I went through the drive thru tonight after placing a mobile order. Zero complaints. Good service, fast, got my order done perfectly. The person taking the orders even helped me figure out why my fries weren't on my order after I tried to redeem them with points. Very nice! I didn't have to wait long. Maybe 5 minutes or so. I liked that this restaurant didn't do that weird double line split then merge situation. I feel like it makes for a smoother drive thru. Good visit! read more

First of all in that location some of the staffs need re-training it horrible service, i went to this chic a fils I asked for a meal and whatever drinks comes with it. the cashier charged me for a medium soda instead of the coffee something I didn't ask for and when I spoke to the manager after a few back and forth she told me for future order to not order the meal if I didn't want the drink. Finally I told her don't worry about the difference and to train her staff on listening to the customer orders. When my food arrived I looked at and asked her is this how it supposed to look and where's the chicken, with an attitude she say thats how they make it, mind you i get the same every time I go to chic a fils substitute the regular eggs for eggs white. The quality of the food was where Chick-fil-A usually shines, and this visit was no exception. Everything was hot, fresh, and prepared correctly. Four stars for quality, easy. Service, though, was just okay. The drive-thru attendant was kind, but her English wasn't very clear, and she didn't get my name right--at all. It wasn't close. Still, she tried, and I respect the effort, so I'm giving a middle-of-the-road . Efficiency was a problem. Because my name wasn't taken down correctly, when I arrived at the pick-up window, there was a lot of confusion. They kept calling out the wrong name, which caused unnecessary delays. On top of that, I asked for ketchup and Chick-fil-A sauce, but got neither. It's 2025--how are we still putting fries and tenders in a bag with zero sauce? A great place to catch some fast food, and I appreciate that they have other options for kids' sides that are not french fries. The staff are nice, but in this particular location, the ordering process at the drive thru is very inefficient. You've got hard working staff trying to take orders, except one problem: there's no big menu to look at. If you're in the way back of the line, then someone has to walk all the way to the front to bring you a paper menu for you to be able to look at. I think if the staff had some way to have it on them, or another menu to be able to look at, it would make the process swifter. read more

I don't expect staff to intervene in confrontations, but I do expect them to take notice and act accordingly. Unfortunately, I wasn't helped until I reached the window, where I was verbally assaulted by the same individual. No staff member acknowledged the situation, and no manager spoke to me to address why my order wasn't taken while everyone else's was. I couldn't leave the line due to no exit or departure lane, and no effort was made to show concern or offer a courtesy for the inconvenience. I do appreciate the quick service once I reached the window, but the overall handling of the situation was disappointing and not what Ive come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Never have I seen this corner jumping the way Chick-Fil-A has it jumping. The lines at the drive through are a bit ridiculous but Let's face it driving to another location it's going to Yale you about the same time waiting,,, most likely even for more because your gonna have to get in a line regardless to order. My opinion, the ordering system they have going on is pretty good. The line moves pretty quick and they get the order correct the few times I've been here. I'm not too sure how the busy other locations get, but I do know the one off 107 AVE in Doral gets pretty as well. My experience here has A-OKAY and with that I only have this to say " Hey that chicken sandwich from Chick-Fil-A is really Fire! Horrible experience. The drive thru line goes out to the shopping center and doesn't move. The parking lot is tiny and we had to park in the adjacent parking lot. The dining room is small and only fits a very limited number of tables. Every table was being used, so we had to wait for a table while our food got cold in the bag. MUST READ PLEASE. August 2nd 2021, the establishment opened the dinning area for the people of Hialeah. The establishment stated on their Instagram, "first 100 people will receive free chick fil a for the remaining of the year (one meal per week)". I was one of the first people (I was there since Sunday 7pm). As they opened to the people at 6:30, they handed 25 cards for the remaining year. NONE of the cards were meals as they promised. Not only that, 22 of the cards were for breakfast! With all honesty, people love chick fil a for their lunch, this is mad, unfair, and did not keep their promises. After leaving the establishment, I noticed they deleted the original Instagram post where they stated "one MEAL per week". I love chick fila but I will take my business to another chick fila restaurant. Wasted my night for this. Apart from that, parking is horrible, not designed properly for pick up or carry out. What a disappointment! I've never ever been to a chick fil a and been treated like this! I go through the drive through and order my usual order "12pc grilled nuggets and a fruit cup only mandarins. The drive through attendant stops me before I'm even done talking and tells me "oh we don't do that here". I told her "well I always order the same thing, and in every other chick fil A I order it the same way" then she proceeds to tell me to wait and goes inside, after like 8 minutes of me waiting she comes back out and says that the manager says they are only going to give me 3 pieces of mandarin! I'm so amazed at the level of bad service, never ever have I experienced this in a chick fil A but there's always a first time I guess. They clearly don't want my business or anyone's at that point if they're treating people like that. I left and didn't eat. Went and took my money somewhere else. You should too. Good service, but you have to say the name of your order what seems like a THOUSAND times!!! Unlike other Chick-fil-A locations I've visited, this Chickfila does not put a number on your car's dashboard in order to associate your car w/your order. Instead, different workers just ask for your name multiple times, which can become very annoying. Do better!! read more

