Bathroom was disgusting, it took several minutes for the food. Half of the food was stale and undercooked.

The food was OUTSTANDING, service was TOP NOTCH! Kudos to manager Nick and his team! HIGHLY recommend! read more

The lady at the fronts always a pleasure to speak with. She keeps a uplifting spirit and always positive. If she's not taking orders she's cleaning the dinning area. She's such a great asset to this location. I really appreciate her being a great example to the visitors for our local Taco Bell. read more

I have stoped here about four times on my way to and from Wilmington. Food is about what you would expect from a Taco Bell. The drive thru is relatively efficient. My low rating has to do with the crap service you get. For starters, they apparently need to fix their card reader. Every time I come here, they have to jack with the card reader to get it to read my debit card. We end up wasting a few minutes while I wait from them to "try the chip" then "try to swipe the card". The last straw for me had to do with a fork. Mrs. Tim order a chicken bowl. You need a fork to eat this. We got our order from the drive thru, then started down the road. Mrs. Tim informed me "hey, WTF, no fork". We are 200 miles from the house. The plan was to eat while driving back. We don't have any freaking forks in the Tim mans truck. So I drive back to the Taco Bell and had to go thru the drive thru, again (dining area close thanks to COVID19). I get to the window and was informed, "we don't have any forks". WTF? So I asked, "how about a spork? You got a spork? Any plastic utensils?" Response "No, got nothing. You can go to the Cook Out next door and get a fork". WHAT?!?!?!! I have to go next door to your competition to get a fork??????? I had to give Mrs. Tim one of my burritos. The chicken bowl got tossed in the garbage when we got back to WS. read more

Stopped here in a Friday during my commute to Myrtle Beach and as I write this, I have been waiting at the order speaker for 10 whole minutes. Now I have paid and the girl who opened accepted my payment didn't even have the decency to say a word to me... just took the card and handed it back. Now I sit and await my food. Total time in drive through: 26m. read more

they didn't even cook the food, I've got pictures of my quesadilla, ice crystals still on the chicken, cheese still shredded, and the tortilla limp and completely uncooked, I have never in my life had a worse experience with any restaurant than this Taco Bell has given me. I wish I could give 0 stars read more

How hard is it to make a steak burrito?? Twice now I have stopped for a quick bite. What should be a delicious blend of steak and cheese has not Once but TWICE now, a month apart, the burrito is filled with rice and cheese saw 3 little flecks of steak. Really?? For as much as you charge I'll be finding another taco bell. Stingy blokes read more

Well I can't say much about the food since I'm still waiting on it. It's been a half hour and there is not a lot of people here. This team has no hustle! This Taco Bell took the fast right out of fast food read more

The most unprofessional manager and staff in Laurinburg, NC!! Employees were just milling around. Never spoke or acknowledged me or the other customer in the front. They other customer asked if anyone was going to take his order, The young lady pointed to the kiosks hanging behind the area we were standing. Rudely said, " there a screen, you got to order there!" I placed my order, and waited a few minutes, was not offered a cup to prepare my drink, the whole time employees are coming in and out.. concentrating,, more, in their pizza and snacks, than the customers. The other customer had cash, and the manager, who came out to take his money, with the same gloves on, he has prepared food with, unhappily took his money and gave him his change, never acknowledging me or the other customer. He returned to the prep area with the same gloves, didn't wash hands or change gloves. At this point, it prompted me to take photos, because the NC Dept of health needs to visit this location. in a few minutes, one of the employees told the manager, " a man is taking pictures of us". He turned rudely and made a scene in front of the other customer Stating" who's taking pictures of my girls." This was all while he's standing in the kitchen prep area. I said "If you're talking about me; I'm not taking pictures of your employees, as if, I would want to! I'm taking pictures of your nasty filthy restaurant, and the fact that you're about to have a party in the dining area during business hours! And, this is my phone and I pay the bill, and you cannot tell me, what I can and cannot do with it He loudly and rudely accused me, with no proof, of stalking and taking pictures of his employees. I did give him a verbal lashing ad did use choice words. He stated, " you're an almost senior citizen.. in here going around taking pictures of my girls, and that after this trip I wasn't allowed back into the restaurant, and that NO ONE was going to disrespect him or his girls". I basically, verbally responded with some choice words and told him, he was very unprofessional and that I'd never return to this filthy, trashy restaurant" . He has worked in other food service restaurants in the area, and has always been very unprofessional and comes across as hostile and very uneducated. read more

