This is the dirtiest, most run down zaxbys in America. I've been to tons of them over decades all over the US. Never seen one this bad.

This restaurant was unbelievably filthy. No soap in the men's room, an employee leaving a stall in the bathroom without washing his hands before going to the kitchen, dirty counters and floors and garbage strewn around the outdoor dining area. We got drinks but chose to get food elsewhere. read more

Order placed at 8:16 pm. Got order, but they forgot our Chicken Philly sandwich. We ask twice for sandwich and at 8:43 pm I asked a third time for sandwich. At 8:46 pm when I finally got it the cheese was in the To Go plate along with the peppers and chicken. Just thrown together. Note...I am not a racist person at all( we have black friends) but every black person that came in behind us got their food and it was correct. A city female white cop came in and had ordered online 45 minutes before walking in ( she had made a traffic stop before coming in) and she had to wait...finally she walked out with a refund and no food...they had not made her food. Another white elderly lady said her food was wrong. Do you see a pattern? Apologitic...nope not a I'm sorry or nothing. After parting home ( 45 minutes later from time of order, the rest of our food was cold. I also ordered a Zensation Salad with fried chicken and 1 hard boiled eggs in it and it comes with 2 egg rolls. Got home and my husband's salad had no chicken and was given the wrong salad and NO egg rolls. I will go to Madison or Eatonton store before going back to Greensboro store. Never again. We were willing to give them another chance since we are local....my husband had a moth in his salad couple years back. 2 STRIKES YOU ARE OUT. I will be getting my money back on salad after calling the manager. Sad world where people don't check to make sure order is correct and the cooks can't read a computer screen for order. read more

Zaxbys shrimp plate is a nice new choice. Chicken, salads and now shrimp. Good choice. Hope they add a tartar sauce choice soon the sauce is aredo on the zax sauce. read more

Customer service here is extraordinary! The manager is very kind, thorough. We also were able to meet James. James is very personable, kind and really makes the dining experience special and welcoming. Southern hospitality at its finest. Our meal was cooked nicely and I love that the sweet tea isn't toooooo sweet. I do wish we had an unsweetened ice tea option (but what's that anyway? Ha) We ordered the chicken tenders and the grilled ranch chicken sandwich. We had a wonderful first visit and will most certainly be back. Thank you!!! read more

I normally dont review alot of fast food, but this warrants a Arrest.... The worst teriyaki chicken wings ever, small, dry, no meat, and very crispy skin. Change vendors. First time not being satisfied at this chain heart attack eatery. Our Zaxbys in SC is delicious, not sure why a few hrs over the state line would make a difference. I am only giving this store a 1 star because the manager Nicole was nice and listened to the issues without dismissing me. Tonight, two store employees were very disrespectful when I received my incomplete order. When I placed my order I had to repeat it 3 times. I ordered 1 meal and 2 drinks (not a complicated order nor any special requests). I was only given 1 drink and when I asked for the other one I was told I didn't order 2 drinks. When I explained that I did order 2 drinks I was then told that I didn't. I said ok, maybe you didn't hear the additional drink on my order...at that time, they closed the window on me and refused to open it calling me rude multiple times. I honked my horn to get their attention and continued to state I just wanted to place my order for the additional drink. Finally, another lady that had been standing there pushed the first girl aside and began to assist me. The second lady that assisted me was a little more pleasant but still rude towards me. While I was placing the drink order the first employee was making comments about me to another staff member standing beside her. After getting my drink they said their office manager was on the way. I did say I didn't need to speak with her right then. In order to not hold up the line of cars behind me from getting their food I pulled into a parking spot and called to speak with a manager. One of the ladies that assisted me in the drive through got an attitude saying oh I thought you didn't want to speak with the manager. I explained to the manager that I very much wanted to speak with her and that I pulled into a parking space so I didn't hold up the line of customers that were forming behind me. The manager provided me with additional information for someone else to file a complaint with and was also very genuine in her responses to my concerns for the employees working the drive through. I provided my contact information and hope to speak with the main manager soon. Update: It's been 2 days and the store manager has not reached out. I feel sorry for the customers that go to this Zaxbys location if this is the standard of how people are being treat. I wish Nicole the best of luck and hope that she is able to turn things around for their team members. read more

Just want give credit where credit is so kudos to the cooks and the young lady behind the counter on July 1, 2022. I can be rather picky with my meal in regards to wanting my wings & fries "crispy" and wings & fingers "saucy". After I ordered she turned around and verbally instructed the "extra crispy & saucy" to the kitchen which was quite cool. Meal came out perfect, so just want to give a big THANK YOU to the staff for doing a great job during these tough times, and to the manager for finding for such good folks. Keep it up! read more

took me an hour to go through the line, was at window for over 20 minutes. Do not eat here.

