Food is great but the prices suck. Coffee is good too. Says I need at least eighty five characters to post this review.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure every customer was taken care of. The food, though, was the real star. The burger was cooked perfectly--juicy, flavorful, and made fresh to order. You can taste the quality in every bite. The toppings were crisp, the bun was soft yet held everything together, and the overall balance was spot on. The sides didn't disappoint either--the fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. What really stood out, however, was the consistency and attention to detail. Even during a busy time, the team kept things moving efficiently without sacrificing quality or service. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Under the watchful eye of Mike, Manny, and Gianna, it's clear that this location takes pride in what they do. If you're in the Hamilton area and looking for a great burger experience, run don't walk, this spot is absolutely worth the visit. I'll definitely be coming back. I ordered a bacon and spinach souffle and poured myself some light roast coffee from the self serve cistern. Nothing was wrong with any of it. Nothing was especially right either. Everything landed squarely in the wide and comfortable territory of perfectly average corporate eatery. The place was clean enough to inspire no thoughts at all about cleanliness, which is ideal. The food was prepared quickly and handed over without ceremony. I took a seat in the corner and graded papers for as long as I wished, undisturbed, which may be the most valuable service this location provides. No one hurried me. No one checked in. I was allowed to exist quietly with my coffee and my red pen. The souffle tasted like a Panera souffle. The coffee tasted like Panera coffee. If you have had them before, you already know the story and the ending. Thanks to a ten dollar gift card, my breakfast cost me sixty two cents. At that price it was excellent. Had I paid full freight, I might have felt a small and private disappointment, the kind you do not share with anyone because it is not worth the effort. But I am not going to look a gift horse in the mouth when it comes to a nearly free breakfast. This is a reliable place to sit, eat, think, and get some work done, and sometimes that is enough.

The broccoli cheddar soup was great--as it usually is at any Panera--but the sandwich was super disappointing for the price. Definitely not worth it.

Cons: Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Our order was very simple--a Bacon Cheeseburger and a Turkey Burger with no special modifications. After placing the order, we waited more than 45 minutes without receiving our food. We started to wonder if the order had never been submitted or if it had been delivered to the wrong table. For such a basic order, it should not have taken more than about 20 minutes. When our server finally checked on us and realized we still didn't have our food, she said she would look into it. Another 10 minutes passed with no update and no visit from a manager to acknowledge the delay. At that point, I asked to have the food packaged to go. When it was brought out, we were given a check for the full amount. After waiting nearly an hour, that felt unreasonable. I explained that we shouldn't be expected to pay for the entrées given the situation. Eventually, the bill was adjusted, but having to request that correction ourselves was frustrating. As a former server, I'm usually very understanding--but this situation was handled poorly. Ambiance: The atmosphere was fairly average and didn't particularly stand out one way or the other--nothing notably good or bad, just a typical casual dining environment. Overall: With a couple of bright spots but several major issues with service, the experience left us disappointed. It's hard to overlook such a long wait and the way the situation was handled.

Just ice cream. The Turtle Pecan Cluster for me. Royal Reese's Fluffernutter for the lad. The ordering process was painless. The waiting, uneventful. The tables though. Imagine a game show where the challenge is to find a clean surface in under thirty seconds. We lost. We picked the least sticky of the available options and called it a win. A young woman emerged from the back, bearing our Blizzards like they were holy artifacts. She raised one skyward to perform the sacred Upside Down Test, that moment of Dairy Queen bravado meant to prove their ice cream's virility. Unfortunately gravity had other ideas. Our server reversed course at the last possible second when the Blizzard, perhaps suicidal, made a break for it. She gave a look that said both "oops" and "please pretend you didn't see that" and vanished into the kitchen. Despite the theatrical mishap, the ice cream itself remained undisturbed and edible. Mine was fine. Not a revelation. Just a polite mix of turtle, pecan, and processed dairy. My son's Royal Reese's Fluffernutter, on the other hand, was the true star of the afternoon. The marshmallow core ran down the center like a sugary spinal cord. He grinned like someone who had bested the universe. I envied him. We left slightly sticky and moderately satisfied. Three stars. One for the blizzard, one for the boy's joy, and one for the comedy of a dessert almost abandoning ship.

So, we were THRILLED when we saw Dairy Queen WITH a Full menu! But it isn't JUST the Menu that brings us to This location, it is How CLEAN and Spotless this place IS and The Prices are Within the Fair price for what you're Getting. You Leave FULL, the staff are Friendly and polite and every single person working here is making sure everything is fresh and fully stocked. When we dine here, it is a Consistent and great experience every. Single. Time. My mom also Enjoys sweets and desserts and she loves trying their different "blizzard" desserts. Tonight, she tried the chocolate covered Strawberry blizzard and she really loved it. Last time, my mom chose the Chicken strips and French fries, but tonight, she loved the rotisserie chicken bites. She ordered the onion rings and these were delicious. Usually, she gets picky and doesn't want to finish her meal but also wants dessert, but she polished off the entire meal. I chose a cheeseburger combo and had the onion rings and Holy Smokes, these rings don't even need any sauce. They were crunchy and not oily but tasty. My husband usually goes for the Flame thrower burger with a spicy zip to it but tonight he chose the triple bacon cheeseburger. Everything was prepared fresh and hot and delicious. They also have a drive thru open until 10pm. The inside closes at 9pm and there are outdoor tables and chairs to sit out in their patio area to enjoy the cool breeze. Oh, one last thing, the music selection was Fantastic. It really ripped off the night. Lots of great songs to sing along to and really made our visit nice to laugh and recount Many fun times together. Dairy Queen "grill and chill" is becoming our go to place that our Family Loves.