Orders are consistently wrong. Service is mediocre at best. Nachos are stale more often than not. Whole restaurant needs a reboot.

workers was disrespectful and she was getting made for a simple complaint I feel really disrespected and the manager was very helpful in getting my order fixed though read more

I went to get food at 10 o'clock and the workers wouldn't let me in. poor service. bad store. don't go. food is gross the bathroom has a lot of pee read more

This has to be the nastiest Taco Bell. Servers eating behind counter. Bathrooms need attention. Needs updating. Terrible! Staff is disengaged completely! read more

They're very slow most of the time, but I think they're doing the best with what they've got. There's one worker there who I'm not sure is a manager or lead or crew but he seems to genuinely enjoy his job-- and if he doesn't, he does an excellent job at not taking it out on his customers! He's always super attentive and caring when taking orders/cash. Went there yesterday however around 8ish and half of the employees were sitting down/messing around in the dining room. One was sweeping I remember and another was sitting down eating despite the fact that the line was wrapped halfway around the building. The food has been fresh the one time I've ordered though but you will be waiting a while. read more

Entered the store through the lobby to order. As soon as me and my kids walked through the door the manager super aggressive yells from behind the counter for us to go through the very long drive through with no one inside because it was going to be a 30 min wait...I left and went to Cookout...your customers help you have a pay check they should remember that...if I could give 0 stars I would...thanks to the worker in the lobby that apologized for how nasty her manager is read more

I'd give them a zero star if I could. Very unprofessional and food was horrible. A new manager would really do this place some good!

The attitude and the ordasity of this lady at the drive thru telling me that my 100 dollar bill was fake and took it got it scanned and it was real so I had to go get change and come back, and there attitude is piss poor. read more

Two or three times a year they sucker me back in to try the newest invention. The commercials are so good, I'll convince myself to go try one. Then I go in, try it, and walk out sad that it didn't meet my taste expectations promised by the media. Same thing this time with the Naked Chicken Chalupa. It's a bland chicken patty like everywhere else folded in half with yellow lettuce and sketchy tomatoes. And bland. Just once I'd like the menu to live up to the hype. read more

I went here for dinner and had the pleasure of having Caleb as my order taker. He did everything perfect. My son is allergic to Dairy, I wanted everything without cheese or sour cream. He asked me if I wanted pico instead. He was upbeat, very nice for a change. He could pronounce words well. This was also a very refreshing change. Taco bell overall gets our orders right. Much better than most restaurants in town. Thank you!! read more

Drive through charged us wrong and didn't even give us any napkins. Waste of my gas to even stop here. Bet I won't be back.

Pros: Delicious food! I love it! I recommend the Cantina burrito or salad! Cons: I hate their drive-thru. The exit and entrance are the same. Some people don't give you any room to enter. If you wait for them to exit, they'll stare at you as if they have no clue. Their slush machine is never working, and no other restaurant sell slushies. You're missing out on a lot of money. read more

Pretty bad - even for taco bell - the locals know it's a last resort type of thing - they must rely on us 74 traffic to stay open ....COOKOUT NEXT DOOR IS A MUCH BETTER IDEA for late night ---there's a reason they have 2 double drive thrus busy while taco bell is deserted !- AVOID read more

One of the best Taco Bell's I've been to recently. Food was fresh, not over cooked, and the portions were above the average you usually receive. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. No working bathrooms but the staff didn't care enough to post a sign to stop people from using the facilities. if they don't care about the bathrooms, I fear what shape the kitchen is in. I'd think twice about stopping here until things are fixed. read more

I think this is the best place I have ever ate at 5 stars definitely.great service and food.every time I go I get my food within 3 minutes

This taco bell seemed very new and it was extrtclean on the inside!! So A plus for that.. I have never seen a taco bell with so many employees.. There must have been 20 working there which was great. They were really friendly and they all greeted you as you walked into the door. I have never had another taco bell do that. read more

I quit eating at this Taco Bell and any other for that matter. The last time I was there, there was a swarm of flies inside the restaurant. I reported them to the local health department. Never ever Taco Bell again and especially this one. read more

I love Taco Bell, but sometimes this one has its flaws. The employees don't smile as much as they should, and they get orders wrong a majority of the time when going through the drive thru and in the dining area. read more
