Food was ok. Wendy's is almost always good. The crew was ok, but I found the restaurant to be IN need.id repair. The was quite a bit of water damage on several walls. The tables, it was hard.to tell if they were clean or dirty. If clean, they used a dirty cloth or just sprayed and left residue. The bathroom stank...like it had.not been cleaned in ages. I almost gagged because of the smell. The worker that went.in with ne...she did wash her hand, but not sure if she nosed soap because there were NO bubbles and she didn't run water long enough for.the soap to dissipate. read more

Stopped here on the way back to Winston-Salem from Wilmington. Needed to grab something to eat and the Taco Bell in Laurinburg sucks big time. Got a couple of salads. Yes, I got a salad at Wendy's so suck it if you don't like it. The salads here are really good. They gave us an extra fork (must of read my Taco Bell review) and extra dressing, without us asking. We popped in to use the restroom on our drive. We hadn't planned on eating this early on our drive, but the staff changed our mind. We were greeted at the door by a young man who opened it before we even reached for the handle and said Welcome to Wendy's. While I waited for my hubby, I saw everyone working so hard yet no one was in the store. The fries were made to order for each drive up. The rest of the staff looked up to say hi while I waited. Much of the staff looked like they had long hair but everyone had it enclosed in some cool looking caps, enough that I even noticed that. Basically the staff was just so nice that we had to order something. Breakfast had just ended so we simply ordered fries but sure enough they made our order hot. I'm not normally impressed by a Wendy's but the staff here shines - and the fries were nice and hot. People really do notice hard work and pleasant spirits even if you never know. You all did such an outstanding job that I had to take some time to let you know. Great job! read more

Employees are just plain old dumb! They charged me an extra dime for tomato that already comes on my sandwich and just shrugged their shoulders when I brought it to their attention. I then asked if they could use my dime towards a Frosty and three Frosty's later I still didn't get my dime back. Sad customer service. read more

I Ordered via the mobile app and picked up at drive through. I ordered 2 sandwiches. When I arrived back home both sandwiches were completely wrong. Instead of 2 burgers I received a chicken sandwich and some mess with bbq sauce. You have to wait forever for the drive through and now they give you other peoples order. We were in the drive thru line when a very physical alternation broke out in the parking lot, I believe the altercation had to do with a child. Although none of the adults in the situation cared to get the child away from this, a manager (I think) ran outside calling 911, grabbed the child (it was amazing hero work!!!) and got him inside. The child was incredibly upset and the manager handled it incredibly well, and must be a father! A gentleman in his mid 20's to early 30's. It was scary just to be in the drive thru, but I can't imagine the courage it took for the manager to hurry over and get the child! Thank you!!! After battling the traffic from the beach, this was the first Wendy's we can upon. Looks as though everyone was thinking the same thing as us because the drive thru and dinning room was extremely busy. Line was almost out the door so it took us about 15 minutes to get to the register to place our order. Then it was about a 20 minute wait for our food. They had a ton of orders lined up. They were rushing so much that people's order form the drive thru and dinning room was missing items like my order but it wasn't a big deal to get it. They got it right away for you. I'm sure the place is usually clean but with them being so busy they didn't have time to clean the tables or refill the condiments and stuff. The food itself was delicious. I had the southwest avocado chicken sandwich. I just love avocado. It gave the sandwich a nice creamy texture. Delicious! read more

It was the typical Wendy's. There was really nothing to brag about. My food was made fresh and the fries were hot. I'm only giving 3 stars due to the cleanliness of the dining area. I'm not sure if it's because it was the lunch time rush, but dome tables were sticky. My coworkers and I wiped off the table we ate at, simply because we were pressed for time. read more

As a faithful customer and overall lover of Wendy's, my standards are pretty high for this chain. I have eaten from Wendy's all over the nation therefore I know the standard that the company sets for their food. Well today, I ordered a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger 4 for $4 and the fries were TERRIBLE. These potatoes seemed to be old, cold and EXTREMELY hard. The burger was delicious and the nuggets as well. As ordering food I've noticed things were in good clean and in order. But the cashiers attitude was awful. All she kept saying was it's time for her to get off. And seemed like she was more into getting off work then taking my order.Then when my order was taken the fries were cold like they've sat for hours without being thrown out.The same cashier had a attitude when this was brought to her attention. read more

This is the nicest Wendy's I have been in. The staff is super friendly, the food came out fast and was really good. The dining area is constantly checked for cleanliness. Even though it was pretty busy when we arrived, we got our food within minutes and the fires were still hot! read more