I came here with my grandparents and immediately observed the poor service of the place based on the line, which barely moved after I used the restroom that was disgusting and unkept. The drink machine was apparently broken and customers had to get their drinks from the register area. The employees in the front seemed to take their sweet time or just simply stand around. The kitchen staff however kept up and got the food out. The front employees just didn't act on sending the food out quick enough. When they asked for my grandpas name he said it loud and clear and even spelled it but they got it wrong. The food was cold. They did give us some extra sauces. But what was truly horrifying was my grandmas Cobb salad. The cucumbers in the salad were slimy and old. It was plain as day that the salad was bad. We sent it back and got another one. Again having to wait even longer. We got out of there as quick as possible. But I couldn't help but notice the trash cans were overflowing. I watched an employee walk to one trash can, see it was to full, and move to the next two trash cans. She ended up just piling the trash on top of the trash can. And behind the counter the cabinets were falling off the hinges. Will never ever revisit this location again. Poor staff. Poor environment. Gross food. read more

This location is clean and employees are friendly. I stopped here while traveling through. Food was good. While I was ordering, I saw a 5yr old child carrying a toy gun, and several non-related customers packing guns. I thought maybe there was a promotion for open & carry going on. Cant believe I sat down to eat here by the looks of the floor alone. Their rating was a 92 so I decided to stay. Food was actually good. I sat down at a booth and almost fell out. It was broken. Management should do better. read more

just waited 35 minutes for a takeout order placed inside at 8 pm. only saw about one order every 5-8 minutes being done so they weren't that busy. drink machine was practically empty with very few choices ...no tea. this dining room is sooo filthy. the food is ok but I will drive farther to get to a different Zaxbys in the future. have eaten here many times in the past few years but service is worst ever. where is the management? where is the franchise owner??? read more

This has place set the bar for the ideal meal at Zaxby's! Fries cooked perfectly, generous amount of Zax Sauce on the nibblers, all food came out fresh and hot. Very nice employees working the drive thru. I have been to a lot of Zaxby's locations while traveling and this location is the best experience I have had so far. read more

No customer service on wrong order. Check your bag before you leave. You do not get what you pay for. Inspect what you expect.

Chicken slaw and fries were good. No complaints there. Restaurant was not clean, bathroom was very slippery, staff was doing their job and were not unpolite but they definitely didn't interact with customers to make them feel welcomed. Love the drink machine that gives you a gazillion choices. read more

Of the few Zaxby's I have ever been in this one is the worst. This place was a real greasy spoon as you can see the grease on the walls and the strong grease stench coming from the kitchen. I walked out of this place as fast as I went in. Zaxby really needs to remodel this joint, if you are on the road needing that chicken fix pass this one by. read more

I just ordered a chicken TLC sandwich and onion rings. It was awful. The meat was thin and very tough. The meat was surrounded by a thick coating of breading. It tasted terrible. I am not traveling I20. I live inGreensboro. Shame on you people read more

The customer service was poor at the Drive-Thur Window. The forgot to give me my drink. Also they served my sandwich with the end piece of the loaf of bread. Very disappointed and this has happened numerous of times. read more

It's high end fast food. If your expectations are set there, then you won't be disappointed. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was fairly fresh, although the chicken had a bit of grease that probably came from sitting on a steam table with other prepared foods. Wife had grilled chicken salad. It had mostly romaine and green leaf lettuce. Kids were happy with the kids fingers meals. We used the drive through and service was fast. Food was great, but service was very poor. We ordered two chicken finger plates and a milkshake. Got the chicken fingers shortly, but was waiting on the milkshake. I stood at the pickup section of the counter while a few other customers came and went. After over 10 minutes of standing there and being completely ignored, I finally politely mentioned that I was waiting for my milkshake. The lady said "oh, you wanted the whipped cream, right?" I told her yes, and she made the shake and gave it to me. No apology, but she did mutter something to herself as she walked away. I believe she said "I didn't even know why he was standing there". Why else would a customer stand at the pick up counter? Keep in mind, they weren't busy. There were several instances where 5 or so people were doing nothing, could clearly see me, and didn't say a thing. No excuse. read more
