This is a really good Chick-fil-A to go to if you live in the town or nearby. This one is always clean and has good food as well as a little play area for the kids. Thankfully its not a huge play area so there is not much room for your child to get lost. The other good thing is this location is well staffed and always has plenty of people to keep the lines moving as this location is always busy. No matter what time you go, their drive thru is always packed and so is the inside. But the important thing is they're not slow and they are always working hard to make sure every customer is satisfied. read more

Every time I come here there's some kind of issue... last time they had me wait for like 30 minutes for my order. Then they keep giving us coupons that we can only use at this location. When this location sucks! This time I waited almost 15 minutes for my order; that I got to take to work (I work overnight). When I got to work I opened my cob salad and there was no chicken, just lettuce ‍ I'm not sure if they need more training here but it's always something when I come to this location. I write this review as I have sat in line for twenty minutes and clearly picked the wrong lane. People that were fifteen or so cars back, all the way down the street, are actually in FRONT of us now. We got in line over ten mins before them and yet we are behind them. This Chick-fil-A used to get people moving and fairly get customer's food to them in an orderly fashion. I do not know if there is new management, but I stopped coming here for months for this reason and after today it will certainly be a while before I come back because this is ridiculous. Otherwise, food is decent, but I cannot imagine my food to even be warm when I get up to the window to finally get it. Not at all happy and something needs to be done to keep people moving along fairly. I should not be getting my food AFTER someone who got in line fifteen cars behind me. Absurd! UPDATE: the kale salad they gave me is HALF FULL in the container (see photo). I am NOT happy at ALL. They also forgot the straws as per usual. All employees were helpful and friendly.... The lines moved fast both inside and outside... There were 3 people outside helping at the drive thru... Two taking orders and one helping at the window... I was starving after visiting a friend in Hamilton so I stopped for drive through. They have some operation here with staff waiting outside to take your order and move the line quickly. I went with the chicken deluxe which is a classic chicken sandwich. This tastes like real fresh chicken even though it is fast food. The spicy chicken tenders also taste like fresh chicken but have a little too much salt to them. The flavor overall is lacking with these sandwiches. People love chik-fil-a and luckily we got there when we did because the line grew after we left. I still don't get the hype about this place but people love it. The chicken tastes fresher than other fast food places but the flavor is lacking in my opinion. I would come back but I prefer Mcdonalds when eating fast food. read more

Today I decided to go through drive thru at my local chick-fil-a and this was my worst experience that I have seen today. They firstly forgot my chicken sandwich and I only received french fries only (AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR MY SANDWICH). I decided to go back and ask for my sandwich and this one girl was speaking really bad about the customers and how "annoying" they are. I really do think that the energy in this place needs to be fixed! They also didn't even give me the right sandwich and it was wrong again. read more

I am just super impressed by how well oiled and efficient this Chick-fil-A is. We visited for the first time recently and there were three different drive thru lines running as well as a curbside pickup option. We were pretty far back in our line but still got our food very quickly. Today, we used the curbside pickup option, and it also worked out really well. They did forget a fork for my wife's salad for our first visit, but no big deal. The food was tasty as usual, so no complains there. Overall, super happy with my experiences here and will definitely be back. read more

I've been to this location so many times in the past and never had any issues but today completely changed my mind and will not be returning. I placed an order at 4:30 PM.. and it's 5:00 PM.. I just requested a refund on some of the items I ordered because I haven't gotten them and I asked 3 times. I ordered 2 kids meals and a 3 piece chicken strip meal as well as 2 orders of mac & cheese and a MD sunjoy with an order of small fries. At 4:37 they brought over the 2 kids meals and the 3 piece chicken strips and I told her I was missing the 2 orders of mac/cheese, fries, straws and sauces. At 4:50 I was still waiting on these items and called the girl over and told her yet again. She came back stating she needed to see the receipt. I gave it to her and she came back with 2 max and cheese and a small order of fries and the straws/sauces. I told them I was still missing an order of fries. And they gave me Small fries instead of Medium. It's 5pm & I told them to just refund me for the fries. Will never be returning to this location ever again. Thank goodness they opened up the Lawrence location because they are 100x better and the employees actually care about the customers. The manager was standing there the entire time but he was more concerned with the vacuum and turning it on by the table instead of the customers. The table next to me also complained because they told them they didn't make coffee but the man in front of them got coffee..... They couldn't believe I waited 20 minutes for food I was missing. It's Chick-fil-A (CFA)! I'd say most CFAs are really consistent, not a surprise given that it's fast food and cooking processes should be documented for all to follow. I've tried most items here, my favorites are the spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack, the chicken strips, and the less talked about chicken soup. I find the chicken patties and strips to be fried perfectly here. The chicken soup is especially delicious when under the weather although sometimes they do run out. About the only concern I have with ordering from CFA, and it would be a general concern of all CFAs, is that I think the fries should be crispier. Definitely impressed by this location. There was a 3 lane drive thru with workers taking your orders from ipads. Then as you go further in, another worker navigates all three lanes to one by telling each car who to follow. The line might look long but it was basically a 5 minute process. Chick-fil-A is the only fast food place I frequent. I come here at least twice a month or more. It's mostly because my toddler is obsessed with their chicken strips, which are SO delicious, but it's also for their customer service. I've never met more friendly or helpful people working at a fast food place before. They truly seem genuinely happy to be working their, which is not the norm at most fast food joints. Like most locations this particular CFA will get slammed around the noon lunch hour. The parking lot is on the smaller side and it can turn into a nightmare when it gets busy. I will say that they truly do everything they can to make the service go as smoothly as possible. Even when it's super busy the lines go very fast. For example, in the drive-thru they will split into two lines and come out with iPads to take your order and moved down the line to speed things up. Its genius and I've never seen another fast food place do this. The chicken is out of this world and the quality is very consistent. My menu favorites are the chicken sandwich with extra pickles, the chicken strips, and the Cobb salad with Avocado Ranch. read more

This is my usual place to go. However, today I am a bit upset with this particular location. I ordered the Cobb Salad and my wife ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich. The food was good but, they missed a couple things. Before I pulled off from the drive thru, I asked for extra avocado ranch and they gave it to me. They forgot to give us our drink and the original avocado ranch, dried tomatoes, and fork. Luckily I bought a spoon from home for my tea. I had to sit in my truck and eat my salad with a spoon. I've loved Chick Fil-A since the first time I ate at one in the 1980s in the Woodbridge Mall. I hit this particular location every time I am in the Hamilton area...it's always clean and I get fast service with a smile. Last time I was here I got my regular Chick Fil-A sandwich, waffle fries (well done), and a chocolate shake. Yep, probably my daily recommended caloric intake for lunch...but that's what the gym and my future bypass is for!! The Chicken Sandwich is the reason why Mickey D's bootlegged it and called their Southern Chicken sandwich. The strip mall here very busy on weekends and unfortunately it's closed on Sundays. If your there early, the chicken is in a decent biscuit without the pickle. I do not know why they have salads or wraps on the menu. It's Chick-Fil-A not Subway! Wafer fries makes it a doozie. Washing it down with sweet Tea is the way to go. For dessert, check in to your family physician. Not insured? Ask a friend who is in med school. This chick-fil-a has one of the friendliest staff ever. The food is delicious and always warm. I usually get the 3 count crispy chicken tenders meal. The chicken is cooked to perfection and the waffle fries are out of this world good, and the sweet tea is delectable. This location does get busy, but its only because it's so good. Also I've never had to wait an incredibly long time for food or service. I usually dine in, and its very spacious and I can always find a spot. Its well maintained and always clean.
