The drive-through mic/speaker system did don't work despite being fairly new so we pulled forward to pick up our order from the window. We had placed our order online and were to pick it up at 7 PM, we arrived at exactly 7:10 PM and when we asked for our order we learned it had not even been started yet. Please pull around to the front and the cook/window worker/counter staff person will bring it out to us. Around 7:30 (not 30 min late) she came out to my car, out of breath, disheveled, and frazzled but apologetic indicating one of the items we had ordered, now over an hour ago had not been started because it would take five minutes to make. Do you still want it? Yes. She runs back in to get that started but gives us the chicken bucket part of our order). 15 minutes later (didn't she say five minutes) she comes back out with what feels like an empty bag, again apologizes, and runs back in trying to help the next people.
