Slowest chic fil a I've ever been to. Marked mobile order as complete and then didn't put it out for another 10 mins.

Time for an update. Unfortunately this business has not kept the high standards that Chick Fil A represents. For the past 4 visits our orders have been wrong while going thru the drive thru. Last night completely wrong beverages. Had to finish. To get new and they were rude and could not care that it was there fault. Fries are always soggy (sitting around too long) Inconsistent spices on the spicy chicken. Why do we return? They are the only "healthier option" in the area. read more

Very disappointing and not up to Chick fil A standards at all. Skip this one and go to one of the others nearby. Not only was there no bathroom paper in the ladies bathroom, the service was not remotely up to the Chick fil A standards and the frozen coffee machine was broken. read more

This is the worst chick fil a ever. Every time I come here they get my order wrong. (Mind you im here once a week)Today is was a salad a whole salad how do they keep messing up. I was very disappointed. First off the lady who took my order was sweet so I hold nothing against her. But her coworkers were not on it . We did not get our drinks till 15 minutes later and maybe our food 20 minutes after serving. It had a handful of people in there but NOTHING compared to what my hometown cfa has. Finally got our food just for it to not be fresh and cold . Plus they forgot my ice cream. I also saw they messed up other peoples orders as well. The floor wasn't the cleanest and the trash was overflowing. The service again wasn't the best no positive attitude, no smiles, and not even one "my pleasure" like come on it's not that hard. The team wasn't even communicating to themselves making more drinks for a family than needed . If you're a cfa lover like me , trust me, just save that craving for one day or go to the town over. read more

This is by far the slowest CFA we have ever experienced. Even compared to inner city or stadium venues.

I have eaten Chick-fil-A my whole life, and been very happy about it. This basic chicken sandwich is the greatest I've ever had. Bun is perfectly buttery and toasty in ways I'd never imagined. Would have happily eaten just the bun. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully tender inside. Even the pickles were juicy. Will stop every time I drive past from here on. No matter the time you read this, I'll wish I had one right then. read more

It's a Tuesday night and yes it was busy. Although, with the amount of workers they have at this location plus the amount of people that come here, this should be figured out by now. The two-three black ladies in there (on 6/17 7:30pm) were VERY RUDE, laughing at me about a simple mistake THEY made. My boyfriend and I were ready to eat and get a quick meal, it's fast food; it takes 45 minutes in line to order plus another 25 to wait in the vip lane for a sandwich and chicken strips!!!!!!!!! The lady before us got the wrong order. Then when we finally get our order, the delivery lady forgot all of our drinks and ignored us as we called for her. I go in, tell them, the girl at the front made my drinks, then I say, "i ordered a peach milkshake as well." She becomes rude and goes to the other lady and talks about me, laughing. RIGHT infront of me!! I hear them say "Well she didn't ask or pay for it so she ain't gonna get it" laughing as if I couldn't pay for a milkshake... I specifically asked for one. This establishment clearly needs help and/or new management. AND new workers; not immature entitled girls that think they rule the world. After going inside though, it is clear why they take so long, the workers are too busy messing around with friends and or goofing off. Will not come here again!! read more

I visit this Chick-fil-A pretty often as it is the only one closest to where I currently live. I would say service at this location is very standard as can be. all of my experiences here have been very good as I would expect it with any Chick-fil-A. However the drive-through at this location is a bit long. But that is understandable given how popular Chick-fil-A is obviously. Favorite thing to get at Chick-fil-A is always the grilled club with fries and then a milkshake never ever disappoints. Will be back whenever possible. my orders have never been wrong, and I've always been as I would expect them. And I hope it continues to be that way. read more

Slowest chick-fil- a line for the drive through than I have ever used. Do better Town Center Parkway!

Quick! Always good. Very efficient drive thru. Excellent staff. Clean and active with young people, seniors and travelers from areas Lake.

Food is always exactly what I ordered and tastes great. The service is as one expects at a CFA, great and friendly.

Slowest slowest drive-through I've ever seen at a Chick-fil-A. Waited in line for 15 minutes just to be able to order at a box. Then to drive around and pick up the food. I think they need to bring in a crew to teach them how to be efficient read more

What can you say about Chick-fil-A; the name speaks for itself. Fast and friendly service and good food. If you have an issue with your food; they don't argue, they will make it right. Some people seems to think their food is a little expensive but you get what you pay for so it is worth it. Horrible customer service. Half of the staff won't greet you. Barely speaks. Just poorly ran In my opinion.

Came through Lake October and stopped at one of my favorite fast food chains...Chick-Fil-A. Entering the store was impractical. The permanent fence felt like I was being herded like cattle. The cashier was less than friendly. When I asked for ketchup she gave me one packet. She made me feel uncomfortable for even asking so I did not ask for a second. The sandwich had the smallest piece of chicken I have ever gotten at CFA. Zaxbys will get my business next time. Normally Chick-Fil-A is a great experience. Not this one. read more

Poorly ran. Received a milkshake and then waited another 20 minutes on the food. At that point the milkshake was melted.

This was the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to in my life. We were in the drive thru line for 25 minutes and there were not many people in line, they took numerous orders from people behind us in line before ours. We told the girl at the window and she said "Well I don't know I'm not over there" and rolled her eyes when we said we were not satisfied. I wish I could give a 0/5 read more

I truly did not know it was possible for a fast food restaurant to be so incompetent. The line is the type where once you get in you can't get out. I've been in this absurd line for TWENTY MINUTES and am still 5 cars back. Any other location this would be a 15 minute process start to finish max. I am fuming mad and because of the design you truly cannot exit the line so you're trapped funneling through the layers of poor design and slow service. I am going to lose a hour of my holiday over a diet lemonade. Would not come back here if it were the only food option open. read more

This place has a well deserved 2 stars. I can easily rank this as the worst Chick-fil-a experience ever. I placed our order in-app as we were traveling through the area on the interstate. I chose the do drive through, mistake number one. The line was not long but it moved very slowly, 20 minutes in a drive through is unacceptable. On top of the long wait they messed up the order. The fries were coated in salt and the order was missing items. All the issues were discovered as we continued down the interstate. I would never visit this location again. If you care about Chick-fil-a quality and service, suggest you avoid this location all togther. read more

My friends and I just ordered food from this Greensboro, GA chick fil a and we're not given and fries with our meal (3) or straws or sauces. This is so irritating. I would like a refund. read more

Traveling for work I have been to countless Chick-fil-A restaurants. In all my travels I have never seen a more poorly ran drive thru. I've seen lines 3 times as long as the one I just sat in take half the time it took this one took. It's nice weather and nobody is out with the tablets taking orders.
