What the fuck is up guys, I'm back again for another fucking review of this immaculate sensation they provide. I have no fucking clue what makes chicfila so goddamn special, must be that bible lovin christain values that they put into to each sandwich.I fucking fuck with Polynesian sauce honestly, but one day they forgot to give it to me. So before I can even call the fucking joint I got a chickfila worker running 12 fucking miles to my house banging on my damn window to make sure I got the sauce. I have NEVER experienced customer service so fucking good! I WOULD HONESTLY BE SCARED SHITLESS TO SEE CHIC-FIL-A GO HEAD TO HEAD WITH DUTCH BROS. Honestly, the chicken sandwich has led me to GOD. Honestly tho, dutch bros WOULD suck my dick in order to supply me with that oh so good coffee joy. But it's always been chicfila's pleasure to fill me up with their christian love. First of all, WE LOVE CHICK FILA!!!!!! Today, was the first time we have ever had a problem. We were in drive thru line. Our order was taken in a timely manner considering there were sooooo many cars. After all, it was lunch time. No problem. We inched our way thru, fairly quickly and were praising chick filA for the way it has taken this virus situation like a "bull by the horns" and that they have such a great system despite the current issues. After paying for our meal, we were asked to inch forward to the delivery spaces ahead. No problem. Car #1 received their order, and boom! Gone! Car #2 got theirs, and boom! Gone! We moved forward to be first inline. Meanwhile, first car BEHIND us got their order, and boom! Gone! Second car got theirs, Gone! Third,....fourth.....fifth...sixth... ok, something has happened. My husband is beginning to squirm in his seat warning he is going to go talk to some people if another car...and boom! Another car behind us got their order! My husband got out of the car, about the time a server was coming our way. Seems there was a mixup, somebody must've gotten our order and now, they are scurrying in the kitchen to get ours out. Please accept our apologies. We will have a gift card for your misfortune. Our order finally arrived. Fries were o so soggy, and that is not typical at all. I ordered a lemonade-half regular, half diet. It was half lemonade, half tea. Ok, no big deal. We drove away, eating and drinking our beloved chicken. No gift card was in the bag. Other than that? Typically Chick-fil-A locations out perform any other fast food restaurant when it comes to service. Today was an exception! 25 minutes in the drive-through line watching while one worker pushed cars through and the other one got about every fourth car through. Had to be some other upset people in the drive-through line today too. Gotta hire better people Chick-fil-A. read more

This chikfila is one of the best I've been to. They're ALWAYS prompt and polite, and even when crowded to near max, they're all smiles. It's one of my favorite places to meet my husband on his lunch break. Plus I can get my sweet tea fix while I'm there. read more

For ten years I have used Chik File as my number one go to catering spot. I spend from 200-1000 dollars a month. I have used franchises in Cleveland, San Antonio, Austin and now Denver. This is the first time I am writing a negative review. Do not use, Greely on Centerplace, franchise for catering. I ordered from them. I had to ask for my carmel sauce which comes with the fruit tray and when I asked for forks and small plates for the two fruit trays I ordered they attempted to ask me to pay 50 cents per person for my order. When I order online, everything goes in to cart so I have everything on one receipt. Also when you order on line it asks how many you are serving so you can get the accompany needs for your catering event. when I asked if they could supply those items this time, because that is what I had come to expect from every other Chik file I have used in the past ten years, the "hospitality" manager insisted that they charge me 50 cents for each fork and small plate provided. Certainly, this is not the level of hospitality I have known everywhere I have worked over the last ten years. Since, I cannot have two receipts for my events, I had to go to the grocery store and purchase those items with personal money , which delayed me to my event. Also, if they are going to charge me for those items, why cant I add them to the cart when I order online, like every thing else. It just did not seem right. read more

In the morning you can order off the lunch menu, but you will be punished for it. You will be warned of a 10-minute wait. You will wait much longer. This morning, I ordered 2 simple regular chicken sandwiches at 9:49 a.m. They came out much more than 10 minutes after I paid. They were overcooked, hard, dry, hurt my mouth to eat, tasted really off and frankly were by far the worst chicken sandwiches I have ever eaten. read more
