New Chick-fil-A opened along Jonestown Rd, formerly home to an Arby's. This location has three drive-thru lanes and a walk-up window. There is no indoor seating, but there are some tables outside and bathrooms for guests, which is nice. Drive-thru experience is friendly although they are not the quickest. Orders are taken with an employee standing outside, but they still got our order wrong. I ordered a large meal but ended up with a medium on the receipt, plus they added honey condiments we didn't ask for to the order. Not a huge deal. Food came out well-cooked and warm. We decided to take it home, and it travels well. We got two deluxe sandwiches, one crispy and one spicy. Plus two orders of waffle fries, and lemonades to-go. Prices are a little high but not as bad as some other fast food options.

Ordered a 30 count nugget. Received 21 including the burnt pieces. For the price, that's ridiculous

If you haven't been before, the vibe at Raising Cains is fun - think disco balls and Elvis art with a crown on top. The counter folks were all friendly, and I wasn't expecting that they would deliver food to our table, but they did. The food at Raising Cains was good, but didn't live up to all the hype for me. No complaints about the food, it was good. But my expectations were fairly high after hearing lots of folks talk about it. The chicken was crispy and not greasy as fried food can be. The fries were good -not soggy and not overcooked. I'm still assessing my thoughts about the sauce. I didn't feel like I was overwhelmed by the taste, but I did keep going back to it and dipping my fries and chicken in it until it was all gone. So maybe I liked it more than I realized? I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars. This was a 35 minute drive for me, so I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to do this again because of the distance. But we had a good meal here and a pleasant experience.

While the restaurant had some positives, the food itself left me disappointed. A few highlights from my visit: Conveniently located along one of the area's main roads. Plenty of parking available in the shopping center lot. Both indoor and outdoor seating options. Clean dining area and well-maintained tables. Customer bathrooms available. A customizable soda fountain with a wide variety of drink options. Unfortunately, the meal didn't live up to expectations: My noodles arrived cold. The food took a surprisingly long time to come out. By the time it arrived, the temperature of the dish made it difficult to enjoy. The restaurant itself was clean and easy to access, and I appreciated the seating options and ample parking. However, when the main attraction is the food, it's hard to overlook a cold entrée and a lengthy wait. Overall, while the location and facilities were perfectly fine, the meal itself was underwhelming enough that I probably wouldn't return. There are too many other dining options in the area for me to choose this one again.

If you're looking for a freshly made sandwich on great bread with quality cold cuts, this is the place. If you're expecting a typical Subway-style franchise sandwich, keep driving. That was the best spot to get some food to recharge, so I decided to take a walk down memory lane and get an Italian sub when I got off of work. The staff was inviting, and the place still looked and smelled the same as it did when I was a kid. There was plenty of meat on the sub with all the fixings, and of course, I complemented it with plain Middleswarth chips. Being from Pennsylvania, you have to eat it with Middleswarth chips! My mouth was drooling looking at the sub, even though the roll itself felt very hard. With the first bite, I went right down memory lane, sitting in my grandfather's green Ford Ranger. I scarfed it down, but well... I was disappointed. The bread was so hard that it almost scratched the roof of my mouth. The cheese was just bland, not bursting with flavor, and the salami and pepperoni slices had no flavoring to them at all. I think the only thing that saved it was the hot peppers that I added. To make matters worse, I also noticed the bathrooms were dirty, which is never a good sign. I also felt very slow and sluggish afterward. I don't think food is supposed to do that; food is supposed to give you energy, not slow you down. I do not recommend this place for a sub at all. I'd rather get one from a pizza shop or even Sheetz--and I think all Sheetz food tastes like cardboard, but that's just me. I hope my review helps you decide where to get your sub next!
