I have worked at a Chick-fil-A myself, so I am very gracious, but this is literally the worst location I have ever gone to. They have gotten our order right only a couple times. The customer service is horrible and they forget sauces and salad extras without fail. In general, all Chick-Fil-A restaurants have employees that have good customer service skills. But this location, on my trip this day, was exceptional. My food came out fresh and fast. The workers cleaning the tables were smiling, like they wanted to be there. A tall gentleman asked how my meal was and I told him it was good and I really enjoyed the chili line pepitas, so he offered to bring me more, yum, yes! I tried the new spicy southwest chicken salad and the chicken was really good, again, happy, I was surprised. Not only was the chicken cooked thoroughly, but the spice had heat to it. They made a mistake to our order and we had missing food items when we got home. Called the store and the manager said he would add the missing items to my Chick-fil-A app as a credit. He never did. I've had a couple of friends who had mistakes to their orders as well and said the manager's response to fix the issue was very underwhelming. It's fine to eat there if they get your order right, but if they make a mistake, do not expect them to make any extra effort to accommodate your inconvenience. Based on the online reviews, it looks like they need more training in the empathy department, starting with the owner operator. Take my advice, go to the Colleyville or Euless locations. read more

Lunch time service is average at best. I know their shtick is to say my pleasure this & my pleasure that but they seem to have too many moving parts at times. I had to wait for quite awhile while one guy took my order then another tried to figure out who ordered what. I think it would have been much easier if they had multiple cashiers when the line is long and somebody paying attention so they can give out or take you orders to your seat. I know all these places work in different ways but service should be one that doesn't change from whatever location that you might visit. Went through the busy drive through for dinner for my son. Ordered one nugget meal with an extra order of nuggets. When I drove off I stuck my hand in the bag (which I never do- that's my fault- I never check my order to make sure it's correct, but this time I did. After already being in line for 10+ minutes I discovered there were no nuggets in the bag. There were two chicken sandwiches in its place, the drink, sauce request, and fries were the correct size, but zero nuggets. I got back in line and waited again to make sure I received the correct product. After getting back to the window I tried to trade the very polite man the sandwiches for my nuggets and was told to keep the sandwiches as well. They were unable to take them back. I didn't expect this, and didn't have anyone in mind to give the sandwiches to, but I understand, they don't know if I touched them and are unable to serve them to anyone else. They did correct the problem with no additional costs to myself, so no harm, no foul. I wish the order was correct to begin with and we wouldn't have wasted any food, or time, but it was corrected and that's all I can ask for. I will return to this location in the future. read more

This is my first time visiting this location and I usually visit the ones in highland village and flower mound. I give those ones glowing reviews. We ordered our food and had asked for a total of three sandwiches and got four, and yes we were charged for it. We got to our table and started eating, waiting on our milkshakes to be made. Minutes passed and no milkshakes were being made so we had to tell them to make them. Out came the milkshakes, no whip cream or cherry. Had them correct that also. The bread on the sandwiches was flaky, not moist. The milkshakes didn't even taste as good as other Chick-til-a restaurants I've been to. We went to get napkins. Napkin dispenser was empty. The saving grace and reason they get two stars instead of one is they were all very polite and didn't hesitate to fix the situation. But if we were dine in and had that many problems, I pity the problems people must've found about when they got home with their food from the drive thru. At most of their locations the managers are out helping and making sure everything moves slowly. We didn't see the manager once. Hopefully next time we go to this location things will have improved. read more

You have burger joints and then you have Chick-Fil-A. Chicken Sandwiches. A chicken joint, if you will. This is a big box chain and typically I like to not give those a whole ton of credit as the fact that they have made the money they have made is review enough usually. Pressure-cooked and hand-breaded to delectable perfection, these chicken breasts are flavorful, smooth, juicy, all-together, how do you do it tastiness. From the Chicken Sandwich Classic (with a breast between two buns with pickles) to a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe (with pickles, green leaf lettuce, tomato and Pepper Jack cheese between lightly toasted buns), their menu screams everything non-burger with salted waffle fries, chicken salad, cole slaw, carrot & raisin salad, and others to boot. The thing about the Classic sandwich is that it doesn't have any dressing. You can get it dressed with something, but you won't even have to with the way it's cooked. I have never had a dry sandwich from Chick-Fil-A in my life; or in any other imaginary life I ever determined priority anywhere from 5 second to 10 days. Regardless, in any existence, it is the official chicken sandwich of the gods...when mana gets old. With mikshakes (non-chicken), salads, wraps, a kids meal, and catering options, Chick-Fil-A rounds out their excellent culinary service to create an experience that can be as long or short as you need it to be. Prices are not overly exhausting for the bank account or piggy bank...or area in the corner under your couch. I highly recommend anyone who has never been to Chick-Fil-A and you happen to be even relatively in the area of one of their over 1600 locations, do yourself a favor and go to the place that has been doing chicken right for over 66 years. I had a positive experience at the Chik-fil-a during a breakfast visit. I was in the area early for another appointment and decided to have a breakfast sandwich and wait for my appointment. I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit that was very good. I like their biscuits because they really taste fresh and feel homemade. There was plenty of seating and everything was clean. I did notice one thing that seemed out of place, there was a packet or two of mayonnaise that had exploded in the bin. I pointed this out to one of the staff members and he immediately cleaned up the mess. It was dry and the chicken did not even fill the bun, I have never had this issue. Though it was busy service was fairly quick, yet fries tasted old, some were warm and others not. Eat at Chik fil a all of the time and rarely have any issues except for last night. Went through the drivethrough at 6pm, they didnt have much of a line and the service was excellent as usual. We all ordered the chicken nuggets and had to eat in a hurry before church. After we all grabbed our first one we all tasted burnt cooking oil that smelled like burnt popcorn! Called the store to complain and got a half hearted response from the manager Benjamin. Wrote down my name and said he'd replace if we ever came back....I had higher expectations from a Chik Fila manager. Could have pulled our ticket and reversed the charge.
