I go to either one of two locations depending on the traffic or if I'm heading a certain direction. This location, much like almost all the Chick-fil-a's I've been to emphasizes top notch customer service whether dining in or going through the drive through. They make sure you always get your sauces or anything else you may need, and they do everything with a smile! On top of the great service, they are very fast! You never have to wait long for your food. If you're dining in, there's always a staff person checking on customers' experience, and even offers to give you a refill! That's something no other fast food chain will do. I love their fries. It has the right amount of salt, and perfectly compliments your chicken. I love almost everything on the menu, but I tend to pick the spicy chicken sandwich. The pepperjack cheese in the sandwich makes a huge difference. I dip my fries and my sandwich in Chickfila sauce. Try it! Their lemonade is on point! Since I'm watching my sugar intake, I get the Splenda lemonade, and I can't tell the difference. People ask me where to get milkshakes. I point them to the direction of Chickfila. Don't believe me? Try it out for yourself. This is my go to spot for a creamy chocolate shake. I never like candied cherry, so I leave that off. Went here to pick up food for my office. Was told it would be ready in 20 min. Got there, called, and was told they are working on it. Waiting for 35 min to be told I never called. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CHICK-FIL-A I'VE EVER BEEN TO! The workers here are absolutely trash no matter if it's the morning crew, evening, or night. Their customer service is very POOR to say the least. Those two ladies at the window- one inside and the one outside the window at around 2:00 pm on February 14th need a reality check. This is probably one of the worse experiences I ever had with Chick-fil-A. I have been loyal customer for several years and never received such a negative experience. Upon placing and paying for my order with the attendant, I was told to pull behind the silver car. After arriving at the window the gentleman by the name of Gerardo asked me for me to repeat my order I was told that they did not have my order and so I extended my credit card so they could locate the order and then I was asked to show my bank account statement showing that I made the payment. I have never been asked to show any sort of financials In order to verify the validity of what I was saying. This was very unprofessional and finally when I asked to speak with the manager the Gerardo lied and said he was the manager, and my response was I was not born yesterday and attempted to grab another one of his associates and Her name was Maggie, then claimed that she was the manager. That's strange I use to work in the fast food business and there is never to MOD at the same time, so somewhere down the line someone was not telling the truth. I finally requested for the contact Info for the store manager and I was given the wrong phone number and store manager name. I then asked them to cancel my order and refund the payment. I would strongly recommend not attending this location especially if you do not want to be racially profiled. Someone needs to be held accountable for what happened today even if I need to scream from the roof top. read more

A great location for lunch with the kids. They have a indoor play area that has been very clean on all of the occasions that I've visited. Also, it's designed so that you can watch your kids through the glass, while sitting in the restaurant so that you can actually have a conversation with a friend without having to listen to all the screaming and loud voices in the playground. Also, the chicken nuggets are wonderful with the Polynesian dipping sauce and I really like how the staff will go around the restaurant and get you refills on your drink. read more

This location has the slowest drive-thru I have ever experienced on multiple occasions. From dumb drivers taking 5 mins to pick from the same menu that was there the last time they came to the employees either getting your order wrong or giving you somebody else's order. Not the best location but they get it right 90% of the time. I usually order grilled chicken nuggets, fries, and a large sweet tea. Occasionally, they will undercooked the grilled nuggets so they are a little questionable. It has only happened to me a few times but it made me nervous and is didn't eat them. Typically the food here is great though and the sweet tea is always well made. Fries could use some salt on them at times. This location is very clean: bathrooms, floors, each table inside. I absolutely love this Chikfila location. The staff is always extremely friendly. The food has always been served hot and fresh. Most importantly, the cookies are alwsys warm and gooey.....YES! On one of my recent visits, a guy and his son showed up in street clothes and started walking around talking to customers and employees, looking at tables, then walked through the back of the store. The employees seemed to really like him. Well on the way out I noticed the sign in the entry way with him and his family on it...he is the franchise owner. Chick-fil-A is known for great food but they can never get an order right and today was no different. As usual, it's busy when I pull up. Pick the slowest lane as always. The guy taking my order couldn't be bothered with me, too interested in chatting with his coworker. I'm praying that the brownie I ordered makes it into my bag. Said brownie never makes it into the damn bag! Finally get to the window and was told to pull around. Ok......guy behind pulls around as well. We then watch multiple people get their food and leave the drive thru. Well, about 10 mins later I receive my food. Get home and of course no brownie and burnt sandwich. Since this is the location closest to me and where I go to most often, this is the Chic-fil-A I am reviewing. Well, what can I say about this Chic-fil-A? It is pretty much like any other branch I have been to, and that definitely is not a bad thing! Chic-fil-A is a great fast food chain that knows how to treat their customers happy with great tasting food and excellent customer service. It's no wonder Chic-fil-A is the fastest growing fast food chain in the US. On such a busy intersection (Westheimer and Kirkwood) you might expect this location to have a drop in food quality and customer service. Nope, that is definitely not the case here. Inside the restaurant is always clean, including the men's restroom (haven't been inside the women's, but I'm sure that also remains very clean). Even though it is often busy, you can count on your food being prepared in an insanely fast manner. And on that note, not only is it fast, but it is always fresh and made when you order. So whenever you are craving Chic-fil-A for lunch and are intimidated by a crazy long line, don't be deterred; the line goes by really quickly, and you'll still have your nice hot food in no time. Now the staff here is extremely polite. I actually worked at a Chic-fil-A for an extremely short period of time. One thing they emphasized is to always say "My pleasure" instead of "you're welcome", so every single time I say thank you, I listen for that "my pleasure". Not only have I never heard them slip, but I also have never seen them say "my pleasure" without a smile. This location already knows me by name and knows my usual order. They never fail to ask I need any special condiments or sauces. The quality if the food is always good. It's definitely not fancy restaurant quality, but Chic-fil-A is definitely on a different level than other fast food chains. They have great salads (although I think a little pricey), amazing shakes, and of course the best chicken sandwiches you can get from any fast food restaurant (speaking of this and every other Chic-fil-A location). I only have two things against Chic-fil-A: their nothing but chicken menu can leave a little to be desired, and they're just a little bit pricey compared to other fast food chains. Of course these are only minor and definitely doesn't stop me from enjoying the food here. So yes, I recommend this Chic-fil-A and pretty much any other one in your area.
