We just picked up 3 orders of waffle fries and chicken nuggets. They were hot, like they were freshly made and not sitting for hours under a heat lamp. The waffle fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside!! The chicken nuggets were not in uniform sizes but crispy, juicy and tasty!! Dipped in our favorite Chick-fil-a sauce!! Customer service was friendly from the gal who took our order to the guy who was standing by the window and handed us our food. Stopped by after seeing an add for the peppermint milk shake. After a long day of work my boyfriend and I were SO looking forward to this treat! Unfortunately, when we drove through they forgot my boyfriends spicy chicken sandwich after we went through an entire conversation with THE MANAGER (she was taking our order her name is Cayla), about how there's no lettuce or tomato for the sandwich. I called up there to explain the situation that now we have to come back and all the food that was good went cold. When we tried to explain that we'd like our order remade for having to come back for half the missing order the managers told us there was nothing more they could do but give us our sandwich (that they forgot) and replace the soggy fries. They wouldn't even dare listen to the fact that my nuggets were now soggy and cold. So I bit the bullet and just wanted to get my boyfriends food (he gets hangry) and get out of there. Well when we asked for a remake of the milkshake that was now dying in our fridge they had the audacity to ask me to PAY FOR IT AGAIN. I've now spent an hour driving back and forth between home and chic fil a after a long day of work, and the kicker is, they put salt on the NO SALT FRIES that we had also came back for. AND, the spicy chicken sandwich was a regular chicken sandwich. Zero spice. So I got ANOTHER WRONG ORDER. Disappointed. Your management was rude and tried to throw in my face that they "already gave me a free meal with the sandwich and two new fries" but I was a dissatisfied, already paid, customer. Oh but let me not forget to mention that they gave me a coupon for a new nugget meal to be used "at our next visit only" but yet I was left with cold, microwaved chicken nuggets. Typically by people who have never read the items under review on Amazon, nor been a customer at stores they review on Yelp. Yes, I have read about the controversies over the religious beliefs of CFA's owners. I don't care. The world's big, with lots of religions. To each his own. Live and let live. If I want to eat out on Sunday, I can go somewhere else. If I want to get married, I can go somewhere else, too. If Chick-fil-A doesn't badger me (and they don't), then I won't badger them. Because I'm not a badger; I'm a human being. But I was curious. I like to make my own decisions based on evidence, not on politics. So we went to Greeley's Chick-fil-A. I expected I would not like it, especially once inside and I saw what looked like dull dishes. But I went along and ordered a couple of things anyway, as did my partner of the time. I usually like to peek in at the kitchen when I'm at a restaurant. And I take special notice of how employees use their hands, what they touch, how they handle food, even what their demeanor is. The order-taker/cashier was friendly and efficient. I could see some orders from where we stood in line; they looked okay to me. The menu displays were clean and clear. The kitchen staff seemed as up-beat and positive as the floor staff, which is always a good sign. The floor, booths, tables, chairs were clean, although the overall arrangement of furniture was not quite to my liking. I think I know why the arrangement was the way it was, though, so I'm not complaining, it's a good idea. The food surprised me. It really was good. Not just average good, although not Chophouse good either, but in-between average and excellent. It was very good. We have yet to be given a wrong order, and thankfully have never yet been poisoned. I certainly don't look to that experience. But since at least one person has reported being poisoned, that must be a possibility. Unless that reviewer was less than truthful. Good restaurant. I've enjoyed it each time except for standing in line. I need to work on my patience and I'm not even a doctor. read more

I ordered the hash brown scramble at 7:30am. They open at 6:30am, keep that in mind. When I got it, the container was half filled and everything was cold. I run a restaurant so I have a thermometer on hand. Everything was so cold that the cheese couldn't even begin to melt so I took the temperature of the sausage and it was 69 degrees. The "warmest" thing in the container was the eggs at a WHOPPING 84 degrees. Food is supposed to be served at LEAST at 145 degrees to be safe. What they served me was a disgusting waste of money and if I get food poisoning from taking a bite of that potentially bacteria-ridden food, I WILL call the health department. read more

Seriously -- spent 15 minutes waiting on two customers ordering at two cash registers - then another five because one register closed as soon as the customer ordered. It was frustrating because there were - seriously - five employees standing around shootin' the breeze, hugging each other, adjusting their underwear (yep), doing anything but making chicken or selling chicken. But we finally ordered - the guy who helped us was polite and friendly. It was difficult to hear and be heard because of the noise level - quite loud - but we got our order for take-out and waited. That didn't take *as* long because it was late afternoon and likely there was no backlog due to the bottleneck at the registers. Got home - have to say, the sandwiches are tasty and crispy (spicy chicken); very well made. They're larger than I expected. Larger (and thicker) than what you see at Wendy's or McDonald's. I went to the store at Centerplace in Greeley, CO. 80634 at about 3:30 pm on 4/26/2022 and ordered a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich combo inside, and they gave me a table number and I waited and waited and waited for my order but never got it! I must have waited 15 to 20 minutes, and I was the ONLY customer in the restaurant. I think the priority is the drive thru customers. I finally gave up and went to the counter and got a refund on my order. It will be a LONG time before I go to that Chick-fil-A restaurant again. I went to Arby's and had my order in a few minutes. Was thrilled when the drive-through wasn't so backed up into the street. Hadn't been there forever and was excited to be ordering again. When we got to the employee who took orders, I asked for a little chicken honey packet for each of my chicken strips in the two four- count baskets I ordered and was told they could only give us four total little tiny packets or they would get in trouble . I was informed by the employee that Four should be enough for what I was ordering. I have never had dinner with him so I am not sure how he knows that. And I certainly don't know how he knew what the person I was getting the other meal for preferred. At that point I was tired of arguing so I told him to just make it four so he wouldn't get in trouble. He said it was too late he had already placed the order. And he didn't say it nicely. I was with a friend and when we told him we would be paying separately, got an attitude about that. He was a very rude employee. I guess he was that way because it was a hot day and the sun was in his little eyes. I hope the mirror in the car didn't hurt his eyes further as we drove off. Sidenote: just tried to call the store to ask for the manager and after 10 or 15 rings nobody answered. GREAT customer Service. My pleasure. We come here at least once a week and love this location. I have celiac disease so I can't eat at many places. They always change their gloves before handling my food so that's one plus. Now the last 2 times we have come the customer service has been awful. Not that they people are rude but my husbands order is always wrong. Now my husband is too nice to complain but this is ridiculous. We always come inside to order to make sure it's right. So far the younger kids are not listening to what we are saying. It's not always the kid at the register sometimes it whomever is making our food. Please train the employees to listen. We haven't had this issue till now. Very sad. All my hubby asking for us no pickles. He hates them. And we say spicy chicken but we get regular chicken sandwich. I think everyone just needs to step back and listen and look.
