've never thought to put the two together. I load my crinkle fries down with ketchup salt and pepper with a Arnold Palmer to drink and couldn't be any happier(: YUMMY!!

A good burger! Hand patty and fresh meat. Crinkle french fries. 99 Health grade and a very nice group of ladies making this business run. A worthwhile stop.

Driving back to Charlotte from the beach and had to stop at this convenient drive-in off the highway. We ordered two cheeseburgers and two orders of fries. Burgers were delicious and juicy and did not leave us feeling awful after eating them. French fries were not overly greasy and the taste was fresh and scrumptious. They have a cute area with picnic tables and a ring game, which was perfect for us to eat at and hang out with the kids. Restrooms were clean and easily accessible. This will definitely be a staple in our trip back or to the beach next year! High recommend.

No masks on the staff. I'm old, but still too young to die from COVID 19. Voted with our feet.

Best Burgers around! Little expensive for a routine combo, however, I see the reasoning behind same.

They were both good but the onion rings to me were the clear winner What to say about that burger? It was so juicy with so much flavor who would think that putting pulled pork on top of a half pound delicious juicy burger would even work with barbecue sauce, but it does!! What a taste sensation and sooooo filling!! Thank you for the special treat!! The service was amazing and friendly. Even though she was very busy handling walk ins like us and many take out orders she was amazingly efficient! The bathrooms were very clean and so was the dining area I loved the table codes above us on the wall. What a nice idea!

The place was simple and clean. We went to the counter and asked to see a menu. Surprising but they only have one bbq pork sandwich on the whole menu. So I asked if the cook made it himself and was it smoked bbq. We were honestly told he used to smoke ot but no longer does. We saw a few crockpots in the kitchen and decided not to eat there. My suggestion would be to remove the smoked from the name as it's hugely misleading if you don't smoke your own pork and only have 1 bbq sandwich on the menu.

I had just left a muscle car museum out side of Myrtle Beach, which I was a bit disappointing, and was making some distance from and heading to Rocky Mount. It wasn't long till Siri got me on some back roads which I wanted to take, keeping clear of major highways and chain food places. Nothing but mom-pop food stands for me and Fritz (my car). Rolling down route 410 (Green Sea Road) I starting to get hungry and looked over and saw a sign for Burger Ranch. I drove past for some reason and told my self to turn around, and glad I did. Pulled into the parking lot which only had one car parked. Once I stepped inside I knew this was a bona fide burger joint. There was only one person working the place and she had it going on. Did not know there were call-in orders being handled till it started to arrive. I ordered just your basic cheese burger, fries and a root-beer. When the sweet lady brought my food to me I could see this was your standard burger, not something you can't fit in your mouth. I had lettuce on mine and she was good enough to put it on the bottom as to not make the bun weak. And the fries where as tasty as they look. I thanked god I turned around and stopped, it was a pick-me-up from the car museum I had just visited. One last thing, get in your car drive and yourself an epic food shack to share. I so recommend this place. Follow me to my next shack. Peace.
