She was so nice and friendly. She was called to the drive up and I said, I want to finish my order with her. The man was not happy and said so (stating he didn't want to do drive up) I replied, well, if you knew how to figure out this app order then I would have used you. I waited on and off to complete my order and Danesha was still joyful and polite. I ordered original chicken but I think I got crispy. It was definitely COOKED and the chicken wings was so small there was not even a bite to it. The three large sides were VERY GOOD. Mashed, mac, and coleslaw. The biscuits were okay but a little dry and falling apart. Not soft. I had this craving for KFC but would I go back, not sure or maybe when I get another craving. So service by Danesha 5 stars. Everything else I would give 3 stars. 12/14/25 Employees should be trained to use and help with the app especially for seniors.

I ordered through the app at around 9:30, the food would arrive at my house at around 10:30 with…read morethe delivery time and the kitchen time, which is fine and dandy, plus I ordered like 2 1/2 hours before close which shouldn't be a problem. The main reason I ordered in the first place was for the "Famous Bowl", I also ordered a chicken sandwich combo because it would've been lame as to only order the bowl and pay more than double the price for delivery. I didn't get the bowl with my food, the kfc sauce also wasn't in the bag. If I had ordered within an hour of close then I'd understand the pettiness as someone who works in fast food but to forget an item that's $6.50? (not like I'd purposefully not put an item in the delivery order). So in reality now that I don't have my famous bowl, I have paid nearly $30 for a spicy sandwich combo with a side of gravy. It's now 10:43 and I'm pissed tf off

I can't say much for the rest of the staff, but if this kid could be cloned, this place would be awesome. (Wish I knew his name but no one is wearing name tags.) I'm seriously disappointed that they no longer serve sweet tea by the gallon. Seriously??? This is North Carolina and you are a chicken place! That's like McDonald's no longer selling fries. I guess we'll see what the food is like when I get it. For now, they get 3 stars for the locked bathrooms, greasy floor, and foul mouthed staff (for the exception of the one very nice young man mentioned above.)

So amazingly that i only wanted to eat my fries the first time I was there. I could only eat one from my 2 dog combo so I had it in the fridge flr the next day. Hubby came home and ate it! He said the same thing, one of the best dogs ever. So, 3 days later we were running the streets taking care of business & stopped in for lunch. We both ordered the dogs again. Still the same yummy in my tummy feeling. The onion rings are perfectly crispy and the onion breaks when you bite into. That seems to be a problem for other food spots. The folks are sooooo very friendly!! I do not have one note to say about this food establishment othee than, GO! I mean, my food was so good it didn't last long enough for photos!!

The portions were huge so you get a really full meal for a pretty good price. The jerk chicken was perfect. Spicy, with a hint of sweet on a bed of rice and beans. My only disappointment was with the sides. I ordered fries and plantains and I dunno if it was because we ate late in the day, but the sides were bitter and tasted like burnt oil. Still, I came for the jerk chicken and it delivered in spades. I'll definitely come back here again earlier in the day and order some different sides with my meal.

There was a steady flow of customers throughout our dining experience. The service was pretty good. The young lady taking our order was very nice. We had a short wait for our food. We both ordered a tray. I had the double burger tray with chicken nuggets, fries and tea. The burger was pretty good. The fries were good. I'm not sure how good the nuggets were because I received only three of them. I thought that was a stingy portion. The sweet tea was way too sweet. I did not expect brown sugar water. Crazy sweet. I asked for a cup of water so I could dilute it. My son had the burger tray with a walking taco and quesadilla. He enjoyed all of his. He eats Cook Out at college, so he knew what he liked. Overall I did enjoy my meal. The burger, service and ambiance overshadowed the nuggets and tea. I would probably eat at Cook Out again.