Worst Chick Fil A I've ever been to. I ordered via the mobile app for pickup through the drive thru at 7:47pm while I was already en route. I arrive at the restaurant parking lot by 7:53pm with a line past the bank across the Marshall's. By 8:01pm I met a drive thru worker to enter my mobile order into the system. I proceeded in the line towards the delivery area. They had me pull up to the red sign and wait another 15min for my order, finally I receive my items assuming everything was there, they have ONE JOB, and drive off. When I arrive home I discover my ice cream dream cup is missing entirely from my order. I call the restaurant immediately and they inform me they cannot do a partial refund & that they will provide me with a free ice cream next time I visit. I will never again be visiting this corporate hell hole. They didn't even pack the sauces I included in my order! And my "Large" waffle fry was half empty with not even entire waffle fries, just small tiny broken bits and pieces. WORST CHICK FIL A EVER! Worst quality of food I've ever experienced. I also ordered a gallon of Arnold Palmer, not their stupid "Sunjoy" name. $10 and it's not even filled to the top.... and my side salad was entirely lettuce, one tomato, barely any cheese. Terrible. Im giving 2 stars because the food in this location is good compared to some other ones I've been too (Miramar, ft lauderdale). The reason for the stars taken off is that for the past 4 visits I have been given my fries like the picture. If I'm paying for a meal.... Medium fries i expect to get the fries lol. Idk what type of money they think they're saving doing this but it's ridiculous. The last time I went for breakfast they had no hasbrowns either... that's literally half of your breakfast menu. And then they upcharged me for a side without telling me. Luckily I noticed and got my money back but if you don't have the side then at least offer a reduced price for the other sides or let your customers know you're charging extra. The person that attended us was very nice. We also noticed that someone that seemed to be a supervisor, praised the guy that was attending us. Its very nice to see when supervisors actually appreciate the work their staff does. It's even nicer when you see this happen as an outsider because you know you're eating at a place where the employees are treated well. Happy employees = good food & good service. We had a incident at chikfila that I rather not disclose, on Friday night involving an unruly and rude client who decided she wanted to very nasty to me, my party, as well as the entire line of people in the drive thru waiting behind her.. When I say that Chikfila's service is UNMATCHED!!!!! I mean that. The funny memes and tiktoks are 100% true lol, they really go above and beyond. I have never felt so sastifised with how a situation was handled by a business as I did with this location! In under 2 mins, problems were solved and management was on the situation In a heartbeat as well as being VERY apologetic.. for that reason, they have a customer for life. They first said they didnt have grilled and then they did, order was messed up. No dressing for salad. I'm really sad to be writing this review because typically the customer service I get at Chick-fil-A is outstanding as well as the food but not in this case. I went through the drive through and ordered chicken minis for breakfast. Unfortunately my first bite into one, it was raw... yes RAW! Not only was it disgusting but it's a health concern as I could've gotten really sick. I then drove back to the location and went inside to let them know my issue and it was like they didn't even care. When I told the guy at the register what had happened and gave him my foo d back all he said was "oh really?" "Well what else can I get you?" To be honest at that point I had no appetite so I got my money back and they sent me on my Way. Very unprofessional and a little disappointing at the lack of sympathy. This isn't the only issue I've had with this specific Chick-fil-A but it's definitely been the worst. Great experience with the first greeter to take my order. Matias had lots of patience for 7 teenager orders and repeated to make sure there were no errors and accuracy. When I picked up my order at the window, I was pleased that they were able to accommodate my order to have each order in individual bags for each of my teenagers. The Worst! Do NOT use for catering. On Jan 19 I had a big meeting with a large hospital group. Lunch meeting was set for 12:00. The hospital was less than 10min from this location. because the staff only had 30min for lunch I ordered food to be picked up at 11:00, I placed the order on 16 jan. I arrived at 10:55. I didn't get my order until 12:15. I was very upset. No one cared the manager was playing on his phone. The other staff was clueless. I begged for my order. They said they were confused because 2 large catering we both scheduled for 11:00. I was late to the meeting. None of staff i needed to meet got lunch. The food was wasted, and my reputation was scared. I made 3 different complaints. Now response from owner operator Cynthia Bowles. Very sad. Be warned about this location. If you expect to go as a first timer or as a customer & get any good treated please don't go in the drive thru to Gabby, girl was rude to customers & employees, with her bad attitude you barely will have time to make your order.
