You can choose a bowl, a wrap, or a pita. They do offer sandwiches and other items as well. I decided on a bowl. I chose yellow rice instead of quinoa. I was able to have a few small samples to help make a decision. I also had lamb, chicken, garbanzo beans, spinach, three different hummus (feta, traditional, roasted eggplant), lettuce, tomato, feta, cucumbers, naan, and tzatziki over the top. I also decided to have a lemonade. They have several different lemonades to choose from and it's bottomless if you're dining in. I added so many items to the bowl the price was fairly high, but worth it. There's plenty of seating inside and it's a nice dining room. Very simple, but comfortable. I sat and enjoyed my bowl with pomegranate lemonade. Everything was delicious. I'm happy that I finally tried The Hummus Republic. I will definitely eat here again. Recommend giving it a try.

I got a pretty full bowl. I noted that the kale they had out had a number of dubious leaves in it, but the person picked around them to get me some nice green kale (if I were them I'd just dump the wilted ones). Vegetarian options were ample at all levels of the ordering process and indeed the only non-vegan component i ended up with was some feta. It was a salty and tasty bowl; oddly the salad greens were the only thing I got less of than expected. I also said what the heck and got what they call a signature tahini shake, which was absurdly filling to the point that I pretty much skipped a meal. Okay if that's what you want. Overall, not perfect but a quality place with options for most diets.

We enjoy coming on Tuesdays for the pizza deal. Today we ordered the shotgun shrimp appetizer, a side salad, and the 33 Deluxe small pizza. We also decided to try a strawberry and a blackberry lemonade. After a short wait our shrimp and salad were delivered. Both were good. Our lemonades were delicious! Of course the pizza was delivered after we finished our appetizers. The pizza was great. Our server, EmilyB, was great. Always positive and smiling. We also noticed Japanese baseball was on. Didn't expect that honestly. This restaurant always has an active and vibrant atmosphere. There's seating for all types and television screens everywhere. During football season, this place is packed! The reviews are all over the place. We have always had a good experience here. If you're unsure about trying Bubba's 33, I recommend giving it a try. They have a variety that fits almost all appetites.

She was friendly, efficient, and truly looked like she enjoyed interacting with her customers. The chips and queso were very good!! I ordered chicken wings and they were slightly overcooked and a little dry. My colleague said his wings were very good. It is a typical family style / sports bar type restaurant. There were a LOT of TVs and management was very accommodating when ensuring the football games were on viewable TVs. I will definitely return to this or any other Bubba's 33 in the future.

A great perk for this place is free street parking right in front. The front entrance is in an old strip mall. The inside is well done. Plenty of seating throughout. There's a nice lounging area, outdoor seating, high top tables, large standard tables and a bar area. They have a fairly simple menu, but plenty of variety. They do offer alcohol, THC beverages, sodas, smoothies, and of course coffee. After a few minutes of looking over the menu we ordered a coupe of the artisan sandwiches, a couple coffees, and a slice of coconut cream cake! You order at the kiosk and they bring your food & beverages to you. After a nice wait (not too fast or long), our americano, latte, waters, The Rad sandwich, The Chrissy sandwich, with our sides of pasta and potato salad. The sandwiches were honestly the perfect size for us. Both sandwiches were great and the coffee was good. Initially I requested a red eye, but they were out of drip coffee. Not a big deal, the americano was good. The coconut cream cake was huge and delicious! Not sure, but I tasted a hint of amaretto, vanilla, and coconut. Delicious! Went well with the coffee! Although the cost was a little high, the quality of service, food and atmosphere compensated. We will definitely eat here again. Recommend giving Bistro 1940 a try.

This has the vibe of little bistro coffee shops we find in many large cities with a limited menu and lots of coffee options. They had both a soda fountain and bottled/caned soft drinks. However, neither the fountain nor the cans and bottle had any ZERO products. I ordered a Mikey, an Italian style heated sandwich on an Italian style roll. The bread was good and everything on it was tasty. It was a good sandwich. But for the price I could have had a much larger sandwich at Jersey Mike's wing more meats and veggies. It always seems that places trying to be cool skimp on odd things. Like lettuce is cheap but there was very little on the sandwich. My wife had a turkey sandwich on ciabata bread. She liked her sandwich too. We both got potato salad which was good but bit heavy on the pins for my wife. It was fine for me but I wanted pepper and I could not see any easily accessible and didn't feel like asking for it (that's on me). Our bill with a modest tip for two sandwiches, potato salad sides that were included a fountain drink and a mango slurp (they called it a smoothie but it wasn't) was $45.00. That's just too much for a simple lunch, at least for us.
