More of a slider than a sandwich.

Very friendly store. Fast and efficient. My problem with Chick Fil-A is that sometimes you get a chicken sandwich that is super small. See photo. With the prices over $5 for a sandwich, you would hope they would respect that and not serve these half portions.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and have never had an issue with any store in my life. This one is located at the Indianapolis Airport just outside of Pre-Check. Everyone that travels through airports knows the importance of fast service. The Indianapolis Airport is not that big compared to many other US airports. When I got in line to place my order I was number four. There was one cashier taking orders and one stocking at the counter. I stood for nearly seven minutes without moving. Finally the manager came out from the kitchen and saw the long line and asked the person who had been stocking to open a register. I received my order within two-three minutes and was on my way to Pre-Check. I ordered the four count chicken minis. The food quality was excellent but the service was not up to Chick-fil-A standards.

Breakfast is over and disappoint sets in...

Disappointed with chicken size on sandwich. Breakfast bagel that came with a chicken nugget on it. Said something to the counter and the said they all look that way and are small. The photo of the sandwich shows a piece 3 to 4 times that size taking up entire bun plus some. Blaa blaa blaa, just disappointing...

Great fries ... if it would be open :)

Another favorite place of mine for their hash browns. It was closed this time, but when it open you can rely on a fast check out time, delicious chicken nuggets with has brown at a reasonable price.

well it's compatible with any other chick-fil-A that I have encountered. Love their bite-sized little nuggets... make it with Polynesian dipping sauce for me.

The chicken nuggets smells and tastes odd. They are not fresh. And they were so tiny. Not worth the price.

Can't count to 12. Shorted me on nuggets. Dead eyed staff and cold fries. Worst CFA in the game.

The dining room…read morewas pretty quiet for a Friday night, but there was a steady stream of takeout orders, which is usually a good sign. The menu is about 90% fried, one salad option. Chicken, with wings, drums, and tenders offered in several heat levels. I went with the Curry tenders (medium), and my husband chose the Hot Honey wings (also medium). Both delivered exactly the right amount of heat--noticeable but not overwhelming. The crunch factor was definitely there, and the chicken itself was moist and flavorful. Sides are ordered separately, so we added onion rings. They were large and looked great, though they were just okay for me. Portions, however, were huge. Our total was around $32, which felt a bit pricey, but the amount of food made up for it. Honestly, we could have shared one entrée if we ever agreed on the same thing. They do serve beer, milk teas, and smoothies too, but we took our order home and enjoyed our own drinks. The atmosphere inside is casual with a giant screen playing K‑Pop videos, which adds a fun vibe if you dine in. Overall, I liked it and would return--next time with fewer items or more people to help tackle those portions.

However, I've been making regular visits out to my family in Putnam County and this has allowed me to drive by the Avon location of Raising Cane's. Today, I finally got a chance to check it out. Raising Cane's is a growing chain that specializes in chicken fingers (or tenders). That's it. That's their gig. When founder Todd Graves proposed the idea in a business class, he received one of the lowest grades because his professor said it wouldn't work. Graves persevered. Named after his labrador (literally named Raising Cane), this chain is growing with three Central Indiana locations currently (Avon, Carmel, Noblesville). As noted, Raising Cane's is based around chicken tenders/fingers in a handful of different combos. They have multiple sides, serve Coke products, and have both sweet and unsweetened iced tea. They have a two-sided drive-thru, though only one side was open at my time of arrival. You can dine inside, however, on this visit I did not. I could tell the curb cuts were appropriate, however, I won't speak to accessibility on the inside. The employees I met were friendly and helpful. I was able to upsize my drink, always a plus, and my order was accurate. I tend to prefer barbecue sauce with my tenders, however, I opted to try their Raising Cane sauce. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Raising Cane's is community minded with six areas of focus - education, feeding the hungry, active lifestyles, pet welfare, entrepreneurship, and "other" (meaning they enjoy supporting community organizations and will consider "other" ideas). While I'm not quite ready to go 5 stars here, I enjoyed the tenders quite a bit and I enjoyed the small order of crinkle-cut fries. The food quality was good and the quantity was a solid meal. Employees were great, the drive-thru went pretty darn quickly, and I have no issues with calling this a solid 4-star experience. I'll definitely be back.

Food came out fresh and fast. This is your typical Chick-fil-A with fresh flowers at tables. I especially like that there is a play area for 3 year olds and under. I would highly recommend the Spicy Chicken Deluxe. It's always one of my favorite items to order when at Chick-fil-A. The Chick-fil-A sauce is also a perfect addition (this is a must). This was our first time here and won't be our last.

I don't get out to this westside Chick-fil-A very often, however, I was in Plainfield for a work training and grabbed dinner on the way home. Truthfully, I love the "My Pleasure." It's warm, friendly, and it's a greeting I look forward to. I'd be lying if I said there aren't times I say "thank you" just to hear it. So yeah, other greetings are fine but it's that greeting that makes Chick-fil-A stand out. Okay, I'll stop. Otherwise, this was the usual Chick-fil-A combination of good food, good service, friendly people, and an accurate order. I ordered a 3-piece chicken strip meal and upsized it. The order was accurate, tasty, quickly delivered, and reasonably priced. Is it the best food ever? Nope. However, it's top-tier fast food and I enjoyed it. Like most Chick-fil-A's, this location has switched to one lane for drive-thru and one lane for mobile orders. Both employees in the drive-thru were friendly and I liked seeing a supervisor come out to make sure one had gotten her break. I've been eating a bit healthier these days, however, this was a definite splurge and I enjoyed it. This Chick-fil-A is like most locations - it offers just about the best fast food experience around and easily blows away the majority of other fast food options in this area. I'll easily return when I'm in the area.
