Orders are consistently wrong. Service is mediocre at best. Nachos are stale more often than not. Whole restaurant needs a reboot.

The most unprofessional manager and staff in Laurinburg, NC!! Employees were just milling around. Never spoke or acknowledged me or the other customer in the front. They other customer asked if anyone was going to take his order, The young lady pointed to the kiosks hanging behind the area we were standing. Rudely said, " there a screen, you got to order there!" I placed my order, and waited a few minutes, was not offered a cup to prepare my drink, the whole time employees are coming in and out.. concentrating,, more, in their pizza and snacks, than the customers. The other customer had cash, and the manager, who came out to take his money, with the same gloves on, he has prepared food with, unhappily took his money and gave him his change, never acknowledging me or the other customer. He returned to the prep area with the same gloves, didn't wash hands or change gloves. At this point, it prompted me to take photos, because the NC Dept of health needs to visit this location. in a few minutes, one of the employees told the manager, " a man is taking pictures of us". He turned rudely and made a scene in front of the other customer Stating" who's taking pictures of my girls." This was all while he's standing in the kitchen prep area. I said "If you're talking about me; I'm not taking pictures of your employees, as if, I would want to! I'm taking pictures of your nasty filthy restaurant, and the fact that you're about to have a party in the dining area during business hours! And, this is my phone and I pay the bill, and you cannot tell me, what I can and cannot do with it He loudly and rudely accused me, with no proof, of stalking and taking pictures of his employees. I did give him a verbal lashing ad did use choice words. He stated, " you're an almost senior citizen.. in here going around taking pictures of my girls, and that after this trip I wasn't allowed back into the restaurant, and that NO ONE was going to disrespect him or his girls". I basically, verbally responded with some choice words and told him, he was very unprofessional and that I'd never return to this filthy, trashy restaurant" . He has worked in other food service restaurants in the area, and has always been very unprofessional and comes across as hostile and very uneducated. read more

Entered the store through the lobby to order. As soon as me and my kids walked through the door the manager super aggressive yells from behind the counter for us to go through the very long drive through with no one inside because it was going to be a 30 min wait...I left and went to Cookout...your customers help you have a pay check they should remember that...if I could give 0 stars I would...thanks to the worker in the lobby that apologized for how nasty her manager is read more

They're very slow most of the time, but I think they're doing the best with what they've got. There's one worker there who I'm not sure is a manager or lead or crew but he seems to genuinely enjoy his job-- and if he doesn't, he does an excellent job at not taking it out on his customers! He's always super attentive and caring when taking orders/cash. Went there yesterday however around 8ish and half of the employees were sitting down/messing around in the dining room. One was sweeping I remember and another was sitting down eating despite the fact that the line was wrapped halfway around the building. Two or three times a year they sucker me back in to try the newest invention. The commercials are so good, I'll convince myself to go try one. Then I go in, try it, and walk out sad that it didn't meet my taste expectations promised by the media. Same thing this time with the Naked Chicken Chalupa. I went here for dinner and had the pleasure of having Caleb as my order taker. He did everything perfect. My son is allergic to Dairy, I wanted everything without cheese or sour cream. He asked me if I wanted pico instead. He was upbeat, very nice for a change. He could pronounce words well. This was also a very refreshing change. Taco bell overall gets our orders right. Pros: Delicious food! I love it! I recommend the Cantina burrito or salad! Cons: I hate their drive-thru. The exit and entrance are the same. Some people don't give you any room to enter. If you wait for them to exit, they'll stare at you as if they have no clue. Their slush machine is never working, and no other restaurant sell slushies. If I could give negative stars, I would. No working bathrooms but the staff didn't care enough to post a sign to stop people from using the facilities. if they don't care about the bathrooms, I fear what shape the kitchen is in. I'd think twice about stopping here until things are fixed. read more

This taco bell seemed very new and it was extrtclean on the inside!! So A plus for that.. I have never seen a taco bell with so many employees.. There must have been 20 working there which was great. I quit eating at this Taco Bell and any other for that matter. The last time I was there, there was a swarm of flies inside the restaurant. I reported them to the local health department. Never ever Taco Bell again and especially this one. read more
